Lovely, surprisingly spacious apartment with loft bedroom. Excellent roomy shower with two heads. Comfy beds. Easy check-in, check-out process.🙂
The only thing wrong was a broken stovetop. We couldn't get the elements to heat up -- even after going online to research the brand.😐

Never felt safe in this property, very tiny rooms/ space. Multiple windows broken / not working, doors barely locking after multiple trials. Unfortunately, I would not recommend

Zenitude is an ok place. The rooms themselves are fine and are a great size. The bed was comfortable and its unique as the main bed/ bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is about a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the train station and main restaurants and 20 min to the harbor.
Unfortunately, the property grounds are not well kept with overgrown grass, bushes and weeds. The biggest issue for us is the sewer smell in the bathroom. We needed to keep the door closed to keep the smell contained. The first condo we were in the smell was everywhere. Thankfully, the lovely front desk person let us move to a different condo, which was better. I think the drainage in the area is lacking.
So overall, we had an ok stay.

Front desk closed at 8 pm. I arrived at 10 pm and my taxi was unable to access the reception area. They claim to have sent me a message but I never received it. Terrible location and had to get a taxi to another hotel as Zenitude is remote and not good for gusets without a car.

This was our end location for our European tour and it was the perfect place to spend the majority of our holiday. Starting with location, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the village and the beaches, or you can use the free MIMO bus which has stood right at the entrance. The accommodation was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy, air con was very powerful and much needed during the heatwave they had whilst we were there. Pools are clean, constantly maintained and big enough to accommodate all the guests required. Laundry for 5 euro a wash is excellent too. It’s such a shame that the on-site restaurant/bar is no longer open, this would have been a great addition and another option for dining out. Overall I highly recommend staying at Zenitude and should we visit this area again, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel it self was fine but the people running it are awful and rude, I paid at check in and was charged €100 after I checked out without knowing, apparently the hotel was left dirty, dirty meaning, the bed wasn’t made and the towels weren’t folded back to how they were.
No hotel expects their costumers to clean up after they have left! And no policy was explained when checking in for this matter.
Hotels have cleaners for a reason I don’t see how the guests staying are expected to clean the whole place before leaving specially with kids.
When calling to inquire about the money being taken they simply just hung up and did not pick up after several calls.
It’s broad daylight robbery and I will be taking this matter further until a refund is issued.
If policy was explained I would have understood, but as nothing was explained and a payment was taken without an approval I will be taking this matter further.
Staff are very rude to English people.
Think twice before staying!

I liked the apartment setup - a small living area with kitchenette downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. I liked the patio too. Plenty of things to do on the property.
On the disappointing side: no electrical outlets upstairs, hard to find the bathroom light switch, the soap/gel bottle in the shower was empty and when reported they never brought on time (waited one hour and took a shower anyway).

Great apartments! Lots of space and they were new and clean inside. I’d stay here if you have a car, so you can drive to the beaches. Busses and trains are close too!

A beautiful setting. A bit like a campsite but with apartments rather than tents.
Swimming pool is a major attraction.
We had an excellent meal at a reasonable price. Fun music and entertainment. Only sorry no bar or restaurant open during the afternoon.
Very comfortable beds!

A last minute family of 3 booking. Dont expect any frills or great comforts. Check-in was pleasant enough and quick. 1st impressions of the 1 bed apt were certainly not good. Whilst ours was just a step from the (quieter) Pool B and the apt was spotlessly clean, the comforts are very sparse. The sofa bed was already converted for sleeping and because the apt is so small, there is no couch to sit on. There is only a small table and 4 hard chairs. TV only shows French channels. Kitchenette is literally tiny and does not even come with a kettle! They give you a coffee percolator which is fine if you have ground coffee, but if not!. There was enough crockery, glasses etc but no surface wipes for the kitchen or table for a weeks use (egh!) Only 2 very small refuse bags are in the kitchen that you need to empty yourselves to the communal bins. Replacements have to be collected from reception. The combined toilet and bath/shower is again tiny and can only hold 1 person at a time. Not enough toilet rolls (again you collect more from reception yourselves) Nowhere near enough towels to last a weeks stay, so if you need more, then again back to reception (or follow round one of the cleaners that are swapping over a recently departed apt!) 1 small bar of wrapped soap and cheap shower gel are provided. The upstairs bedroom with small double bed is sparse. The safe is only with a key (again from reception)No door on the room, so every noise is heard throughout. Gardens look tatty

Lovely rooms, almost like a small family Villa with a clean, shared pool.
Staff were fantastic.
Definitely need a car if you stay here, however we realised this when we booked. Fantastic base for discovering the local area, Cannes and Nice.
Only thing missing was a shop on site for essentials or fresh bread rather than the full breakfast in the brasserie.

I can see how in the past this place would have been delightful however it clearly needs money spent on it. We eventually settled on 3 rd apartment offered due to missing items like microwave, TV wires, light bulbs , wifi router etc!

The villas were nice and comfortable, but, i found that the website was a bit missleading with the photographs as it makes it look like a hotel. The villas are your own individual appartment and it doesnt feel as part of a hotel. In fact i cant call it a hotel. The pools were ok but it was like having a pool in your own back garden. There is no service and you wont be having any cocktails at the pool if thats what you expect. Also its very quiet which can be good or bad depending on the holiday you are after.
Whilst the location is beautiful, the place is only ideal for people with a car, as its a bit outide from anything else. I noticed that most residents there were french nationals who were having their holidays there with their cars. So not really ideal if you are from abroad looking to have the whole hotel, service, fun holiday experience.
Also a bit dissapointed with the internet service, as we couldnt get signal in the villa, and even outside the reception there was only a faint signal, so could be frustrating if you rely on the net to stay in touch with your business etc.
If you want to get to central Cannes from here, the local train station is about 10 minutes away by foot, but bare in mind that trains from that station run only every 1-2 hours. But there are also buses.
But overall its a beautiful place and location, peaceful, and the villas are nice. So it can be great depending on the experience you are looking for.

Overall this was pretty good. My wife and I went with our two kids aged 5 and 3 at the end of May
The location requires a car. Its over the "hill" from downtown La Napoule.
That said its close to the beach where you can park (if your early) and 15 mins from Cannes. Its a greeat base to explore the hill towns - Tourettes being a fave with the kids.
The room: There are two levels - a double upstairs with air con and two singles downstairs in the living room( this comes out of the sofa but we kept as beds all week). There is also a dinning area for 4 , kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Its clean but a little faded.
Kitchen is fine it lacks an oven but is equipped well. It has a microwave which may well have been able to be used as an oven as well but our ineptness probably prevented us from using. Room was comfortable if not spectacular- it is good value in this part of the world.
The hotel has two pools both unheated but temperature just about OK. There is also a restaurant on site which looked well used but we did not visit.
Locally there is a large supermarket a couple of minutes drive away and some decent restuarants in La Napoule itself.
It suited us as it meant after the kids went to bed we had a seperate area to relax and converse. We would recommend . Clientelle is mainly French and Italian
