Friendly staff, booking was easy and the whole process was brilliant. Room was clean, fresh smelling and had the amenities there suitable for a one night stay.

I have stayed here many times and would stay again. Good to have a separate room for sleeping, large rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Overall good for a longer stay. Good location too.

I came down for the night with my daughter for her 16th birthday with her best friend. We had a really good stay and were happy with the apartment. However, I was personally quite upset as I rang before and explained it was a special occasion and asked for the highest floor possible and was told you are on floor 41, got there and were on 23 and no netflix which apparently is only in 'some' rooms which I presume are the higher ones. It took the shine off the whole trip as I wanted my girl to feel super special and nada. I'd paid so then they just dropped our floor I guess.

I have no stayed there a few times , and every time they take money with no notice and a email saying why they have, I love oaks but I won’t be staying at this oaks hotel ever again

This was my second stay at Oaks Charlotte. I use the lap pool and that is clean and nice temperature. Love the rooms and location. Very happy with my stay.

All very good but with one shortcoming - the WiFi is very poor and sometimes unusable. I had to sit in reception to use it, but even there it cut out some of the time. This is probably only a problem for international visitors who cannot use mobile data. For Australians this property should be good.

It’s in a busy part of city. Room was drab but adequate. I was surprised by a feeling of claustrophobia when I entered the room. I still enjoyed my stay and will go back.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well set out. The location was great with close proximity to the CBD and public transport. Definitely stay there again when visiting Brisbane.

Great location in the city. Within walking distance to everything. Reception staff were lovely. Although we requested a room with 2x double beds, they had us down for a double and 2 singles, this was quickly rectified by the reception staff. Very friendly and professional staff.

Booked a room with 2 single beds. After check-in that evening found the room was Queen Bed configuration. Asked if it could be changed and was told the hotel was fully booked and that no staff were available to reconfigure the bedroom. Had to sleep on the couch

We booked since it seems like this property was most reviewed, however, our room had moldy and musty smells. Bathroom was very old and shower leaked everywhere. I would stay somewhere else next time.

The view from our room at night was incredible. You could pull the bi-folding windows right back, and see all of the city lights, it was awesome! The room was very tidy and had everything we needed. It was very central, a short walk to Queen Street mall, shops and places to eat. A bonus for us was nespressso coffee for the morning pick me up, which we enjoy at home. We would have loved to have stayed longer, but we were only in Brisbane for the night. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Brisbane.

Room is of good size but smells like it has been vacant for ages and the smell only goes away slightly after 2-night stay. Shiny tiles used in the entrance and dining area which is a bit old-fashioned. There is washer and dryer in the bathroom yet parts of the dryer door fell out during the process…

Good value for money. Excellent location and almost near to all landmarks in Brisbane CBD. Large room with balcony. Complete amenities and clean environments. Peaceful and quiet at night. Friendly and efficient staff.
