I've not really been this pressured this much before on upgrading the room. Make sure you get it in writing, or it won't happen. They asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for $200. I asked about the parking and she said for me to give her my ticket and it would be taken care of. So I asked again if that was the total for 2 nights and was confirmed that it was. I said sure, why not. Only to find out later that I really didn't get upgrade and that I had already paid for an upgraded room. I paid in advance for the original booking, so the balance should have been around $200 at checkout. Well, it wasn't. The check out total was $800. Not $200 as quote. It was $400 for the upgrade, $138 more for resort fees and $54 for parking which was supposed to be "taken care of" and taxes.
I paid $1,600 up front and then around $800 more for an upgrade I'd already paid for and didn't need to. You got me and wouldn't do anything after the fact.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing check in service

Horrible. Rooms are gross customer service was even worse

From the check-in to the gambling, dining, and shopping. The Palazzo has everything a Birthday Girl could have ever asked for.
The room was exquisite, the bed was perfect, and the breathtaking view was breathtaking.

Quick check in. Excellent room, clean. Bed comfortable. A/C unit has to be set at 64 degrees to get the room cold for a comfortable sleep. This is because of the size of the room. Weird thing was that I think the room next door had their connected door open. I could hear them talking at night and in the morning I smell the room service breakfast like it was inside my room. Place lost points because of it.

Wonderful place to stay. The prestige check-in is amazing. The lounge is fantastic services. Great. Everybody is so friendly. This is a must do upgrade.

This is my second time staying at the Palazzo. I love everything about this hotel. Very clean, luxurious, the staff is great

Overall the hotel is definitely one of the most luxurious in vegas. Really enjoyable stay. Only downside was the water bottles in the room. They are branded as basic small venetian water bottles that look like they are complimentary with the room but cost a whopping 22 dollars!

It was ok, but when luggage takes 60 mins to arrive, cleaning still has not occurred at 16:00 in the afternoon, and it’s about as expensive as staying in a top
London hotel, then it’s pretty poor!
4.5
Beautiful hotel and the cleanliness is suburb

This is a great place to stay with terrific restaurants and on-site shopping.
Service was great and staff was excellent and helpful everywhere as well in the resort

Out water was Cold to maybe lukewarm. We had to run water for 15 minutes. For the price I paid. Waste of $$$

Everything amazing but the Concierge she booked me a hoover dam power plant and I asked for the raft trip.

The hotel was beautiful. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone you see says hello and are you having a good time. My only comments would be that they don't provide bath sheets for showering which I would think would be provided given how opulent the bathroom is. Only other comment is lack of shade at the pools in the afternoon. The hotel does not have umbrellas around the pool.

Very clean and spacious room. We had a room of The Sphere, which was fun. Floor was very quiet, which can be a challenge in Vegas. We had a great staycation for a birthday celebration (we live in Vegas).

Excelente stuff, friendly and professional.
I really love everything about this place. I’ll go back no problem.

Pallazo and the Venetian are always a great choice

I love the resort overall, and will come back. Don’t love that most of the pool areas are reserved.
4.5
The shower had low pressure and lots of noise when above unit was taking a shower. Sofas were really dirty and smelled like old couch. Bed was comfy.
4.5
This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing and fun experience!
4.5
Incredibly overcrowded pool
4.5
Stayed in the kind suite with sphere view and I will be back. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly. Pool area was chill.
4.5
Best treatment from a hotel staff in all my years of travel for business or pleasure. Will be back.

Lovely hotel in good area. Just find given the scale it’s bit impersonal… can’t really describe it but made some special requests that were not followed up with.
Parking expensive but standard I guess along with resort fee.
4.5
I liked this hotel. The room was very spacious. It’s annoying there’s no coffee in the room and the line at the coffee shop in the lobby is 30 minutes long.
The pool is extremely crowded.
4.5
The resort is beautiful and perfectly situated on the Las Vegas Strip. Convenient to anything and the rooms feel big and luxurious. We loved our stay and did not want to leave.
4.5
Excelent view location and Value
4.5
First time on the Plazzo side. Very similar to the Vietnian and love the suite.
4.5
The stay was wonderful and the rooms were clean, comfy beds and staff were very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was the smoking in the Casino areas.
4.5
Check in at 2 pm wait for 3 hrs to get my room
