From the moment of booking till picking up my luggages after check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I stayed at a superior room and to my chance I think it was the one with the best view. Breakfast is satisfactory and delicious, with adequate choices. Park Hotel will definitely be in my short list for future stays in Thessaloniki.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Loved having an archaeological site across the street and being able to view from our room. The parking was difficult to get to as I had a hard time with the 1 way street. The place we parked our rental car caused some damage to the paint, scapping the side of the car and refusing to take responsibility. So take pictures of your vehicle before leaving it int the hands of Alexandro's parking garage.

Our stay for six days at Park Hotel was better than expected!! Staff was exceptionally helpful and very friendly!! Breakfast was phenomenal and all was great! We will definitely stay there again in the future when visiting Thessaloniki!

Stayed in the Deluxe Loft and it was amazing! The wraparound balcony was a treat and we used it all the time. The buffet breakfast was nice and had a variety of bacon/egg/sausage, continental, Greek and cereal. We also ordered from Room Service which was excellent! Highly recommend the wood-fired pizzas and the cheeseburger (which was the size of a birthday cake, no joke, had to save half for the next day) The staff were all very polite and helpful and I would happily stay here again.

A nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Great location close to Hop on Hop off tour bus stop and local buses. 10 minute walk to tourist areas. Loads of shops, bars and great tavernas nearby and the tavernas were a lot cheaper than the tourist area but equally good quality. Great hotel in a good location

We checked in pretty late and were greeted by the very friendly night receptionist Thanasis who answered all our questions thoroughly. The hotel is very modern, recently renovated and just makes a very neat and cozy impression. The room was very clean, the maids were even so nice to already have 2 fluffy pillows on each of our single beds without the need for us to ask for them. the matresses were very relaxing and pretty large for single beds. The hotel was well booked over the weekend we stayed but the room in the 5th floor was very silent which suggests good sound proofing. the bigger then usual 32" tv by LG with pretty good picture quality was a very welcome addition to watch some football games of the world cup in the room. the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. our train home was leaving after 5 pm on the last day and the reception was so kind to let us store our luggage after checkout so we could pass the time in the city without baggage. all in all i would recommend this hotel for a short stay if you are looking for a budget friendly solution in this area of the city. thanks park hotel staff for providing us with a great stay!

Hotel staff is polite, breakfast is good, location is next to ancient ruins and pretty much close to everything. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The only negative is parking, I will recommend the instructions to be clear and to have them up front: - public parking few street away; -12eur/day but you have to leave your keys to the parking lot people, this is strange to me but policy in Thessaloniki or alternative parking lot eur15/day

Manager was particularly rude in his excuse of having dirty floors in our room. You came before and it was clean so on this occasion it is not a problem to have dirty floors…. WELL NO !! it is a problem to have dirty floors in a hotel. This is called service and maintenance. The owner should change the manager of this hotel who is just unprofessional!!!

Very nice stay for three nights. Staff was very service minded and helpful. Clean rooms all with small balcony. Ours had a beautiful view down the street towards the harbour. Good bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated just at the outside of area with lots of restaurants and bars. A little noice during nights but not that disturbing. All in all a hotel that has what is needed for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel, accommodation and location. Hotel is close to everything that the city center has to offer yet in a quieter area of downtown. Offsite parking was convenient after check in and dropping off bags in room while parking in front of hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
