Very nice stay. The staff is so great and very service-minded. The hotel is spectacular with a very good vibe. Breakfast is very good and the bed is very comfy.
As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis.
Overall, one of the best hotels we have visited in Brasil!

Our stay at Hotel Boutique Quinta das Videiras was an enchanting experience that surpassed all expectations. Following our wedding, my American husband and I sought a tranquil retreat to explore Florianópolis, and this boutique hotel provided the perfect haven. The personalized service was exceptional, making us feel like esteemed guests rather than mere visitors. From the warm welcome to thoughtful recommendations, every detail was tailored to our preferences, elevating our stay to a truly unforgettable level.
The hotel's location allowed us easy access to Florianópolis's beauty, and my husband was captivated by the area's charm. As someone who has traveled extensively, I can confidently say that Quinta das Videiras offers one of the best hotel experiences I've encountered. The combination of personable service and attention to detail created an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that made our stay feel like a dream. Overall, our time at Hotel Boutique Quinta das Videiras was nothing short of magical, and we look forward to returning for another memorable visit in the future.

The attention to detail in this place is unparalleled. We stayed in top hotels in Jurerê and we live in San Diego but no hotel that I know of in Florianopolis compares to this in terms on service and attention to the smallest detail . It truly makes you feel special. Applauses.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were top notch! Welcome champagne! Friendly & accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing! Order all you want as it’s included. Rooms were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were fresh, clean, & cushy. Bed was very comfy. Smart tv for casting Netflix.
Massage with Angelique was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Request her!!
The restaurant was quiet. So if your looking for more atmosphere you may want to go elsewhere. Food was mediocre but not terrible. The Negroni made by Maggie was yummy!
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!!

It is an unique experience. All staff is committed to bring the best service and make us to feel very special. The best breakfast we could have. One minor detail as suggestion: make luggage stands available in the bedroom.

Great little find. Loved the entrance. Perfect English from the staff who were super helpful. Breakfast was great that we got ordered to the room and a special thanks to Prescilla (i think was her name) who gave us both an incredible massage. The massage was also free i think either because we are gold members or because it was during the pandemic. Also had free off street parking.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is top-notch, very friendly, and also helpful for me not speaking much Portugues. I stayed in the suite with the loft and rooftop deck/pool, and it is AWESOME. Perfect for entertaining, very charming, great location na lagoa de Conçeicão... I really can't say enough good things about it. I'll stay here every time I come back to Floripa com certerza!

All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful to two non-Portuguese speaking English travellers. The hotel is beautiful, kept spotlessly clean and our room was super comfy and with a very powerful shower! Breakfast - continental in style - was delicious and plentiful. WE can't recommend Hotel Boutique Quinta das Videiras highly enough if you're looking for the perfect stay in Floreanopolis.

Great hotel. Great staff. Great experience. The chilled, fresh, coconut water brought to the room in the evenings with turndown service was a nice touch.

We stayed for 3 nights here and it was lovely. On our first night, the shower in our room had very low pressure, so we talked to the manager the next morning. We were immediately upgraded to a different room with a bigger bed.
The breakfast was always wonderful. We ate in the atrium each morning, which was just lovely. Stained glass all around, beautiful floors, and delicious food. The portions were pretty big for us, but we found that portion sizes in all of Brazil are very very large. Each night, we would find our beds turned down and a selection of teas waiting for us, sent by Marcelo, the night concierge.
We came here in the middle of winter, and it rained almost daily so we did not use the pool. However, it was beautiful to look at the pool courtyard every day.

Sometimes when you read the reviews on a place you scratch your head when you get there wondering if they were talking about what you were seeing. First, let me state that my GF and I gravitate to the 5-star hotels in the major cities and the Michelin star restaurants in the areas we travel to. The area around Lagoa is a bit rustic and not a Sao Paulo neighborhood and the area is a bit of a party scene for the local surf crowd with many Hostels in the area and a plethora of live music everywhere to be found. I primarily booked Quinta das Videiras becasue of the comments other guests gave regarding the spa. And yes the spa and the massages were amazing! However what really sets this place aprt form so many other boutique hotels was the amazing attention to detail, wheather it was the custom note with breakfast on our table every morning or the fine linens they use for towels and the bedding. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows ranged from fluffy to firm guaranteed to satisfy the biggest of pillow snobs. The hosts are more than accommodating and had some of the most excellent restaurant recommendations - we were never disappointed and dined on the freshest seafood ever. Maybe my favorite thing was the fact that they let you enjoy a custom breakfast late into the morning which is a blessing if you are partaking in the ever plentiful nightlife this area of Floripa has to offer.

Nice location. Cute hotel. Our room was literally on the ground floor at the pool so privacy was nonexistent. Try to avoid this room if you like to have natural light in your room with the curtains/windows open. Unfortunately for two of the days there was construction across the street and it felt like bricks were literally falling above us. Bad luck. I would also probably suggest the hotel build a wall or some sort of separation between the street and the hotel (more for safety purposes). Lotta traffic in the area (only two lane "highways" everywhere) since Lagoa is like a main artery of the island so keep that in mind for weekend travel if you have a car or are using the bus.

Overall it was a pleasing experience.
However, we wished a bigger room and better location, like by the water( Lagoon or beach) for the price we paid!
We go twice a year to Florianopolis and we will not stay at this hotel anymore.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were super friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful solarium and nice pool area and spa.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and fabulous service. We stayed in three different rooms over the course of the week and all were great, particularly the one with the Japanese Bath. Sandra and his team ensured a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay in Florianopolis.

1. I found a bell that I thought the owners placed there for us to call the staff. So I took it because I was working all the time at the patio below a beutiful vineyard. I eat every 3 hours and I drink lots of water and juices in between, I was always in need of something. the bell worked a couple of times on the first day.
2. Second day, bell went missing.
3. Third day, they gave me a bell when I was having lunch at the patio, but the 5 times I rang, nobody came.
4. I was at the hotel the entire day and I always had to chase the staff to get something. sometimes, even after ordering, things wouldn´t come.
5. Food was another bad experience. They have a "fhench chef". But you need to book at specific times or you won~t have food. There is delivery, but one time I ordered they made me go at the reception to collect the food myself. Which was rude and distastefull. specially because it was late night and they don~´t serve meals if you didn~t book till 18:00.
6. Food is expensive. There were a couple of times that the chef made exceptions and prepared me food out of their regular hours ... Well intended, but not consistant so, just frustrating.
6.1 Plus, my last stake was, half of it, raw. LIke, not rare, row.
7. Inside the rooms, deco, you can see that there is OLD furniture. Horrible smell (old furniture).

We highly recommend Hotel Butique Quinta das Videiras. The service was absolutely top-rate. The breakfasts were fabulous with many choices such as fresh fruit, delicious fresh pasteries, cereals, oatmeal, eggs and very good coffee, all served on lovely china in your choice of locations -- garden, conservatory, or your own room -- by lovely maids wearing black dresses and white aprons and caps. So lovely. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, catering to our every need. The hotel is very well located in the small town of Lagoa de Conciecao -- a safe, charming neighborhood beside the lovely Lagoon. Our room was beautiful and so very comfortable. We plan to return again very soon and stay longer next time. You won't be disappointed with a stay at Hotel Butique Quinta das Vidieras, or with a vacation in beautiful Floripa.
