Update,, we were billed again upon arrival at front desk,, but payment was returned 48hrs ltr. Gotta say hated the double payment,, but it was returned. So would like to update to 4 stars,

I love crown point. It’s very quiet and peaceful plus a beautiful view. The condos are a bit dated especially the exterior but you have everything you need and beds are comfy!! Negative things to me were the staff was not friendly at check in but they were nice at check out. I will stay again but hoping for nicer staff the whole time!

What a gem! We really enjoyed our condo. We had a 3 bedroom, two bath with plenty of space. The listing only mentioned one bathroom so the second was a sweet surprise. All the rooms were spacious and included ceiling fans which we appreciate so much. The three bedrooms are all located upstairs and the living room, balcony, and kitchen is downstairs. The condos are set up similiar to apartments and had ours being located on the very far left with numerous stairs to take. If you are not great with stairs I would suggest calling first to see how they accomodate. The bathrooms were conveniently sized with plenty of towels, washclothes, and toiletries. The ONLY thing we were put off from was the hot water took over 20 minutes to warm up to a very lukewarm temperature on our first morning. It seem later that evening into the next day, we had to let the water run for a good 10-15 to reach very hot water. We were much happier once the hot water kicked in. We also noticed many of the doors in the home were off centered or jammed very easily. It seems it can be a very simple fix that could be done in ynder an hour to every door. The kitchen was a decent size with kitchen essentials. The fridge and freezer worked well and appreciated the coffee provided. The living room was quaint and included a fireplace that we did not get to take advantage of. The balcony was great and provided a breathtaking views and had 4 chairs outside to sit and enjoy the view. The pool was freezing cold

The stay all in all was great. The location was amazing. Saw plenty of wildlife. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. The rooms were roomy. The beds comfortable. I would gladly stay there again

I loved the view and the looks of the outside of the property. I did not like that we had a handicap and also there was no water pressure in the master bathroom sink. The balcony was very nice but a tree was in my view. However the birds in the tree made up for it because we also had a treeless view from the bedroom. My only complaint was the water pressure in the master.

Enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and peaceful with awesome views. Everything we need was available. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken when we were there one of the things we were looking forward to is relaxing in hot tub. Cold water was not working the morning of checkout so couldn’t take our shower. Overall highly recommend.

We had an issue with the front door, not locking. We went to the front desk twice. We stayed there for 4 nights it was still not fixed when we left on the fourth night. We were going to ask them to fix the drains in the tub because they were backed up. But we saw the results from when we asked them to fix our front lock which my opinion was really important. They didn’t do anything about that. So the odds of them fixing the clogged drain probably slim to none. I will say the property had a really nice view. A little dated but OK.

My wife and I stayed Friday thru Sunday and it was extremely nice. GREAT staff and they have something for the kids to do in the rec room (pool table,ping pong, games) and a warm pool to swim with grills right outside. We will definitely be back.

In love with the location my view every morning to the nature was beautiful the condo itself was very homie and stocked with everything i needed the stores and shops very close 7 min drive. 35 min drive to ski apache the best will stay again for shure thank you had a great time♡

It is a descent place to stay. Even though the place is worn and dates it was very clean, it definitely needs updating but plenty of room to spread out and had great views of the mountains. I will say the mattress on the king bed needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Luckily there was a second room with twin beds and those beds we’re comfortable.

Nice condo, comfy, great deck! Good cookware in the kitchen, needed some extra flatware - we were always washing the few forks that were in the drawer, but overall good to cook in when we wanted to. Great view and animal visits - loved the deer and turkey! Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year!

Great views...you are on top of a mountain overlooking Ruidoso. Weather is amazing and the place is soothing and perfect for a getaway from the Texas heat during the month of August. Our second stay here and we would stay again in the future
