Excellent location in the middle of town, close to restaurants, marina, shopping and taxi station. We had a nice, large balcony facing a smaller street and mountains. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.The rooftopbar/restaurantwith a great sea view is very windy and therefore probably too cold water in the pool despite 30 C in the air early September. The furniture and interior in whole needs updating.

The info said parkering was available, but this was not the case. Late at night, we had to drive around for a very long time and far from the hotel to park. Horrible experience! Exhausted, angry and felt unsafe.
The room given had the main power shutting off every other minute. So, no AC and hitting furniture when moving about. We were not believed at first, but first when it occured when staff was present.
We requested a rebate, no managing staff was available and none ever contacted us the next day as promised. VERY disappointed with the whole experience. This was the hotel that I had highest hopes for from the ad.
I was not prepared for the worn out feeling, especially in the bathrooms.

The hotel was very good, in a wonderful position in the center of Zachintos, clean and with a good view from the balcony. The pool was ok. The only negative aspect was that the check-in staff was quite rude towards us, probably because we were young, and treated us with superficiality.

Very nice property with lovely pool at the rooftop, and amazing view from the top. We stayed in double bedroom and the hotel gave us extra foldable bed for our son (free of charge). We had a tiny balcony but at least could dry off our clothes. The room comes with nice breakfast (coffee machine &nice variety of food, eggs, vegetables, yoghurt, honey, feta cheese, cakes, pastry; could be nice to have more fruits as there were only watermelon& melon). Staff is very friendly& helpful, both in housekeeping department and at the reception. They helped us organise rented car at good price. Thank you Strada Marina Team ❤️🇬🇷🤩

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The bathrooms could use updating and the bathroom floor didn’t seem to have been mopped for a while. Apart from that it was great. I think it’s the best hotel breakfast that we’ve had, there could be more vegan options. I bought vegan milk from a local supermarket and kept it in the room fridge for breakfast each day. Was a joy to walk on the reception door into the air con! The rooftop pool was very small, and no space for us so we were unable to use it for the 5 days we were there. Great views from the roof terrace. Shower situation could be updated.

Too dirty and not maintained well. There were hairs on the bed when I first opened the blanket. (Oviously not mine) I requested to changed the linens and blanket, but they didn't change. So I asked the front desk for a new set of linen, the staff just brought it to the room and left. I had to make the bed myself.
The bathroom is too small and old, the faucet does not work softly. And it seems like water purification is not working properly since the water from the tap tasted salty.
And the room is too noisy, every sound from outside is coming in to the room.
I do not recommend have foods at the rooftop bar, just have some drinks there, and find other restaurants to have lunch or dinner.
The location couldn't be better. It's near the town's plaza. You can find nice restaurants nearby.

When I took a shower, I felt the water was a little salty. But I think this is not hotel’s issue, it’s island issue.
There is a big road in front of the hotel, so it was a little noisy. It was fine for me, but not good for one of my friends.

The corridors and bathrooms were extremely tired. The bedroom was clean but could do with updating. The staff ignored us at the reception desk and booked in a group of mem in first the pool was beautiful but the attendant refused to get any more towels stating they had all been used.

You walk out the door and you can immediately have shopping and dinning a few steps away. The optional sea views and balcony are so worth the extra money. The downside is the morning buffet was identical every day and after 8 days was tiring and the dinner meal only had two main options.

Very nicely situated with a possible view of the busy harbour. You are right in the middle if the nice part of town with plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the entrance. And far away from the worst tourist traps in the southern parts of the island.
Fairly spacious rooms and bathrooms. A bit dated but well maintaned interior.
The breakfast buffet could do with a bit more attention such as a toaster, real juice (instead of cheap lemonade), proper tea cups/mugs, cold milk and a bit of variety of youghurts and cereals. No fruit or vegetables available. Add 10€ per nt and the rating would hit the ceiling!
And too bad that the roof top only opens during high season.

The location of the hotel is very good in Zante town. Hotel has a beautifull view to the harbor if you get the sea view room.
The staff at the reception were very polite, helpfull and friendly (probably the best point of the hotel)
It has been categorized as 4star hotel which is definitely just 3! Breakfast variety was ok, but the coffee taste horrible, and the warm food were everyday cold!
Hotel has a roof bar garden and it means when you have a room at 4the floor you wont have calm nights till 1-2 a.m!
Also there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom which I am not sure if they can do something for it.

It definitely not a 4 star hotel, they might tick the boxes for it, however it is a dated property. Poor breakfast, cleanness, pool was closed on a Sunday, staff weren’t helpful, request a duvet never got it. The only advantage for this property is the location itself that is in town. However I would not recommend as a four star hotel, it is far from that.
