Arrived and discovered NO WORKING ELEVATOR. Staff moved us to a lower floor (from 4 to 2). Helped.

Clean and very comfortable room. However, without the rooms being carpeted, you can hear every footstep and noise from the floor above you. Breakfast was good!

Hotel overall in the rooms were remodeled. The bed was hard for the both of us, which was making it hard to sleep and sore upon waking. Someone at 9am opened up our door. Thankfully we had the latch on the door. But checkout is 11 so not sure why someone tried to open our door. That woke us up and made of nervous.

Great one night stay. No complaints

Easy spot to have a resting place on our drive to Colorado for the night. The room was clean, but my dad thought the air was too cold & wouldn’t warm up (I personally, was fine). The beds weren’t super comfy.. but again.. that could be because we as a family had an 8 hour drive that day. The room was big enough for my parents, myself as an Adult, and my adult brother on the sofa bed. And we didn’t feel we were all on top of each other as we traveled for one of my cousins weddings in CO. The only frustrating part was no one was to be seen at checkout. Myself, and a few others still around for almost 10 minutes until I remembered that I had a text asking about my stay and I could do an online checkout. So, I informed the others and one of them checked and did that and the other two just ended up leaving I think. Not sure what was going on at that moment.. but it was definitely 11am and check out time.. so you’d think there would be people there. It’s okay though - it worked out! They are updating parts of the hotel I believe so there is a good mix of old and new within it! I loved the charm of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again even with the couple of hiccups given.

Excellent experience! Friendly, efficient, helpful check-in! Young man was courteous, respectful, and professional! Room was great! Need was comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful! Perfect!

The front desk clerk was genuine, efficient, and personable. The room was spacious and well appointed.

Room was upgraded due to housekeeping had not cleaned rooms of my type for my reservation. Our room was very nice and looked like it was one recently remodeled. Glad the whole hotel was getting updates!

The room was nice and loved having a walkin shower since i have had knee surgery. There was no freezer in refrigerator for the ice pack i use on my knee

The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

Claire was a fantastic help! She checked us in and answered questions with a great smile, helpful insight, and was very accommodating when we asked for more towels. The room was clean. The first room we were given had AC problems. Claire readily switched rooms for us without any problems. Would stay here again.

I did the online check in, which was quick and easy! The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. 2 complaints: 1) The tile in the bathroom is coming apart. I kept stepping on little pieces of grout. 2) The water Temperature does not get very hot. Yes, I am one that likes my skin to melt into my bones when I shower. But even my husband, who likes ice baths, said the temp was cold. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Are room smelled like weed as soon as we walked in and are room smelled like weed are whole stay. The top blanket was dirty on our king size bed. I didnt say anything bc we usually stay at la quinta and always have a grea stay but this time was horrible.

Everything was great except the last night, the people in the room above us were VERY noisy. Rolling things across the floor, dropping stuff, walking. Falling. From 11 to 2 am.

Lobby a little run down so we were surprised the room was so decent.

MOst of staff were polite and helpful. Bed was squeeky! Otherwise, clean and fine.

Had a great stay room was clean when we got there, and room was nicely made up while we were out. Good breakfast and staff was great.

everithingh was perfect for me only thingh i notice was the pool area that needs to be reconditioned…but all overall perfect!

Stay was great

This is a well used property. The breakfast is a waste of time. The biscuits were hard as bullets and the gravy tasted like chicken. There are very few hotels in Dodge City so you will need reservations. Don’t just show up.
