Enjoyed the Kouros Hotel, There was a bad drain smell 1 night but disappeared quickly, would of chose a higher room than flòr level, and bit noisy from the cleaners below us 7am getting ready for work..Other than that a nice place, Breakfast was OK , but needs a Microwave for the cooked stuff as wasn't to warm..The cereals etc was nice..

Loved most things about this hotel. It’s pretty, great location, clean, quiet and employs extremely good staff. Beds were comfy and room adequate. However, we booked a triple room as we needed 2 beds, with patio or balcony. Shockingly the single bed was upstairs, up steep, narrow, stone stairs. This was completely unexpected as it was not described that way on Expedia and the photos didn’t make that evident. Quite a nuisance when needing the bathroom in the middle of the night. Secondly we did not have a private balcony or patio, it was a wraparound balcony shared by 6 rooms with just one 2 seater bench and small table on it. And clearly nowhere to hang swimwear or sweaty clothing to dry out. Lastly there is limited space around the beautiful pool for sunbeds so securing one can be difficult if you’re not up in time. And they can’t be moved so you’re in the one spot for the duration regardless of where the sun is or if you need shade. Those things aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are exceptional and very professional. Breakfast is delicious as are items from the bar menu.

Dora is super friendly and so are all the staff, the hotel is quite small and tucked away but perfect if you want to stay somewhere near the beach and explore the island from there. Getting to Fira was only 20 minutes and to Oia was around 40 minutes. There are bars and restaurants nearby and supermarkets, so we felt it was great. It was a little quiet however it was also off season, so that would be the only thing to note. Very clean and the service was amazing :)

All staff were very friendly & accomodating. You have a good team. Only suggestion we have is to ask Vasil to take some deep breaths before he gives his welcome speech. He went thru it so quickly that I thought either he or I would have a heart attack before he finished :)

A lovely, boutique hotel a very short walk from the beach & 'the strip' which has a plethora of restaurants & bars. Staff are outstanding - nothing is too much effort & they are proactive in their approach (e.g. we were offered a printed copy of the bus timetable). On that note, it is fairly easy & inexpensive to get a bus to Fira and then on to Oia (the bus stop being at the top of the street). Finally, the bedrooms are kept clean by the wonderful housekeeping staff & breakfast is absolutely amazing - top class. The only star deducted was because it can be quite difficult to get a sunbed at the pool (unless late in the day), but this is an issue at most hotels/resorts the world over.

Everything was perfect! All of the staff were amazing, they work so hard and it shows. The pool is beautiful, it seemed no one wanted to leave the hotel just relax by the pool. Breakfast is awesome so many healthy choices. The ladies at the reception were great, made our reservations and gave us a delicious list of favorite restaurants. Thank Kouro Village

Nice hotel, great staff whom were very friendly and always ready to help. Staff made this place great. A few things could have improved the experience. There wasn’t enough pool side chairs for the guest, and there was a side at the the pool with no chairs, so space isn’t an issue. At the end they couldn’t provide an itemized receipt, they provided a total with no breakdown. Didn’t know what I was paying for which wasn’t a great feeling.

Really enjoyed our first adult only hotel, it felt calm and simplistic, great way to unwind. Staff especially Zenzi at reception was super helpful, explained the local bus routes, key attractions and kept us at ease as we were eager to travel. I would highly recommend this for a few days break. Breakfast was a lovely spread or cooked and continental. All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Nice location, Perrisa beach is 5mins walking distance for the lunch and dinner meals.

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and near the beach about a 2 min walk. If I was to come to Santorini again, I would probably stay here for the entire vacation. The breakfast can't be beat, it was delicious made from top ingredients and I am a picky eater and it was complimentary. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to leave to go to Mykonos.

The hotel was even more than we expected. The staff were lovely and everyone was very polite. Whenever we had an issue (e.g. a storm made the hot tub dirty one night), they sorted it within minutes. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful with lovely flowers everywhere. The hot tub was a great addition and the pool was nice. Breakfast is served until 11 which meant you could lie in on your holiday. It had lots of options and the food was great. We liked the location, it was right by the beach with lots of restaurants. It was nice staying on the quieter southern part of the island as you can easily travel around with a car. The room was cleaned and made up daily with fresh towels and you could borrow beach/pool towels from reception with no issues. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would both come again and recommend to others.

I stayed at Kouros for a week with one friend. We had a great stay. Feels like we had the best room, the one with the hot tub overlooking the pool. All the hotel staff were amazing. So nice and helpful. The lady on reception even drove us to a close restaurant one evening. Perfect service from all. The breakfast was really good. Great, fresh options. All the hotel areas were clean and tidy. Missing it immensely already. Will hopefully be back!

Both guys running the hotel are brilliant. So friendly and helpful. There is also a British young lady helping run the hotel - so helpful, nothing too much trouble, she even printed off my boarding pass and sorted a problem with my airport taxi. The cleaners were so good, they started the day at about 9am and worked quietly all day to make sure all the rooms are spotless. The pool and poolside is very relaxing, always a sun lounger available and very close to the bar. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was an added bonus. Breakfast was the same every day but always fresh and plenty of variety, everything was always topped up as it was running out. This is our second time at Kouros Village, first was June 2018 and it was just as good and welcoming this year as last year. Would recommend couples to go here for a truly relaxing holiday. Oh and most important, it is only a couple of minutes away from Dorians Bar - best bar in Perissa and cheap drinks.

We stayed here at the end of the season (literally closed the day after we left). Hotel was empty other than 2 other couples. Staff was super friendly, breakfast has a eecent selection but was good (cereal, yogurt, peaches, eggs, bacon, fruit sometimes, bread/toast, coffee, juice). Beds were very soft and comfy. The rooms were clean and nice with daily cleaning. Pool was big with around 20 or so chairs, and about 3 min walk to the black sand beach. Close to many restaurants and a bus stop.

This is an amazing little hotel!! Very highly recommend. 2 minutes to a bus stop that takes you to Fira, where you can catch any bus going to any destination. This hotel is also 2 minutes away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The bed was a cloud - the room was very clean, and shower/bathroom was great. The pool is great to relax around, and get drinks from the bar after a long day. The staff truly went above and beyond - we felt very welcomed, safe, and comfortable during our 5 night stay. The breakfast is fantastic, Leo works so hard - he's wonderful. Vasilis and Jenny are so helpful and knowledgeable about the area, they gave us lots of recommendations and were a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't have asked for a better stay - we went to several islands and Santorini was our favorite and most of that was because of this hotel. It's everything you could need. THANK YOU!!

Lovely hotel with nice helpful staff. The rooms were very good and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The beach is 150m away with plenty of amenities. We would have no hesitation in going back.

The only down side was that when we arrived we were told the hotel had been over booked and we were taken to another hotel down the road for one night. Disappointing.

An outstanding boutique hotel with friendly staff and excellent standards of care and cleanliness. The owner, in particular, is a superb gentlemen with encyclopaedic knowledge of the island of Santorini and cannot do enough to help you. The location is perfect, being a few yards from the beach. The pool is delightful and the scenery is fantastic. Perissa itself is an excellent place to holiday, with expansive beaches and lots of good restaurants.
