The stay was great. There was nothing fancy about the setting but things were clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Good stay. Close to the fair grounds . Clean , good bedding & linens . Limited breakfast items & ok premade coffee. Pets need to be limited to a block of rooms. Small dog barking throughout the night nextdoor .

The hotel is nearer and in a nice location right off the freeway, nothing around it as far as walking to get something to eat, but a big gas station on the corner. I had no compliants with the customer services. I had to kill 2 good size roaches in my room. The room was clean. I had someone above my floor that had a child that decided to run around at 3:00am in the morning. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

For the most part it was a decent place. My room was next to the elevator which made sleeping rough due to people traffic. My main complaint is that the room smelled funny and my nose keep running when in the room. I inspected the room and found some black geasy looking stuff in the windows. I checked out early due to this and asked the front desk to refund my last day because i couldn't stay because i felt like this would make me sick. The guy said the manager would contact me via email. Please refund for Sunday August 4, 2024 and please clean that room BETTER.

Place was clean, comfortable. Pool was nice, staff friendly. Negative was there were 3 big cockroaches in our room when we got up in the morning. Yuck.

We’ve been coming here for 13yrs and the staff are always nice. However sadly the place is really getting outdated and neglected. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and the floor was not clean. There were dead bugs in the window ledge that I had to clean myself. All in all still good for the price and convenience for our son’s camp. Plus upgrade the room with outlets and plugs for mobile device charging.

Manageable for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The couch had holes in it and the foam was coming out. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower dripped the whole night. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. It’s pet friendly, so be prepared to hear peoples dogs bark constantly.

We were in the area for a quick horse show, so we knew we would not be spending time in the room other than to shower and sleep. Unfortunately, our bathroom was gross, pubic hair on the sink and long hair and what looked like dried snot in the bathtub. I was going to ask them to address the issue, but my travel companion asked me not to make a big deal of it because it was after 11PM and we had to be back at the show grounds at 5 AM. This is definitely a 2 star hotel, but it is the closes accommodation to the Fair Grounds.

The Microtel was fine for 1 night. The property needs a general clean up in the common areas and in the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable and the staff was fine. We waited for someone to check us in for about 20 mins, but they were helpful enough when we finally connected.

We were travelling for 9 hours and it started raining so we decided to stop for the night. We went to the hotel and were greeted by a really nice and friendly desk man. The room was great. The beds comfy. The morning breakfast was awesome.

Tiny room and bed. The water in the shower never ran out of the tub. Water pressure in sink was horrible. So when we got there ithe tub had a residue. Breakfast was ok. Otherwise pretty clean.

Check In and Lobby were nice and clean. The hotel itself was tidy. The staff were kind and helpful. The carpet looked newer. The paint scheme in the room to match the carpet is HORRIBLE. If you are looking for a room that looks and feels like a dark prison cell, this is it. Room 201. The door doesn't close tightly and the latch barely latches. The POOP brown paint job in the bathroom is not even finished. The room also has the POOP brown on the wall and a dark beige color. Not welcoming in the slightest. Beds were fine, linens fine. We liked the bench under the window to place our suitcases on. The hairdryer does not work, bring your own. The A/C worked well. Parking lot well lighted and we felt safe. Despite being next to the highway, we could not hear it which was nice. Our room did not smell. The gigantic mirrors behind the beds were weird and the lighting was just OK. The coffee and juice were great. The prepackaged muffins were not edible and gross. You won't get bacon and eggs here; bagels, muffins, make your own pancakes, yogurt available.

We had a maintenance lady come to our room at 9:45 pm supposedly to give us towels. There was no knock on the door. She tried to barge in with her key. If we had not put the extra lock on the door she would have been in our room. We found this very unsettling. There was no answer at the front desk. We did not sleep well and would not come back. There was no one at the desk the next morning for notification.

It can use updating. Shower falling off, dirty floors, you can see remnants of the carpet where they pulled it all up around the edges in the whole room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired….
