A wonderful retreat in the middle of Venice. Only 3 minute walk from the Grand Canal and close to public transportation. The Jr. Suite was beautiful with 3 windows for the breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay ! All the staff are brilliant. So helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our holiday in Venice. Every day an outstanding breakfast set us up for our day in Venice. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lovely and peaceful after long days out . Tasty and authentic restaurants all around. Room facilities excellent. Close to the centre too. We would love to stay again ! Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday special!

The staff were amazing, giving us directions, suggesting restaurants and booking transportation. The room was spacious and eclectic with a breathtaking view. The area was walkable to the major sites but quiet so you didn’t feel like you were in a tourist area. The AC had to work hard to cool the room in this crazy hot weather but that was the only hiccup. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Great staff!

It was better than I expected. The front desk staff was amiable and helpful. Initially, I doubted the outside, but I quickly realized that it was the architectural structure of Venice. I will stay at this hotel whenever I am back in Venice. The AC was very cold, and there were no mosquitoes, as reported with other hotels. It is very near a water taxi.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, a short walk from Venice train station (10min), and about 20min walk to St Marks Square. Rooms were very well decorated and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit snug (and the door was sticking on the floor).

2 nights here, great quiet location near to all the main sights of Venice.

Almost perfect but the lady receptionist in the morning was curt to us when we asked a question about something. Otherwise our stay was stupendous! Kudos to the guy who works at night. He is very welcoming and friendly to us. He even showed us our room and gave us important information that we need. Thank you so much!

Rooms were small, dark and dirty.

Was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. But really no amenities. I think calling it a 4 star hotel is a stretch, maybe a nice three star.

This was a lovely place to stay in the residential part of Venice. Away from the crowds of tourists, you will find numerous small, excellent restaurants and hear mainly Italian spoken. A beautiful, quiet spot. Rooms are furnished the same as in photos. Our only complaint is insufficient air conditioning which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, but this is apparently the way of Italian hotels. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Venice. Close to Vaporetti and Water Taxi.

My husband and I love Venice and each time we have visited over the past decade, we have stayed at the Ca’ Zusto. This hotel is a lovely little gem with truly warm, caring and gracious staff members, beautifully appointed, vibrant rooms, and a delightful breakfast room with many options to choose from the buffet. We highly recommend the Ca’ Zusto!

Staff were friendly & helpful.

Good room with Venice vibes in quiet part of town. 15mins walk from city parking. Easy to walk to any part. There is ferry stop in ~3mins walk.

Great service upon arriving, clean hotel, and convenient to the train station. It’s a walking island, so be prepared for this, but the hotel location was great. Just on the outside of the hustle and bustle so evening were quiet and still had plenty of dining options.

Literally would not have chosen if it were not for the reviews. A really hidden boutique hotel with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. It’s a nice place to go and get away from the crowd but still close enough to do and see everything, reception check in and out was excellent and great recommendations for food in the area.

good location that is walkable from the train station, quieter area with a good selection of
bars shops and restaurants nearby .
Friendly staff that are available at all times.

Excellent little hotel - except for the mosquitoes in the room, which pestered us (and other guests) all night - resulting in little sleep. Bring Afterbite!

Everything was fine: the cleanliness the staff the location. But the Wi-Fi just kept falling off…

We like the hotel because everything is close and you can walk To The plaza San Marcos
What we don’t like it’s the weird pictures in the wall
Other then everything is okay

oh, don’t let the secret out or the place will be ruined!
If you’re looking for a little out-of-the-way place, that’s in a great location in a neighborhood were the very few true Venetian Italians still live, this is it. Quiet hotel in a quiet street. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything you need.
Loud Americans looking for Burger King and Disneyland or Brits looking for G&T and a chip shop to shake off that Ibiza bender, please stay away. All other lovers, travelers, and lovers of travel should come!

Andrea was the best as front desk hotel

The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was hair in the bidet upon our arrival and the state of the shower was unacceptable.

The people here are amazing! They will treat you like you’re family! (Just like the Olive Garden). The beds are extremely comfortable! We got the top floor and it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!

We booked the Jr Suite for a party of four and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space, especially for Venice. Beds were comfortable, location was excellent (quiet neighborhood but a short walk to numerous restaurants). Water taxi/bus station was a short 3 minute walk with only one turn. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Would stay again.
