We stayed here for a few nights traveling with our young family. The location was ok for our needs however the lack of air con in the summer meant it was uncomfortably stuffy and hot and no one slept well. The furniture and decor of the hotel is very dated and in need of modernisation. The carpets and linen were stained but the towels and bathroom were clean. Some lights no longer worked, there was no plug for the bath and our microwave broke (although this was replaced very quickly). The check in staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast here so cannot comment on that.

We didn't know what to expect of Limoges, we've heard lots of people talking about it and reviewing it in magazines, so we decided to visit. Overall it's very, very hilly. The old Quatre de bouchier was very pretty, but over all we had difficulty actually finding the centre of the city. Now to the ApartCity, it was located on the banks of the river in a nice location. The staff were wonderfully helpful, breakfast was basic, but good quality food and the dining room was very clean.

Great hotel for a stay in Limoges, beautiful next to the river, town close by, services and hotel room great just shame about the room I was in being next to the road so heard traffic all night but I'm sure being in another room would have been much better.

The staff were very helpful, changed our room immediately and upgraded our accommodations. The parking is terrible when hotel is heavily booked. If it wasn’t for the politeness and professionalism of the staff we would have moved hotels.

On the river, a 10 min walk to centre of Limoges and near the Cathedral & municipal gardens. Parking available at apartments but quite expensive. On street parking and parking areas close by, first come first served. No air con and very noisy if windows left open as next to main road. Breakfast was adequate €8.50 pp. Staff on the whole were helpful and friendly. Good 3* price for a short stay.

The property was in a good location near the river. The staff were friendly and the communication around check-in was very good. Unfortunately the whole property was unclean and the odour was unbearable. Air conditioning was not available and the room temperature and comfort was unbearable. Not a good nights sleep.

Plus side ----Great location, clean rooms fresh clean bedding, plenty for breakfast, Small Kitchenette coffee machine which you can use as a kettle. Clean Bathroom with Shower over Bath (Good choice in this day and age) Friendly, eager to help, staff.Secure parking, Lift to all floors. All in All Very good apartment.Minus side --- No Air Con .

Its hard to be objective about this hotel as it was very hot outside and there is no aircon. The night was unbearable, hot and stuffy and with a rubbish desk fan begrudgingly provided by reception. Basically we got no sleep and couldnt wait to leave, but this was due to the weather and the fact the room was like a sauna. The room was old looking, 70s Formica style and basic. If you dont have a car youre in the middle of nowhere but parking was easy (€2 to use the car park). Otherwise the room had a kitchen and is quite spacious but is basic and budget. We used it for 1 night, that was more than enough

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, good accommodation and location only a short walk from the centre of Limoges, clean and quiet, though the bed wasn't too comfortable. The staff were helpful and the underground parking was very useful.

Wifi very poor. Portable modem supplied by reception with instructions for connecting. Lost one power socket because of this so, no desk light. Room lights are harsh. Poor quality bed...two singles pushed together

We arrived in Limoges without any reservation, late in the night and while was raining. We found a hotel at the Centre Ville but only for one night because it was full. So, for the second night, we found this appart hotel. The check-in was painful. Too long wait because this appart is rented by students that come to Limoges for long stay. So, we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the key to our room. But everything was compensated when we accessed the room. Nice, small, but complete for a long stay: with a small kitchen, microwave, small dishwasher, refrigerator and all provided (detergent for dishes, sponge, etc. It is ideal for long stays and apparently they have larger rooms for people that need more space. The location is good, close to the University and to the Centre Ville and the historic neighborhoods. They charge separate if you leave your luggage until you do your check in or out. The ancient bridge on the river Vienne is very nice and we could see it from our window.

A last minute booking for our family on our way back to Calais. Booked it via the mobile app the day before, and on our way to the accommodation the day of our stay I received a text giving code numbers for doors etc if reception was closed. The hotel clearly states reception is only open twice during the day. Accommodation was comfortable and the sofa bed in the lounge was a pull out bed with legs that upon the report of our two teenage daughters (17 and 18) was very comfortable. The hotel is right on the banks of the river and was a super location for an evening walk and also an early morning run (my wife not me, I was still asleep!). The kitchen was ok but missing a kettle or even a saucepan, although once this was pointed out to reception were wonderful dashing about trying to help us and finding us equipment to use. The bathroom was lovely and very spacious. We will visit again. :)

We enjoyed our Holiday because we were easily able to explore the surrounding areas of Limoges. Motor ways and road systems very good. People should make themselves aware of some of the tolls on motorways.

Room very nice had kitchen so was able to make light lunch tea and coffee. However the hotel breakfast was not worth the 9 Euros. Also would have been nice in waste bin could be changed each day. Overall not a bad hotel for the cost

The hotel had a remote entry system which was not mentioned on your website.The cost of the call to access the codes from a UK mobile was around 12€.and took around 15 mins waiting.

Mostly good review. The Good - It was new, clean and modern. Good quality facilities. Friendly staff. Good location next to the river. Good parking. That's 90% of the rating for me right there. The Bad - Couldn't get TV channels to work. Internet requires an Ethernet Connection (No WiFi). The Ugly - We were given the keys to an occupied room. No one was "in" the room when we opened it, but their cell phones and laptops were charging in plain sight. After that, we didn't trust leaving anything valuable in the room.

I was travelling alone on a trip to look at French properties so I was looking for convenience and value for money and found both. The drive from the airport was relatively easy and as I was leaving Limoges to the South West the Hotel was particularly well located. The walk to the centre of Limoges is uphill but only take 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is a modern, functional style with a small but reasonably equipped kitchen for self catering and plenty of secure parking. I would not choose it for a romantic weekend but pretty good for most other purposes.

Clean, tidy hotel. fluent english spoken by the receptionist. Secure car parking. Some road noise. Dishwasher in kitchen area nice bonus. Their literature states 2mins from station, it was a 30 min walk and 10 min taxi ride from Gare des Benedictines. breakfast plentiful and fresh.
