This is ok spot for travelers that want to be close to the airport. The business center is a joke, helpful staff is Wendy and Mariam. I had to stay 5 days, the breakfast staff was great.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. The parking garage is very clean and secure. I love the late checkout being a rewards member. I was also able to check in early. I was only there for a day for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The stuff was amazing and the room was very clean.

Easy check in! Late check out (thankfully) close to town and cities, food trucks that have amazing carne asada option (juicy and tender, hot ass cucumbers though haha for a sauce type). Has parking garage, breakfast! Computer to use for work purposes if you did not pack a laptop like myself that was easy access and fast internet! Clean room and bed!

There was a power outage due to transformer incident and the inn did minimal to support this emergency. They could not even give temporary lights for bedrooms.

Clean, affordable and basic – room was sufficient, staff was very helpful. Off-site parking (across the street) was affordable and relatively convenient. Worked out very well for a quick weekend stay.

The bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. There was other people's hair and dirt and grim on the bathroom floor. The microwave had hand prints all over it. I can tell the cleaning was not that great. However, the check-in and check out staff were pleasant. The hotel itself is NOT clearly labeled on the doors and was hard to find. The breakfast area was so packed they did not have enough to accommodate everyone in the morning. My grab and go breakfast bag I requested was taken by someone else. They ran out of coffee. They do NOT offer shuttle service to the airport either. Overall for the price and stay the bed was comfortable and well it is a Holiday Inn.

The property was nice, clean inside and the entire staff is very friendly. Don’t really agree with having to pay for parking when a hotel should provide parking for customers. However, I do appreciate how it was a gated parking structure.

I asked for a first floor no problem they gave it to me, the bed was absolutely perfect and comfortable! WIFI worked great! Breakfast was good! And clean in and out of the room. I forget her name front desk she was so helpful and answering all my questions! I would definitely recommend staying at HOLIDAY INN.

A little dated but they are working on remodeling it slowly. It was super busy, so we gave up on breakfast because we could not find a table and it was just a nightmare in the dining room. Not the hotel's fault. I would probably stay at a more expensive place next time to avoid the crowds.

Elevators smelled like urine. Room was incredibly noisy due to neighbors. Phone system was barely functional -- no instructions on the phone. So I had to go down to the front desk three times to get someone to call the neighbor to tell them to stop jumping up and down. Overall facilities were pretty mediocre at best. Staff was excellent, especially the breakfast staff. Parking a major pain but I guess that's what you get when you stay so close to LAX.

So the hotel from the outside looks very nice. It is a busy area but otherwise quite. The parking garage is across the street and has no elevator. That was not so great with luggage but it was manageable. The parking structure is completely gaited in so that is nice. The hotel itself is under construction. Our room was dusty, dirty and not vacuumed.
