Left my stuff in storage apparently the only other person to enter after me didn’t rummage throw my stuff and steal from me. Staff tried to make me seem like I was the idiot in the situation her poo service if they did this in storage I would watch for your valuables in your room. No help no offer of some sort of here is a deal or money off your stay we regret something to keep a customer. It sucks being gaslight. Come here at your own risk

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space. However, it was in much need of updates. It’s very old. Many of the lamps were half missing. The floor was stained everywhere. The staff and location are great. If you use the parking garage, beware! It’s very difficult to get out if you have a larger vehicle

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

The bed is terrible. It has not improved its quality. The centre of the bed sinks a lot and it hurts so much my back that I didn’t rest well during my stay in Mulhouse and hence disrupts my trip a lot. With such price per night, I later found that there are better options nearby and hence upset me. However, these complaints are directed at the facility rather than the staff. The staff was helpful but they could not change the quality of the bed.

First impression it looked like a youth hostel and after we got to our rooms the impression didn't change. Room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, the curtains were hanging off the wall, and not very clean. Would not recommend this hotel. Only saving grace was it's proximity to the old town and the Christmas Market. Was embarrassed as we had brought friends along with us. Overall not a great experience. Can't understand how it was rated so highly on Hotels.com

Huge problem checking in. Note that since March due to Covid their reception closes at 17:00 whilst description notes 22:30. A solution was found but it was email that had gone to my spam and hadn't even uploaded. Finally rang an emergency number and someone appeared. Nice apartment -quiet - good location- no complaints just the check in process.

We were so underwhelmed by this property. We booked the apartment, the bunk/twin beds were in a windowless room, the apartment was very dated and the bathroom is in need over a renovation. Parking on site is a minimal and was 'not available' when we arrived, but after pushing it became available... I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

Friendly personnel great location. Fast check in check out. They gave us good info about the city and what to see and do. Breakfast very good. Small space but you can take the breakfast to the room.

The hotel has studio apartments with the ability to cook a small meal. The room was a good size and the bathroom was good. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is her close to the downtown core. We took advantage of booking breakfast with our room, it had the usual French options. We would stay here again.

The room was very spacious (we were in 4) the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the shutters were excellent (with slats so you could leave window open but closed at the same time). The rooms were very good value, however, the food was quite expensive but very filling. We would definitely come back and stay the night but have less to eat as portions very large.

Fine, spacious rooms for a family of 6. Very good value for money. Only minor point was we arrived late in the evening and there were no parking spaces so had to drop off and go park elsewhere which was a bit inconvenient with small children. We only stayed one night but it looked like a great location for exploring if we come this way again.

The ResidHotel has a very good location, closer to the city centre, restaurants, coffee shops and is 5 minutes from the station. There is a mini market behind them too. The studio has a good size for a couple and the kitchenette has everything you need. The unique improvement will be the bed once the mattress is not comfortable and the pillows are very small like for a baby. The staff is friendly.

I arrived @ 1:30 PM, there was a note to call a number, and that reception only opnes @ 2PM, I called the number, the lady on the phoner said they are a big chain of hotels, she was on Lyon, and could do nothing, She said I had to wait till 2 PM to get inside the hotel and hang up on my face, very unpolite, like french people usually are. Teh carpet on the corridors is old and smelly, the bedroom is large, but was full of dust everywhere, the double bed is so tiny we didnt fit quite right. Everything is old inside the room, curtains, floor, furniture, needs urgent remodeling.

It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to cook for themselves as to experience their life there.
