This was the best place. Classy, clean, great price, so many amenities including EV charging stations. Great for families. My little oasis.

Had a bit of difficulty with this hotel. During the mobile check-in I noticed the room I booked, two queens, was changed to and executive king suite. However when I received the notification that my room was ready it had again been changed to a regular room with a king bed. I didn't notice that until I received my room keys and got to the room with my family. I was going to accept the suite because it gave us more space even with only one bed but the regular king room they ended up giving me was tiny. So I had to go back down to the front desk to get my original booking of two queen beds. It was a hassle and I'm not sure why they changed my room so many times.

Great place with free parking. Fast elevators and friendly staff. A few nice places to eat at the resort. I’ll definitely stay again

Did not honor our hotel.com price. Charged me top dollar!

Hotel was close to relatives and family and therefore was a convenient alternative to the strip. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Recommend the salted lime for a restaurant and try a margarita. MRKT is also an excellent dinner option.

Beautiful view of mountain and super clean room. The spa tub definitely hit spot after 12 hr days on my feet. Highly recommend. Casino was clean and all restaurants were awesome

Charged double when I checked in, then charged again upon departure. (Was told to be patient, awaiting refund) First day room not cleaned but maid took $5 tip and left water that was a $3 charge per bottle. Valet and bellman were excellent.

Overall it was a good stay, even though the view from my 3rd floor room was blocked by the casino. The hotel claimed that they were full, even though we rarely saw any other people in the hallways or at the front desk. As a result, the rooms were very quiet

The hotel was great for our needs. We will stay there again

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, stayed in an ambassador suite, bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate with large tub and shower. Our room was not ready when we arrived a few minutes early and was not ready until quite a while after check in, I mentioned to the front desk agent that we had an event to attend and needed some time to get ready and she was able to switch our room quite fast which I appreciated

This Property really should not be listed as a VIP hotel.
It is nothing like other VIP access hitels i have stayed at. An acknowledgement of status when arriving....nothing. No perks at all which is fine if it wasnt listed as a VIP access hotel.
The hotel previously with that listing acknowledged my Gold status (i was platinum at Aliante) sent me to the VIP lounge to check in with free drinks & snacks, up graded my room & gave me a 20% off food & beverages voucher for my entire 6 night stay. Other Hotels leave a bottle of wine & or upgrade your room. Please remove the VIP status.
Pros.
Good Casino & excellent choice of restaurants. Lovely security staff checking room keys at the elevators.
Cons
Charge a hefty resort fee for goodness knows what, our one visit to the pool lasted 5 mins as they told everyone to get out the water 3 hours before listed closing time & we left.
Reception extremely uninterested in welcoming guests, cold & no explanation of where anything was. More interested in returning to the conversation with fellow receptionist.
Waste water from ither rooms bubbling up in the sink, black & grimy, disgusting.
Housekeeping just walking into the room even though the privacy light was on. He was male i am female & i was in my underwear in the bathroom. Awful.
Housekeeping just changing towels , not even straightening the beds. I could go on.
Came here years ago when a bank owned it. Seems to have gone down hill now Boyd own it. Sadly will never return

The people working were so helpful. We couldn’t get any service for our 3 night stay. We had to call for towels and no one straightened our beds for the entire visit. We asked and were told we should have turned on the service light. We told them we did turn it on. We received a shrug with all 4 people I spoke to. Pick another hotel because there are too many other hotel choices.

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Only thing we didn’t like was that you could only get Starbucks coffee. We don’t like it but it was a nice walk across the street for great coffee at the gas station. Beds are firm and great to sleep on. Rooms are sound proof for easy sleeping. Would have enjoyed a small area outside to enjoy morning coffee. Other than that the place is great.

The Mountain View was not as expected and sad I paid for the upgrade.

We loved our stay! The rooms are very nice and super clean. Nightly fees seem exorbitant due to no real amenities. (No shuttle, 1 pool with hours 11am-7pm). We loved it, but I'm not sure we will stay again. Worth every penny to stay just feel like the nightly fees are a bit ridiculous.

The Aliante Hotel and casino in Las Vegas was a very nice stay. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I had a good nights sleep during my stay.

The hotel is very close to my family. I didn’t like the fact that my bed was dirty when I checked in. In addition, one of the staff members at the front desk acted as though she prefer not to work there. Typically customers are asked about their stay, and I was just asked if I was checking out, that was it.

First, I didn't like being charged extra from what I was told according to the third party charges as to securing it online. I had a better experience with another hotel when being charged the correct price as posted online by the third party when securing a room.

It was another great stay at the Aliante!

My only complaint/concern is that the walls of the tub are very high and older or shorter individuals like myself may have a difficult time getting in the shower. The hotel itself was wonderful!!! Comfy beds and very friendly staff!!! I will definitely be back!

Cleaning every other day while charging a resort fee is not an acceptable practice for any hotel, and it should be considered a dishonest practice.

Everything was great except parking - almost empty valet parking and overfilled self park.

The staff was very nice, friendly and courteous.
Love the fact it’s away from the crazyness of the strip.

This was a great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet. Best place I’ve stayed in the Vegas area.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. I do think that they need better dining options. There doesn’t seem like there is much to do or anything exciting happening there, but we do love to go for a place to get away. We choose to gamble elsewhere, because their slots seem extremely tight. I do like that they have a movie theater. They should upgrade to recliner seats like other theaters and maybe have the option of ordering food in the theater.

Very well maintained hotel, with everything you would want. A great place to stay!!!!!

Not happy with the experience
