Lovely clean room with everything you need. They even included some snacks/drinks in the fridge, and had fresh breads in the morning (all complementary!) Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Beautiful modern apartment. Very friendly welcome from staff. Centrally located to do plenty of sightseeing. Definitely recommend

The staff were amazing (friendly and helpful). We got a room right next to the supply closet and near the front desk, so it got loud at times, but other than that, the room was clean and location was great.

Wonderful stay close to many Rome attractions. The room had lots of lovely extras. Linens were very nice but the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious. Clean design. Great location. My 2 issues are: for a luxury apartment the pillows on the bed were very, very firm and not the most comfortable. Also -- and the bigger issue -- I need a dark room to sleep in. The apartment has no curtains in the bedrooms. Outside the windows there are metal shudders that allow the light from the street to come into the room. Maybe not an issue for everyone but it made for difficult sleeping for me.

Beautiful flat and perfect for our family of 6. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Staff was very kind. Check-in was super easy and the morning croissants were an added touch. The room was perfect for what we needed it for but was a tad warm, even with the air on. Overall, would recommend if you need a spot to stay

Martina who checked us in was extremely helpful and the location is handy for exploring the key sites.
The lift is teeny but part of the apartment building’s charm. You feel like you are living a little as a local in the heart of Roma. Molto bene!
We are returning to Rome in a few weeks’ time but sadly the Aenea is fully booked. We would happily stay here again.

It was a really nice apartment with kind and friendly staff. Location was great for us, close to the Termini train station and easy access to transportation, yet in a quiet neighborhood. They provided a great breakfast as well. We would stay there again.

It was a cute and quaint apartment style hotel. The staff were great. The welcome wine was nice especially after a long travel day. I don’t eat a lot of bread so the 4 pieces every day were nice but a bit too much for me. I felt bad not eating it. It was pretty loud. The people above were very loud and outside your room early in the morning it is loud. But I’m usually up early anyways.

The property was very conveniently located near sites shopping dining. The area is very easily walkable and the staff provided good suggestions and directions. The place was not a Marriott which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a quaint Italian style space with a beautiful view from our room. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

Property was clean and comfortable! Staff was great with all help needed. Walking distance to train station and Colosseum!

Outstanding staff and customer service!

Staff and room was amazing! My main complaint would just be that the rooms weren’t very clearly marked. If you happen to forget where your room was, or which number you had, you couldn’t clearly identify it. So it made for some awkward putting keys into the wrong doors.. But other than that, the room was absolutely perfect!

Friendly staff, great location and walkable to most major attractions, easy check in and check out.

Perfect if all you want is a clean bed at the end of the day. We were inexperienced travellers at this point in our holiday so can’t really comment on location. Half hour walk with suitcases to train station. Traditional breakfast in the morning with beautiful fresh pastries. Close to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

What a great stay we just had!! The hotel is centrally located- 3 blocks away from the hop on and hop off bus stop and 5 blocks away from the train station. It has lots of restaurants around and places to see by walking. The rooms are very spacious and clean, AC fully functional and they provide complimentary breakfast as well as yogurts, drinks and snacks. Shuttle to and from airport at a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend it enough!!

What an amazing experience at the Aenea Superior Inn in Rome! Maritza was so professional and receptive for us. We loved our suite, especially the balcony and the vaulted ceiling. What a special treat to have a full mini fridge and breakfast delivered to our room every morning.

The hotel was great with friendly staff. The room was very clean and in a good location close to restaurants, shops and the city centre.

Great location, about 10 mins walking to the coliseum, lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Breakfast was ok, basically coffee and pastries (no hot food options). Staff were friendly and great service attitude.

We loved our stay at Aenea even if it was only for a night.
We were allowed to check-in earlier and they even brought us breakfast croissants to the room.
We had the Family room which had one double bed and two separate twin beds. It also came with a great terrace.
We loved our stay because the room had lots of windows and it had great light coming in. It was also very clean and with a good working AC.
The area around the hotel is very good and walkable to almost everywhere.
We would definitely love to stay here again whenever we come back to rome. Aenea is the best place I’ve stayed in Rome :)

Access to get in to the hotel very inconvenient, not front desk after 8 , after that nobody. Not vending machine in the lobby.

Great location
We had 5 adults and place was huge especially for Rome

It was a little difficult to find as the name was on a plaque flat against the wall.
Apart from that when in it was a friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room.
It was close to lots of amenities shops and cafes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and equipped with everything you needed. Lots of freebies in the room. Like snacks, soft drinks, water and even a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again

The room was excellent, it is regularly housekept. We got refills of stuff inside the mini-fridge. Our only complaint is that the staircase has stinky smell. It was actually frustrating when we entered for check-in, but our room was fresh and neat. Overall, we liked the location and staff are friendly. We just hope they will improve the condition as the building is really old.

The Aenea in was a charming old hotel with the oversized green entry doors tall ceilings, and marble that was so old that it was worn down on spots by traffic. Of you are looking for old world charm you will love it. It was also in a good location with several authentic little restaurants and cafes.

Excellent stay, and the AC works well to beat the Rome summers. Check-in was very easy, even with a late arrival and the front desk being closed. The staff is quick to respond and helpful with services. The location is great. I would definitely like to stay here again if I visit Rome.
