Super friendly and helpful staff from the check-in to the bar staff. Hotel is very clean, great location opposite the beach and near multiple bars and restaurants. Lovely comfy rooms.

Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely hotel with excellent customer service and friendly staff.
Food a little repetitive and could be hotter but always found something we liked.
Been told major refurbishment being done May to August. Will look forward to seeing the results next January (our 8th visit!)

Excellent beds, excellent rooms. Quiet, friendly, safe, great breakfast, food, entertainment and great, helpful and friendly staff. It's one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. I loved the rooms and the sea view. 10/10 from me.

I was here on my own and the staff were lovely. To get a bus is very easy and not to far.

Nice surroundings

Very friendly and attentive staff.. the room decor needs a refresh but it’s not too bad as you only need it for sleeping..
I booked two rooms for my family and had issues with the AC… it was either very loud, or not working efficiently.
I’d recommend this place as the beach is literally on the door step, and nearby shops help you to get the basics..
If you’re a keen cyclist there are also local bike rental shops and plenty of dedicated cycle lanes..
Overall a decent hotel with great facilities for the family

The staff in particular, Daniel the bar manager, Asu daytime bar manager. Mino and the silver haired lady on reception.

Very nice hotel.... staff were very good, polite etc, and nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel was very modern, and extremely clean, credit to the staff...
We stayed B&B, breakfast was exellent with plenty choice.
Room again was really nice, beds comfortable..
To be fair we have stayed in Hiphotels before, Mallorca... this hotel was on par with their high standards we experienced in the past.
So in short, great hotel... I would go back without a doubt..

The hotel and pool area are lovely and the staff were brilliant! Always happy to help with anything.
We had breakfast incl. Which was amazing! Lots of choice and always fresh.
The only negatives we had was the air conditioning in the room which wasn’t working well at all and considering the weather it was pretty warm. Also cracked tiles on the balcony floor. The rooms definitely need a little refurb.

This hotel is in a great location; not too far from the airport and in a quieter part of Puerto del Carmen but still with plenty to do. You could access the beach (which is lovely) and promenade easily using the front gate of the hotel.
Our room (332) was disappointing. It was small, dated and with a very poor view from the balcony. The air conditioning was non existent so it was stuffy and very noisy yet couldn’t switch it off fully. We weren’t keen on the memory foam bed and the flooring was lifting and tiles in bathroom/balcony cracked. It was however very clean so managed to cope with it for the length of our stay (3 nights). It would have been a nice touch to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room too.
All communal facilities in contrast were fantastic: very modern and airy. The pool was a beautiful setting to relax in and the bar was a nice layout also with entertainment every evening we were there. Once again nice and clean throughout
Staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming providing good service. All seemed happy in their work which is a good sign.
Food was always delicious with the small exception of the fried eggs at breakfast. There was plenty of choice as you would expect in a buffet, hot food was served nice and hot. Plenty of freshly cooked meats available and delicious breads.
Beverages were local ones as is often the case and you could get most the basics on all inclusive. However it was not fully inclusive

This was our third stay here.
The hotel is situated slightly outside Puerto del Carmen, so the area is a little quieter and less busy than PdC but still close enough to walk (with a few pit stops), bus or Taxi.
The staff are incredible! So friendly, willing to help and great at their jobs.
My Wife and I are already looking forward to our next visit.

Staff very helpful ,efficient and nice.rooms are not too big but the beds are very comfortable. SUPER BREAKFAST OPTIONS. Bus service is good. PDC is half hour to 40 min walk. Good access from back of the hotel to the beach.

Property well run with good facilities and entertainment
Quality of the buffet food was varied

It was overall not a comfortable feeling from the 1st room we got that was in a dark creepy area of the hotel to the odd questions we got from the staff.
3.0 / 5.0
Liked friendly daytime staff.
Dislike condition of bathroom, cracked tiles, partially blocked shower drain floods the floor if you shower to long.
Use of very poor spirits for all inclusive,
Entertainment very poor 8 days out of 10.
Red wine being served from a tap tasting and smelling like vinegar, not being taken seriously when questioned about red wine, told that’s the poor quality of the wine for all inclusive.
Food quality poor, breakfast buffet chefs totally overwhelmed and un able to replenish empty hot buffet displays.
The worst thing of all the dining manager, a small man, a bully, with a massive chip on his shoulder due to his height.
Dining area doors at both sides left closed so that dining area uncomfortably hot with no fresh air flow passing through.
Positives, air con works in the rooms, a lady called Asu working the bar from 10am daily is very friendly, senior management Sabina and Eve are seen and approachable (but unwilling to change things like red wine) pool cold but clean. For the price all inclusive per night I paid £116.50 the best deal with Expedia. I’d expect more, properly cleaned room daily (mosquito I swatted on room mirror there for 8days), toilet roll holder not cleaned in the 10 days I stayed (visually dirty), buffet gala evening on Thursdays, cooked head on prawns not chilled at warm restaurant temperature, pretty dangerous.
Going to try a different hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff, all friendly and helpful. The only thing was the bar closed at 11.30 which was a little early.

Friendly staff, fine breakfast and evening dinner, both with wide choice.

The best customer service I’ve ever came across in Europe. Smooth and prompt booking. Discreet and classy entertainment. Noise levels and times more then acceptable. Amazing food and choice at both breakfast and dinner. Silvija and Rhyan.
