Pro: easy check in and out, location, spacious room, friendly front desk staff (the lady with the tattoo), decent standard breakfasts. Con: mold in bathroom, no towels in pool area.

Room was fine but the room key didnt work after initially getting into the room and it was never able to be fixed. We weren't the only ones either. Add to that, the door wouldn't close on its own. Kind of a safety issue from a security standpoint. Wife and I couldn't both leave the room at the same time otherwise we'd have had to get the front desk to unlock it for us manually.

I called prior to check in as as soon as I scheduled the reservation I received a phone call for a family emergency and knew I’d not be there to check in. The woman who answered her phone wouldn’t even take my name and told me she couldn’t help me and the manager was in the office to see about receiving a refund to cancel I called again Wednesday as Tuesday I was in hospital all day. Same woman answered and said she couldn’t refund or cancel remaining time I had reserved which was Monday through Friday . And again the manager wasn’t there and that I’d have to call back later I asked if I could leave a message for the manager she said no that she will be answering the phones this evening and to call again. I asked for her name and she hesitated and said if very low being I. The hospital I decided I’d take her word and call that evening . I called from 5 to 8 and not a single person answered the phone. I didn’t call yesterday as I was brining my mother home after discharge . I never once walked into the hotel and yet still charged offered proof of emergency even though I felt I shouldn’t need to but most importantly surprised at the lowest quality of customer service I have ever experienced.

Hotel was clean .Front desk staff were great.Price was great value !Breakfast was great . They need to toss the lumpy pillows I’d rather have just two great pillows on the bed rather than 6 ..some good some not ! Highway noise is very loud .. I’d definitely stay again but would request a room on the side .

The room itself was nice and the staff extremely pleasant. The only thing I found that was off was the shower curtain rod. It was the rounded kind that's supposed to get out a little bit away from the tub. Whoever installed it, did not understand that. Instead of sticking out from the tub it was hung like a :-). So the part that would normally go out was down lower than the ends of the rod. This fixed it so the shower curtain does not stay closed. And said, the shower curtain goes to the bottom of the valley. It made for an interesting shower

I do not usually stay anywhere that isn’t 9.0 and above but I looked at the pics of the room and it looked very updated. For the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Bed was great and it had full size pillows ( thank god ). Would definitely recommend it and will stay again

This was my second time staying here. It is a great place and has everything I need, including a decent breakfast, a pool for my kids, and comfortable beds, plus easy parking. I will continue to stay here when I travel to Richmond for work purposes.

Pros: Great stay. Decent breakfast and coffee. Pool was a hit. Service was friendly. Rooms were clean. Cons: we wished the pool was open past 10pm. Hallways could be vacuumed.

This was an overnight stay to deliver something to a relative. We had stayed here in the past and were happy with our room and the amenities. On this stay, we had a room that faced I-95 and the noise prevented my wife from getting a good night's sleep. She had to go to the couch and close the bedroom door. Aside from this Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play? Also, have a selection of "NA" for the items that you want a comment for. Not everything you wish the customer to comment on is applicable to their experience.

We stayed here because my son had a baseball tournament over the weekend. Their breakfast doesn’t start until 7am so forget it if you have an early game and there aren’t many early morning options around. Had we known we would’ve stayed somewhere else that serves breakfast for those who get up early on the weekend. No laundry onsite so forget cleaning those dirty uniforms. The AC didn’t work and had an awful musty smell in the first room, so they switched our room. The first room also had an abundance of marks on the wall, so did the rest of the hotel hallways & such. The second room had sticky floors because they don’t know how to clean properly. There was also a weird brown smudge on the ceiling that I can only assume was probably exactly what you’re thinking as well. The second room’s freezer in the mini fridge was in such a need for a defrosting that we couldn’t put any ice packs in the freezer so we had to ask them to put them in one downstairs. They also allow their resident wanna be gangster dealer park his car in a clearly marked fire lane that is designated as a tow away zone.

We have stayed before, unfortunately the management was aggressive and rude this time around, this reduced the star rating. Unfortunately this attitude was not only towards us as guests but also towards the staff who were attempting to assist us in our inquiries. Hopefully this attitude will be addressed and changed positively as the hotel is great.

the room was very nice for the price, it had a living room area a counter space and spacey bathroom with a big sink and counter space, the bedroom was very space ish and both rooms had a tv! the little marketplace in the hotel had drinks and snacks and ice cream, the staff were very nice as we talked to a few as we were there!

Hotel was comfortable but with all the construction occurring nearby it seems to have a lot of workers staying there during the week. With that they were hanging out in the parking lot and leaving it quite messy and making my family alittle uncomfortable. Nice room but didnt have any tissues, sheets for the pull out bed and only half a roll of toilet paper left. Good location with plenty of close places to eat and shop

Hallways dirty, room smelled strongly of marijuana as well as the elevator. Elevator had what appeared to be dried vomit inside next to door opening, only one elevator works, cannot fit more than 4 people in the elevator comfortably, unable to eat the subpar breakfast in the dining room because of noise level. Children roaming all over the hotel unsupervised. Will never stay at comfort suites again. I checked out early and stayed further and for more money for peace and quiet and not having to spend my money on air freshener.
