Let me begin by saying that all of the staff were very nice. However the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were good and bedding clean. Everything else - not so much. The room hadn’t been dusted in a while and the carpet hadn’t been swept. Glad I travel with slippers because I wouldn’t have put bare feet on that floor. The remote control only partially worked - couldn’t get to the guide and the back part was missing. But the worst part was the bathroom. The tub really needed to be replaced. It was chipped and patched and had a huge rust stain near the drain. And even the body wash dispenser didn’t work well. If it hadn’t been just a one night stay I would have complained and asked for a different room. Very disappointed in this Holiday Inn property. Would not recommend.

The tub was slippery, it had rusty spots, and the coating was pealing off. There was not a back on the TV remote.The ironing boardand iron was not very good, and the coating on the iron was pealing off. And minnor in bed room that a flim on it.

Black mold in bathroom. Told frony desk starting to argue the issue. Wanted to fight with me about issue. I travel all tje time NEVER had a experience like this.

Very nice stay and close to the outlet and enjoyed the restaurant (Alumi House Sports Bar & Grill) good food

Property was very close to the Fair grounds. It was clean and quiet.
We arrived to find that we did not have a room with two beds in it like we reserved but only a single king size. They found a roll away bed to put in the room but the sheets and pillow case had blood on them . The staff told us that the reservation is an Expedia problem and we need to contact them. Saying “we see this all the time with third party reservations”

I enjoyed the stay minus being charged extra after I checked out . No reason , no damage, nothing extra purchased. Manager was suppose to call me and never did to correct this

Second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Location is fantastic (between the Outlets, Bass Pro Shops, and MS Braves ballpark. Staff were friendly, room was clean, and the restaurant was good.

Nice property. Extremely busy and popular. First room we were given had not been made up so we were quickly assigned another room and given free breakfast for our inconvenience. Staff very attentive and caring.

The tub was slick and nothing in the bottom of the tub to stop you from falling, sink drained very slow and it looked like they were in the middle of remodeling it. Bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure. The blackout shades were extremely great!!

No cable in the rooms. I wasn’t able to watch t.v. Cables was in the bar area though.

Room was not clean. Nasty looking something on the side of the mattress. Bathroom looked more like something you would see in a Motel-6. Carpet needs cleaning. I paid over $320 for the two night stay. The employees however were very nice and friendly. For the price, not worth it.

Everything is good! There is one thing that needs to be improved, and that is the tissues needs to be filled before the next guest moves in.

Overall not bad, room was nice. There is no breakfast which was confusing through expedia. Not suitable for family with small children for that reason. Needed more access to suitcase carts for luggage.

I guess that since I owned a house cleaning service in the past, I am hyper vigilant about cleanliness. My room was clean-ish. There was dust everywhere and the tub could have used a good cleaning. The worst part was the carpet! I spilled a bottle of water and used a wash rag to dry up the wet spot and when I was finished, the rag was disgusting dirty! As for the restaurant, I was disappointed with the food. We honestly could have gone to Wendy's for better burgers. BUT the bed and pillows were fantastic!!

It was fine. The rooms seem to be being worked on, like regular maintenance. If you pay for breakfast you get a $9.50 voucher for breakdast to the restaurant,anything over you pay. It was $3 for a glass of tea and they will get you with tax. Better to be maybe $20 or so less to stay. Its just average
