Just a typical expensive hotal at the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu in Zurich. The fact that the property adjoins the airport made our flight home so much easier. We enjoyed the restaurant the evening we were there and the staff was very helpful in every way. We would definitely stay there again.

The staffs are wonderful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious

So convenient getting to and from the airport! Beautiful room and hotel with great customer service. Easy jumping off point to explore the city with the train right there as well.

Hotel room was quiet and neat. Hotel was right next to terminal which was great. Hotel restaurant was a joke. We (and others too) had to wait to be served. Nobody came to ask if we need anything. Other people were leaving the restaurant because of poor service. Would not recommend the restaurant to others. Very poor service…

The computers were down when I went to check in. I waited in line to be told this, rather than staff announcing the computers were down. When I returned later for check in, I was told I had to wait in line again. The line was 10 deep and I had to wait in line for 30 minutes all over again. When I complained to the manager, she did not care. My husband and I are senior citizens and the second 30 minute wait was difficult for us. The is not a nice way to treat guests. I will not stay at this hotel again, and I will think twice about staying at a Radisson hotel in the future. I intend to lodge a complaint about the treatment I received at this hotel with your customer service department when I return home from my trip. The problem was with your computer system. Rather than making up for your problem, you made it my problem, not just once but twice.

The wifi at the hotel in this day and age was really poor, even after complaining the staff asked me to connect to another network, which was even worse.

Property is under construction. There is no lobby. Few services. Poor signage to find one’s way.

Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms but the main entrance is closed with side entrance entry to hotel fences and builders items around taking away from the look of he place. The restaurant is on the ground floor but there are no toilets available and you have to travel to the 8th floor to use the toilets. I would come back and stay again and hopefully the building work will be finished

Great hotel and value for money. Nice breakfast and nice bedroom. Disappointments were the toiletries need to have bigger bottles and the a/c need to allow to go below 19 degrees so that guest don’t sweat in night.

Great location at the end of the airport. We walked to the hotel and in the morning we walked to the airport check-in. Breakfast was included and it was a full breakfast buffet. Rooms are very modern & functional. Great place to stay before a flight.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Accessibility was very limited due to construction. Restaurant hours limited during daytime.

One night stay. I enjoyed my stay. They had a nice sauna. Convenient location to airport and train station.

Construction made location inconvenient

A great place to stay if getting to and from the airport is most important. With the construction of the building getting in and out the front door was a little bit of a hassle.

Hotel has a complex way of entering as a lot of construction going on. Have to take 2 lifts and follow signs that go all the way to level 8 and then back down through another lift on another end of the hotel. It was not convenient at all with kids and luggages. View from hotel is construction of the hotel lobby. For the price paid absolutely no service and rooms were like lodges. Very dated and lack of decor. Not of Radisson standards and price absolutely ridiculous.

When we arrived, they had already checked our hotels.com registration to another person and couldn’t figure it out. They even changed the check-in name. It was a big confusion and hope we don’t get charged for 2 rooms. The air conditioning didn’t work.

The room that was first allotted to me wreaked of smoke. I had to request a room change which was promptly given but I was told that I might not get 2 rooms next to each other, as we had booked 2 rooms, which turned out to be untrue. There were rooms available. The second room that was allotted had a very strange perfume smell. This led me to believe that either rooms are not properly cleaned or inspected before the guests checkin. Also the hotel was under major renovation and this is not mentioned on Expedia so that is a negative mark for Expedia.ca.

Needs improvement

We stayed at this hotel due to having an early morning flight from Zurich to Amsterdam. The hotel is so convenient as it right next to the terminal. They are under construction in the lobby which was a bit distracting, but overall, the rooms were very modern and nice. The restaurant was very good and the 8th floor bar was very nice too!

Slow check in

Construction began early in the morning, defeating purpose of overnight stay between flights. A mess with construction. Little signage to direct to location. Over priced. After 11 pm, 3 food items on room service menu are only options offered and restaurants are closed.

Was a short stay to connect flight. Loved the location and bar on 8th floor
