Rented a room to have a slumber party with my grandsons….carpet dingy, swimming pool was locked and dark…when opened, the water was freezing so we couldn’t swim…very disappointed

Shower door was nailed shut, Smoke alarm was missing from the wall. Door was damaged like someone tried to break in. My wife did not feel safe in this room.

We came to the hotel after experiencing a gas leak at home. We were greeting by a helpful young lady that unfortunately I didn't get her name. Room was pleasant for our family as we had our 3 grandkids spending the night. We were checked in quickly and we were able to get a good sleep with the few hours left of the early morning arrival. Breakfast offered a variety of cold and hot food. Food was tasty and proper temperatures. Tara checked us out of our room prompt, efficient and with a smile!

Room was hot and we could never get the temperature to go down. It made it hard to sleep. The shower head wouldnt move. Our leys wouldnt work at all the day we left. Breakfast was slim pickins. The staff was super nice.

This was nothing like the other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The rooms were old in disrepair. The ice machines were either missing, broken or out of ice. We had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone came to the front desk when we checked in. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The hallway and room had an overpowering disinfectant smell. The hotel definitely needs some help.

We checked into both of our rooms even though part of our party was not there. In a short span of 45 minutes they gave away our second room and moved another family in there. My daughters got a key and walked into the room, thankfully no one was there, but the room they moved them to did not have lights in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels and the light fixture was on the counter, and there was something brown in the tub, clearly the room was not ready to be rented out. After 3 calls to the front desk, several texts and my daughters missing the wedding we were there for, I finally had to go down and get it resolved. Ben at the front desk was extremely rude, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, and complained about staff, housekeeping and was clearly not happy with his job. After being told they would take care of the room, they decided differently when we went to check out. Do not recommend at all and as a Hilton Honors member, this is not how anyone should be treated.

The staff was very friendly. I requested the toilet be cleaned ( I noticed it didn't look like it had been clean. The rest of the bathroom looked fine.) and more kleenex but that never happened. I ran out of toilet paper. The second morning I missed breakfast but at 9:20 there was no coffee cups or coffee available.

TERRIBLE!! The first room we were put in was still dirty and the TV would not work. We were moved across the hall to another dirty room and NO HOT WATER!!! The pool is definitely clean with all the chlorine they use, our eyes burned for days!!

Claire was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and accommodating when I asked for a different room, as the one assigned to us had a faulty ac unit. She also was very helpful when I asked for another set of towels. She gave her favorite go-to eateries when I inquired. Not only was she pleasant with me, but as I heard and saw her interact with others checking in, she was very professional.

Room was dirty, towels looked dirty, no hand soap. Desk people were hard to find. Breakfast was a joke food was mostly gone. No water, no forks, no body working to supply. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in and they are almost always good. Rundown place fire the staff and remodel.

When we checked in we discovered the AC wasn't working, so we let the staff know and they immediately moved us to a different room. We checked the AC, and it was great, so all was well, or so we thought. The room was at the very end of the hall, next to the Ice machine and the stairway. Unfortunately, the stairway outside door slams very loudly when you just let it go, and the ice machine was used all night. To top it off somehow little children were booked on the 3rd floor and soon after they checked in, the footsteps, bangs and screams started. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep that night. This is unfortunate as we've stayed at this hotel in the past without these challenges. That said, we were never next the stairs and ice machine nor under jumping, running children before either.

I purposely booked a larger room stated to sleep five. The picture showed a large chair that I assumed pulled out into a bed for the 5th person. Nope. 2 queen beds were expected to sleep 5. She desk agent gave us a duvet to put on the floor for the 5th person to sleep on. I would not have spent $150 for someone to sleep on the floor.

We checked in the first day the room was not cleaned. I seen on the mirror said that rooms would be cleaned every other day. The 2nd day the room still was not cleaned. I went to frount desk they gave me towels but nothing about why the room was not cleaned. We had to go get toilet paper no extra in the room. That night the fire alarm went off so we whent to the nearest exit witch was the back door. We stayed back there for awhile nobody came around so we walked up front. We still did not see any staff. After awhile the firefighters told us we could go back in we went in still no staff around. We came back the 3rd day still room was not cleaned. I went to the frount desk I was tould sorry they should of been told the rooms were cleaned on request so they sent someone down to get 3day worth of towels and garbage but never got the room cleaned. The breakfast they had 1 person cooking so they ran out of everything. This is one place we will not stay at.

We were "talked out of" a handicapped room, even though we reserved one. (I am handicapped. ) Also our room was in disrepair with a broken shower door. The mirrors were streaked, and I asked for someone to come and re-clean them, but no one came. This hotel does not even come close to the level of cleanliness and comfort that we've experienced at most of the other Hamptons we've stayed at. Disappointed. Won't stay here again. Not comfortable. Our stay was June 14-15.

This was a no frills hotel, clean and neat but nothing to write home about. The staff was very friendly. I forgot my charger plug in and they were nice enough to let me borrow one, so nice. The pool was small and the hot tub was out of order, we felt we were in the kiddie pool because it was so small but we did have a lot of fun. The time of day we went to the pool we had it all to ourselves. I did like that they had the shampoos, hand soap etc... all in big pump bottles that they refilled. Zero was the name brand and it was nice to not have to use all those little bottles.

Excellent and quality service and comfort. Breakfast was great with multiple options. The oatmeal was fine. Had both almonds AND broen sugar available. Bed and room was comfy. Very clean. Onky thing was that the hot tub was ice cold- colder than the pool and did not heat up. Staff were very nice. Overall, great stay.
