The room could have been a little cleaner, pop cap and plastic wrappers were left by previous people. But otherwise the rest was clean. I like the dove soaps they have available for washing and showering. The breakfast was good and pool was nice. Hit tub wasnt working due to chemical imbalance but otherwise looked like a good size. It was a good hotel and would recommend.

I was impressed with the desk clerk(s). They were extremely helpful, and very friendly (and cheerful!). The room was fine; I really liked the "black out" window treatments. I've never had that in a hotel room before, and it was awesome.

The size of the room was phenomenal and the front desk was very helpful and made sure we got a crib for our daughter as well as everything we needed . The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise!

Blackout curtains were jammed when I first got there so there was no sunlight in the room, could have been an immediate fix. I’m sure there were plenty of rooms to choose from, but I was instructed to wait until maintenance came in the next morning at 7:30 or 8 rather than be moved to a new room as I suggested. I called the front desk at 10 asking to have my curtains fixed or be switched to a new room before unpacking, as it was well past 7:30 or 8. Maintenance man was very nice and fixed my curtains. Last morning there was the only time I was able to sleep past 7 AM—leads me to wonder if the following issue occurs every morning at this hotel. Around 8 AM I was woken by the loudest, ongoing conversation from housekeepers. It sounded as if they were in bed with me & went on for more than 10 minutes. I was eventually frustrated & called out asking them to quiet down but the conversation continued until they rapped on my door asking about service. I was about 30 minutes late to check out & was cleaning the room as I usually do before leaving when a housekeeper in a gold bonnet tried to bust aggressively through my door without warning. As I lock the metal piece, I called out & asked politely what she needed. She began to pound on the door & asked if I wasn’t checking out today and said “at 11 I just start opening doors.” She continued to speak with an attitude while I told her I would be out in a few minutes. She was clearly angry she couldn’t get in & made me very uncomfortable

I had to rent 2 rooms with the size of my family one room's AC was great the other room's AC was not and that was my room The room got to almost 80° there was nothing they could do they just gave me a fan and pretty much said write it out weren't willing to comp us or nothing. My swim suit top and bottom got left there I've tried to call and call and ask them no response

absolutely amazing we went through price line informing them we had to have a wheelchair accessible room we arrive to find out that isn't what they reserved. the gentleman at the front desk got us all fixed up at no extra cost will be staying there again soon

The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was above average (breads, cereals, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit). The one downside, as mentioned in other reviews, was that the a/c didn't function very well at all. Our room never dropped below 77. There was easy access to the freeway & several restaurants & gas stations close by. All in all, we would stay there again, but the a/c really needs to be fixed.

Holiday Inn Express is a basic, but well designed hotel. The room was comfortable. The bed was nice and there was a nice large screen TV. I really appreciated all the USB outlets for charging devices. The bathroom was basic, but functional and clean. Breakfast was included and also basic, but perfectly fine. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Overall, if your looking for a good quality accommodations at a reasonable price, I can recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

The hot tub was fun, other than that the bed sheets given to us were poop stained and had holes in em. The front door was under construction so I had to take a longer walk just to get into the building. Housekeeping took forever to get to our room for my one cleaning (I had to rush out for them to clean it) and the hotel double charged me and I’m still waiting for my money back

The hotel was very clean. Room seemed updated and modern. Bed comfortable. breakfast was not impressive. Eggs were cold and not refreshed, simply a pan of egg crumbs. Pancake machine not functioning well. However the cinnamon rolls are good! Upon check out no one as the front desk. No bell to ring, no signage etc. waited nearly 10 minutes even after asking housekeeping to get someone. Tried to call front desk with no avail. Finally a man showed up and when asked why no attendants he snapped at me and said “I was in the washroom”. He coldly handed me my receipt. WOW. A simple apology and perhaps a sign of some sort saying he had to step away but would return soon would have helped. Simply an unsafe situation at best for the hotel overall. I left with a nasty taste after thinking what a nice place it was and would become my choice as I visit this area frequently. Certainly rethinking that ! IHG needs to work on their personnel as there are plenty of other choices out there.

The hotel Manager genuinely was one of the nicest most courteous people I have ever dealt with. I would legitimately return just because of him. Conway not only has a super positive attitude but was also very personable. We left insulin in the refrigerator and wouldn't be staying with them for another 3 day. He made sure to not only hold onto it, but when we called again he knew us by name. Its not forced. He simply cares. Like I said I would stay because of him alone.
