Im not one to complain but this room was a terrible experience. The bed pillows and mattress was so uncomfortable we left a day early. The room wasnt very clean and ants were everywhere. I asked for a refund for the day because we left early. They said because i went thru your service you would have to give it to me , but i read on line it wasnt refundable. Anyway we lost money and have went to a clean comfortable hotel to finish our trip. We went to the Sleepy Inn this summer in Owensboro ky and it was fantastic . But unfortunately this one was was lousy

Great place to stay. We always stay here when traveling to PCB. Beds are comfortable and rooms are always clean. Only critique is the breakfast is average: I had no issues because a bagel and coffee is all I need. My wife couldn't find anything she liked.

The room smelled like pee and mold. There was pee on the toilet seat. They have carpeting and it was so dirty. The hotel was full because of Hurricane Milton, so I didn’t have another option. Luckily O just stayed two nights.

The staff were very nice and greetable, breakfast was great! I really wish the bed sheets were clean, hoping they would’ve smelled better too. and the towels as well. My car was broken into in the parking lot and no cameras on the outside of the hotel to see or watch who did it!

we stayed a week and was dirty out side parking lot inside my shower was broke and handle feel off in shower … it was annoying trying get towels everyday from staff .., only had eggs one day out the week terrible

Wife asked the young light skinned black girl who was over the breakfast on 8 - 18-2024 for some milk for her cereal she ignored her and walked off!!! I went to her and asked her for some milk again she took a deep breath rolled her eyes looked at her watch then walked off! Someone needs to let her know the guest pay her damn bills!!! No guest no damn job!

I love that it was close to everything including the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. We complimentary breakfast every morning which saved us money. The room were cleaned and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff was extremely nice and apologetic. When we arrived and opened the door to our room, the odor was really bad! It had a really strong mildew smell to it. The blankets were damp from the moisture and the bathroom was not clean. I had not been told about a connected room, so when we noticed that there was a door connecting to the next room we immediately left the room and checked out of the hotel. This was after driving 17 hours. Very disappointed.
