Already wrote a good article about this hotel which is really good and comfortable. But as l lived there for a long period l write a new one. Would like to thank staff especially Pablo, Alvaro, Sara and Benedetta. Last two weeks l lived in apartment flat here which consists of two bedrooms and a salotto, kitchen and balcony.. Really nice but cleaning once in three days. Other is perfect including a big yard full of singing birds. It's like a paradise at sunrise and sunset

Perfect hotel and best memories. I lived 3 days there, then jump for four days in Madrid and surely returned back here. It's all good, two min on foot from Palau les Arts. It was valencian community october state feast and we went to look midnight fireworks above Palau concert hall. 15 minutes! GREAT!!! 🌟🌟🌟By the way that's the area of the City of Arts and sciences, so famous Acquarium is nearby. Possibility to wash clothes, good balconies, 24hours markets opposite Rooms. Two restaurants in the same building. But the main point here is the staff which is really outstanding. They are two Alvaros, Sara, Eduardo, Helena. But the protagonists of my thanksgiving letter are Teresa and Pablo, persons of great professional dedication, empathy and human impact. It was actually pity to leave this hotel after my stay. I'm a frequent traveller and have seen many hotels so l have something to compare with. Guys love you!!!

Front desk staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Room is quite brand new our only complaints are lack of adequte power outlets and storage space or wardrobe. Location is nice with plenty of restaurants nearby. My heartful thanks to all the front desk staff!

Easy walk to the Science centre - that’s what we needed. Clean hotel, good size room, good restaurant downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

Always a long wait at the desk for check-in, check out, questions, or help. But the people working there were very friendly and helpful once you could speak to them. Soundproofing definitely needs improvement.

Near the museum and other cultural icons in Valencia, this location was perfect for us. I’ve never had a more difficult time finding the entrance to a hotel than I did with this one, and the parking was also challenging with a lack of signage. But the room was clean, rain forest shower was nice, and I slept well even with a busy street outside my window. Would stay there again!

The best hotel we could have chosen! New, spacious, cleaned and the best of the best: a great cafe and restaurant, with affordable and delicious buffet breakfast and menu of the day. ALL the staff (manager, front desk, servers, cleaners) is nice and helpful. The hotel also has a washer and a dryer. The building is placed close to the Arts and Sciences complex.

The hotel is very nicely located. About 10 minutes away from the train station. #35 bus leaves across from the street for downtown area. The hotel is very modern and has a very trendy restaurant that is used for locals as well. Pablo who is the manager at the hotel is extremely helpful and best tourist guide you can have. He took the time explain to us all of the cool places to visit and how to get to each location. He made us feel like we were checking into a 6 star hotel. Extremely cordial ans also showed us a great hospitality. Every time he saw us he asked if we need anything. Our room was nide, clean and quite with a balcony looking over a nice courtyard. All you can hear was birds chirping. We really enjoyed our stay and we fell in love with Valencia

This is a great location for access to the City of Arts and Sciences, the aquarium, and very good restaurants. We were there for just 2 nights and it was perfect for just a short stay. The adjacent bar/restaurant ELBAR was top notch, serving breakfast for the hotel, and also lunch and dinners; very popular and routinely packed.

Lovely staff, really helpful, friendly and professional. The facilities are good, with bike rental available and a nice restaurant on site. We opted to have breakfast included and were quite happy with that, nice to have fresh Valencian orange juice and a nice assortment of hams and cheeses and toasts to choose from each morning. It’s wonderfully located if you want to visit the Arts and Science complex, but a bit out the way if you want to spend all your time in the old town.

Tiny room, the sofa pullout bed was setup because we booked for 4 people and you cannot access the closet or the balcony and barely had space to get to the bed.

The location is perfect for travelling to the city and major tourist areas. Public transportation and hop on hop off bus stop is also very near. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Do ask the concierge for taxi to the airport rather than hailing one on the street - they have a good one. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the whole team!

Stopped here for the Valencia marathon. Great facilities and location. Stand out factor for me was the service!!! The staff were amazing, very friendly! The manager (Pablo) was very friendly and welcoming.

We didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30 am on July 31st. And checked out at 10:30 am on July 31st. We were only in the hotel room for 9 hours. Upset that we had to pay full price for the room. Did not receive the room that was booked online.
