I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars however, for the first time ever, anywhere, they could not get me a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not book breakfast and the restaurant was full. However they could not even make me a takeaway coffee and told me I would have to go to an outside cafe.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly positioned for accessing the city and all its attractions. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A slight negative for the room is the sound insulation between other rooms. We did here noise from adjacent rooms which is not a big thing but something to be aware of.
The car park is a typical city centre car park - underground and tight for space - but it is satisfactory and welcome. We would stay here again and we would recommend the hotel. The staff were very helpful in every way.

Staff are lovely, for the price the room was very good. Couldn't get in the car park but there is a multi storey car park a minute walk away, was €12 for 24 hours.

Hotel was easy to find, free parking was available but also jave a private under ground garage for a fee. The gentleman on reception spoke excellent English and was very nice. We'd been upgraded to the superior suite on the top floor with huge balcony and views of the city. Roof terrace bar was next door however it was very quiet. Hotel was exceptional and couldnt find fault with anything. Sited in a central position with Burgos cathedral and the old town within 10 mins walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Will be staying here again next time we're passing.

Excellent location. I had a good dining experience on Fridays. Staff are accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday. I did not like that there was no water boiler.

The rate was reasonable considering the fantastic location between the natural history museum and old town. I wish i could have stayed longer, but the hotel was sold out over the weekend.

We had two rooms, both were in need of cleaning and better maintenance.
Found hairs in the bath and creatures on the bathroom floor.
Despite not requesting alternative rooms, we asked for a gesture of one free parking space. The receptionist declined this even after seeing the photos.

Very nice rooms we was over looking the park. The staff were excellent and friendly. We did have a menu meal in the restaurant which was excellent value for money. shops and attractions were only a short walk away.

Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but if you stay here the set 3 course menu is fabulous and fantastic value for money.

Located a short walk from the old city centre, opposite a pretty riverside walk, and with onsite underground parking. The hotel and bedroom have a ‘designer vibe’, however the emphasis seemed to be form over function - too much furniture and large arching lamp in the room took away from the usable space, and elements required for breakfast were tidied away in compartments under the buffet bar, making them difficult to find. However, overall I recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Since we arrived, Coral, the receptionist was extremely helpful and able the accommodate are needs since we were traveling with our baby. She was also very helpful showing us in the map the main point of interests.

A very well placed hotel to visit Burgos centre on foot. An easy walk to the cathedral and other sights.

It was a nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only think I didn’t like the a/c was not enough and they didn’t offer free water like the other hotels

Big hotel. Not much European flare, seems like a hotel we could find in the US but it was nice.
We had a large room with a nice desk area. Nice size bathroom with tub shower. Big window that looked out to the river and the pedestrian bridge.
Great location, easy walk to main Plaza and restaurants. Staff marked on map the best streets for restaurants and Pintxos.
It was quiet while we stayed.

I requested a double/queen but was given 2 singles pushed together. after much discussion, I eventually got a room with requested bed. The hotel was basic; no coffee making facility or water available. The room was hot and AC was set at 23 degrees and could go lower. Staff completely rude when I requested 2 cups of coffee in morning. I had to have the buffet breakfast or nothing. Would not stay or recommend it. Was the worst we've stayed in over 2 weeks of touring north Spain

Lower rating due to loud music/partying in the lounge at 2-3 AM, which could be heard on the 5th floor. If the rooms are not soundproof enough, the volume should at least be turned down.

Very clean but a bit of tlc required in the room.

Good staff, amazing breakfast, massive comfy bed, great bathroom. Avoid the car park unless you have a small car or expert at navigating these old twisty, cramped Spanish car-parks. Exiting is hardest and we saw three drivers all taking 5-10 minutes exit, doing umpteen reverses, with wives (like me) directing stressed partners to inch their way out. The parking at the Museum of Human Evolution is supposed to be far safer and less stressful, so try that. But otherwise, while yes the room's a bit moody-dark in the evening, it's a very nice hotel.

Darkest hotel ever. Black and grey decor, dimly lit. Garage was the same. I suppose the decor is very stylish, but it is not MY preferred style.

After a tough stay in Santurtzi, this hotel was a welcome upgrade. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service, the Sky bar, and the location. My recommendation is for the room itself. It is very dark with poor lighting. The bathroom was spacious but the In order to avoid flooding the bathroom, it is essential to lower the water pressure ☺️ The front desk was very professional. I also recommend instructions be included in the room as to how to reach the front desk by phone on case of emergency. Overall, it was a nice stay. I LOvE Burgos!!!
