Only stayed one night but the room felt like home clean an didnt feel like itbwas cheap but a good priced room definitely would stay again

The room had stains all over it. The pool did not have towels. Front entrance doors did not work and I had to have our keys redone 3 times.

Bathroom could be updated. Dirty garbage in kitchen that smelled

Booking with Expedia has a different price than what i was charged at the hotel. That was unfair. The breakfast was not good! Served on paper plates and plastic ware, bacon so burnt you couldn't pick it up without it falling a part. Eggs were warm.

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. rooms clean and in good condition. Exercise room was good and there was a pool. Super close to restaurants and shopping. Hallway carpets a little Worn but that was only complaint.

Didn’t really stay. When we arrived the woman in front of us was complaining about the room not being cleaned from the day before and they were out of towels. Our room smelled of weed and could see crumbs on the night stand. Upon inspection of the bed I found a tiny moving insect under the sheets on the mattress. So we left to the holiday inn express next door, I’m not fooling around with bed bugs. The person behind the counter was willing to refund us for our inconvenience but because we used Expedia we had to go through customer service. Expedia reached out to Staybridge who said they wouldn’t refund us due to the booking agreement and that was that. So, I would like to personally quote Logan Roy to both Staybridge & Expedia for charging me due to conditions beyond my control. But I’ll still take the $150 loss to avoid bed bugs.

Staff was not helpful or ever around. Room was decent but rather dirty. Only had one tiny trash can for a 2 bed suite. Our room was never once cleaned during our 4 day stay.. neighbor's dog barked all night. Pool was tiny and gross.

The front desk worker was very nice but he took 20 minutes to return to the desk. There is no hot tub and the room was grimey. Stuff that looked like bugs was found in the bed.

Booked it was not too far from the event we were attending. Not even 5 minutes and these cops are Yankees her pregnant ass out of the vehicle. When the chief came he apologized for his rookie tackling and he's going to now be fired.

The room was great, the neighbors barking dog wasn't so great. I wish they would just have a specific area for pets so those that need a quieter area has that option, plus the allergic people wouldn't worry about having a reaction.

At check-in we didn't get the room we reserved because housekeeping didn't sign off on that room type for any rooms available. They indicated they would upgrade us. We had a 1 bedroom Suite (Conference) and we got a 2 bedroom Suite handicap room. If I had been staying longer I would have requested my original room after the first night because it had the true amenities I wanted. SUGGESTION: The room needs to be upgraded or at the least, better maintained. The chairs in the living room area were well worn and stained. The coffee tables were also chipped and worn. The faucet at the kitchen sink was loose but it didn't appear to leak. I hope my comments will help you to grow your establishment.

We are new fans of Staybridge Suites based on our recent stay! Such a great value! Loved the morning and afternoon food offerings, fitness room, room amenities and laundry room (didn’t use but happy to know it exists!) Great Front Desk agent (sorry didn’t get his name- great smile, friendly service!)

My fitted sheet was dirty with too much hair and grit to have been changed. Staff was dealing with a pool overflowing so they brought up a fresh set of sheets and I had to switch the bedding. Upon arrival room smelled too strong of bleach, I wondered what they had covered up. Nice staff and easy check in, but dirty room.

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. I had clumps of hair on my socks after walking around. It clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. It was quite gross.

Friendly staff, easy quick check in. Very pet friendly. Room was great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

When I arrived the clerk sent me to the WRONG room, had I not noticed after unpacking my belongings the name, charge card and length of stay were incorrect. I brought it the clerks attention and they told me "you'll have to move" what if I had decided to take a shower or a nap? what if I hadn't notice the incorrect information? I told the clerk it's unacceptable and I asked him to comp 1 night - he refused providing only $10-15 per night - I had to repack and move my belongings to the correct room from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. I was not satisfied with $10-15 per night and finally I told the staff "a simple apology would go a long way" one of the clerk just stood there silent. Once I was in the correct room on the 1st floor the Safelite glass guys were standing outside the room by their work van talking for hours, not a big deal during the evening but the next night at 11pm one of the guys starting playing music and appeared to be sorting clothing - I called the desk and they were told him to cut the music off and leave. I want to be compensated, the entire experience was bad. I have stayed at the Staybridge in Glenview Illinois and Okemos pales in comparison - the breakfast brunch was subpar to Glenview's. I will contact IHG as well.

Great stopover

Liked that the facility is quiet and clean. Disliked that the room needs updating (some kitchen drawers wouldn't close; chip on rim of coffee cups; some rusting around bath tub fawcett).

Liked everything about it.

After checking out, I checked my bank account and 20.00 was charged to my card. I paid cash when checking in. I went back in the hotel and asked the desk clerk what the charge was for? He stated that he didn't know. So he said he would refund the 20.00 placed on my card. He stated that it should be corrected in a few hours. I'm now going on day 2 and my money has yet to be returned. Other than that it was a fantastic experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Smoking in the lobby, supposed to be a smoke free facility. Cleaniliness was terrible. Front desk help would sit in office behind and ignore people at front desk, had to get food service and housekeeping to help with front desk acrivities.
