Great activities to do nearby.

The location was about a 1.5 miles from the pyramids of teotehuacan. Wish was great.

Very friendly staffs. Large room and clean.

Awesome Stay as always.

Staff were attentive. I had one meal in the restaurant which was good. Easy access and secure location. Unfortunately they did not have a long bed or king bed option which is a must as i am tall. Otherwise fine.

It was a very nice experience. Great people and environment. Would only recommend better mattresses

The hotel is clean and close to the Teotihuacán archeological site. I went with my family and some of us stayed in the new building, the rooms are new and spacious. The only thing that they can improve is to put a lock on the balcony door. It makes us feel unsafe. My sister stayed in the old building and the rooms were basic but clean. They could hear the music from the common areas at night. Maybe, management can lower the music at 11 pm?
The pool is heated. Kids were excited!

Clean, good location, good restaurant, friendly staff. The beds, however, were extremely uncomfortable.

This property meets and exceeded my Gold Member VIP experience. The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The poolside food and drinks service was excellent aswell. If you leave anything in the room they reach out and contact you. Really great place to stay after a long day visiting the Pyramids. I rented 3 rooms and all were clean. The only rhing I wished would ve for more shower head water pressure as it was low.

Great customer service and very clean

Quinto Sol Hotel is the bomb. Magarita is the best caretaker of the rooms and the hospitality received at the hotel is warming. You are literally walking distance from the pyramids and can actually see the pyramid of the Sun from the parking lot. The cocina (kitchen) is excellent even for vegetarians or vegans. And San Juan community and zocalo is right down the street too.

The bathroom smelled really bad, and sometimes you got hot water and sometimes you didn't. No ironing board anywhere to be found either! But, the staff was great and the room was big and spacious. I do wish they would have told us in advance that the spa was closed, that was one of the reasons I booked the property, and was looking forward to a massage to only be told that it was closed upon arrival...

Hotel would've been great if it had other beds. As it was, i had to pile up pillows to sleep on because the beds are extremely hard. Also, no AC

what I liked is that is really close to downtown Teotihuacan.

Rude staff I asked a question basically told me to shut up , stone beds, beds are hard impossible to sleep, no blinds or AC

Fine stay, good pool. Food ok.

Everything was great, except, I thought I had made a reservation at a hotel with air conditioner. None of the rooms had it.

I wouldn’t recommend this property. The rooms are very old, and have a weird smell. The staff is not friendly at all. The property is very old and outdated, no fridge or AC even in the suites that are $100/night!

fine hotel - get one of the rooms on the 1 floor overlooking the pool, they have big terraces .
good breakfast.

We took the bus from Mexico City Autobuses del Norte. One hour ride for 52 pesos on way and you can buy the tickets there for return as well, which is valid for 2 days. But tickets can be purchased from the driver too. The bus dropped us off at Gate 1. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the pyramids. There is a path way but if you are not comfortable walking on the side of the roads, you can take taxi for about 60-150 pesos ($4-8 USD). It is at safe location. Just on the other side of the bridge is a bog grocery store Bodega Aurrera, like Walmart. The room we got first was on the cold side, no sunshine. Since we were there for X-mas. They kindly changed it to for another one with balcony, sunshine and it made all the difference. There was only a $7 USD extra charge because of the bigger room, for two night. Hotel restaurant and bar is fine as well, the have room service and we used it during our stay. Pool are is nice, not heated and it was too fresh for us. Others jumped in. Hotel is in nice conditions, floors, beds and bathroom as well. You can see the pyramids from the rooms if you are on the other side (not sunny), and see it as soon as you walk out from the hotel. It is nice to see the hot air balloon in the morning when you walk up early.

The front desk lady was lacking customer service skills but the place was clean and very close to the pyramids. Very enjoyable hotel

good place to stay
good location

This hotel was actually very nice. Only downfall is that it has no AC, and service can be a little slow when out in the pool area. Other than that, the rooms are nice, staff is pleasant, as is the pool, bar and restaurant. The water has to run for about 5-10 minutes to warm up in the shower, but once it does it comes out hot. More towels would be nice in the rooms with 2 queen beds.
The location is convenient being right off the highway. You can see el pyramide del sol from the hotel. The pyramids are about a 5 minute driving distance. Could actually walk to them, but wouldnt recommend it because you will be tired after walking on the rocky street, and climbing the first pyramid.
However, if you want to see Mexico City you should probably only stay here one night since it is a 45 minute drive...the cost of uber going back and forth will add up, that was our mistake.

A nice hotel very close to the pyramids. Restaurant was good food-wise but had spotty/slow service (however, they do have room service which is nice). Front desk staff very helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Hotel was very clean, although they were mopping at high-traffic times making the floors slippery and dangerous. Didn't use the pool but looked nice.

Old and expensive hotel

The pool and patio are amazing and the restaurant was very good.

The stay was ok. At first there was a discrepancy of the booking of the hotel but was resolved. The rooms are big, however there are no AC in the room, just fans. It's cool in the hallways but not in the room. That was my only issue.
1.3
Thus hotel is not in the nicest of areas, but what they lack in location they make up for with service!
The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the hotel is well maintained! The food is very good in the resterant. Ask for a rooim with a balcony!

Everything is a bit dated but the staff is friendly, the area is convenient to the ruins/town, and the price seems about right. Outdoor pool looked nice but the weather was a bit cool for us. Also, it was nice to get a king and a double to give our teenagers room without fighting ;)

Not good was the smell in the bathroom and that we had to wait 45 minutes on the second day for our breakfast (one continental and a 2 egg Mexican breakfast - some other people came after us and got the food way before us ...).
