Accommodation was great, staff friendly and helpful, the only problems were the loud African music by the pool, and the cost of sunloungers by sea €50 for first row, even though we were there at the end of September when they were closing. Restaurant food and staff were great and enjoyed our accommodation, reception staff lovely too

The beach huts, of which they are only 7 are just a couple of meters away from the lovely Santa Maria beach and at night you could hear the soothing sound of the gentle waves crashing in....simply awesome! So get your bookings in early!
Despite being visited by none resort residents during the day, these are small in number relative to the size of the beach, and nothing like the experience we had at a couple of popular beeches in Mykonos, where you struggle to see the sand itself!
The swimming pool is by far the best of any, of the four hotels we stayed at on four different islands.
Buses into the nearby port of Naoussa are frequent, if you dont have a car, and there is a lovely and popular restaurant called Ο ΚΑΤΣΟΥΝΑΣ a mile from the resort which is highly recommended.

This hotel was an interesting experience.
We didn’t realize it was a resort but also a place people could camp too.
This was one of our last stays so it was relaxing however if it was one of the first I would have liked to be closer to the main attractions.
It has 2 beautiful pools & the beach is 2 mins away, food was overall good too

Super cute and affordable stay. a little bit away from the main town with all the restaurants and bars so rent a car or moped for sure. free breakfast is great and staff is very kind.

I loved that it was on the beach! I didn't realize it was quite so far from restaurants but that was my lack of research and once I rented a quad was not as big a deal. I'm just a bit of a foodie and love being within walking distance of lots of options and not worrying about parking. But if you're looking for quiet, peaceful and solitary, this is it😊

Perfect beach holiday. Quiet safe beach, perfect weather to enjoy swimming & snorkeling.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, however when I visited in mid September the beach bar was closed and the hotel was very quiet, given the secluded location, it felt a little like a ghost town! There was access to local Naoussa by public transport, but this started late morning and ended by 6pm meaning I regularly had to get a €15 euro taxi.

It is not worth the money. Everything seems really old. one small beer is 7€ and even the sunbeds on the beach have to be paid - 50€ in the front row. They know there is nothing else in walking distance and therefore everything is very expensive. Housekeeping does not speak English and is not amused if they can’t clean the room at 9.30am.
And the shower is salt water.

Stayed in a bungalow. The accommodation provided free shuttle transfer from and to the airport. A plus was the free bus to Naoussa on a daily basis (19:00 departs and 22:00 returns) and the free sun-beds on the beach with the booking. A real value for money.

This accommodation was sad, old and shabby and definitely not worth the price paid The "breakfast" was abysmal - powdered orange drink, rationing of toast, evil-tasting coffee and we had to queue up like school kids to even get it. The serving personnel were rude and obviously tired of the many complaints being made to them on a daily basis. Lack of management and logistics appeared to be to blame. On the positive side, the pool was nice and the pool bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a free bus transfer to the local town each evening, probably due to the isolated location. Beach nothing special. Would not recommend. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel works if you are very young and will pay a cheaper price. There’s a beautiful beach in front but in our case we need to pay to use the beach chairs. First day hotel had a water shortage… I don’t think to stay there anymore… sorry.

Booked for 2 nights. Arrived early and they let us check in early. Right in front of Santa Maria Beach, which is beautiful. Staff is super friendly. Great pool and bar. Could use some updating but overall it was a great stay.

The people are lovely but I was not happy with the experience. Our bathroom had dark hair on the walls and sand all over the floor. The breakfast was very poor and the restaurant was not of a high standard. The pool is often used for swimming lessons till 1:30 so although you have paid to spend time there you are not able to use all the facilities. But the noise level from the pool bar and beach bar are intolerable. This is not peaceful or relaxing.

Bed was large. Restaurant food was delicious and pool was good. Easy access to Santa Maria beach. Room had minimal soundproofing - could hear all of our neighbors. Most of all very disappointed with service. There was a school camp staying at the same time who had a arranged a pool disco on their last night. Needless to say there was very loud bass music playing till well after midnight. No warning was given to other guests. When I called reception at 11.30pm to inquire what time the music would be finishing/ and if they could turn it down slightly, I got a pretty rude response noting that there was nothing that could be done, they didn’t know when the music would stop, and I could complain tomorrow morning. Not the response I was looking for. The silly thing was, the music volume was so excessive for the size of the pool area/disco and turning it down slightly wouldn’t have impacted the pool disco in any way but would have have benefited all of the other guests who were trying to sleep.

The place was near a couple of nice beaches in a relatively secluded area. The grounds were nice with plenty of garden areas. The pools were clean. The resort was near a club that played loud music that you could hear in the back corner of the property, which was able to be drowned out with tv but not so nice when you're looking for somewhere private and relaxing. The facility had a restaurant and bar which was average. We originally booked one night and wanted to stay another so we could relax and enjoy the beaches. Upon talking with the front desk, they said they had a room available, but we would have to check out then come back for check in. They said the price would be the same, just a different room. When we returned and asked about checking in, different people were at the desk and said the price was going to be nearly twice the price we paid the previous night. I explained that is not what was finalized prior to leaving so they went to talk with the individual. When they came back, they said that the room is this price, no lower. I explained in a few different ways that that was not what was guaranteed to us and the guy got upset and complained about my English. We then left and stayed in a nicer place for the same price near great food in Noussa.

This hotel does not know what service and hospitallity is. The room is clean, but they don't change the sheets. There is almost no water in the short, so washing your hair is difficult. The place is full of French student programs at the camping, so there is always house and party. The beach is OK, but don't take 2 parasols because the personal on the beach will be angry with you. I would complain to the manager, but he was not available for complains. The restaurant at the camping was for a salad ok, but when you ask for a complete meal it was too difficult. So you pay for a hotel, but you get service of a camping or no service at all.
The swimmingpool is not available in the morning, because of swimminglessons for locale children.

The beach is within walking distance from the premises (300m), with free sunbeds and umbrella. However at the beach, the drinks (coffees, beverages etc.) are rather expensive. The hotel is suitable for family. The room was very good. The village has two pools and space for camping.

We had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay since everybody was very polite, the staff were very friendly and helpful, ready to attend all our needs. They also loved our pet dog and the cleaning staff were extreemly careful with their job. Another thing worth mentioning is the good quality food served every day at very good prices at the selfservice restaurant of the hotel and the very kind people at the beach personel. We had a great time.

This was an ideal place to relax - close to the beach, clean, and lovely amenities such as a meal to purchase right there every afternoon, a mini-store, and a wonderful breakfast. Loved it.

I booked in for a weeks late getaway late in the season. I was disappointed with the fact that the hotel is miles from anywhere. The beach restaurant was closed and the hotel restaurant had a very limited menu with the food looking like it had been sat in the bain marie all day. the beach bar ran out of beer and the atmosphere in the public areas of the hotel was very dour. Breakfast is served al fresco, which would be nice if it wasnt for being plagued by cats, some of which took delight in climbing onto the tables and stealing food from the plates whilst you were waiting for toast or getting coffee. Only one of the staff was helpful and cheerful and on my check out day I had an argument with the receptionist who insisted the room had not yet been paid for even though payment had been made in full to Hotels.com. Thankfully I had the receipt on me that showed there was nothing still owing. I did not even get an apology from her for her mistake. Will I use this hotel again? NO!
