The location is fantastic! We walked to Assisi in 15 minutes. We had dinner at the hotel and the service was top notch and very pleasant ambiance. I was just thankful they had restaurant on site that I didn’t have to drive or walk elsewhere since we were tired from driving. The room was a bit small but clean and amazing view with a balcony. I didn’t have chance to use the pool and the spa, but I saw many people were at the pool. Lovely staffs! Loved Assisi!

The location is great. Any easy walk to town. The bed is very hard and the room is very dark. The lights and power go out when you leave the room. Thought if you are trying to charge something while gone.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights with our infant son. The hotel is beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. Our room had a great view and we loved the pool. You are located a bit out of town so be prepared for that but we enjoyed the walk!

A one night stop in Assisi on our Italy trip.very good pool and the family room had a very good balcony. The restaurant and the breakfast could however improve. The view from the hotel was excellent, so I do not really grasp why the restaurant was situated in the basement with no windows.

We had a great time at this family run hotel.It was ideally situated for Assisi a pleasant 10 min walk into the town along a safe pavement with a lovely view. It was very hot 34/38 degrees when we were staying so we would walk into the town in the morning then relax by the lovely pool in the afternoon. The food was excellent and good value for money,particularly at dinner. The breakfast was also good. The staff were all lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were on the small side but had everything in them that you could want and the patio was also very nice. The walls were a little thin and you could at times hear conversations from the next room. The hotel kindly arranged an excellent taxi for us from the airport and the driver was superb and the cost a lot cheaper than booking on line. Thank you so much we had a lovely time and hope to come back.

The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it is a great area if you have a car. The room is small and modest, but clean. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They have good continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Staff, beginning with Amazing Antonello, the waitresses in the restaurant, and the girls in the SPA! We’d have stayed there for another week! Great offer for the dinner at 25€ for 2 courses and dessert! Brilliant view from the Superior Double Room!

One of my favorite places in Italy. The hotel was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the refreshing pool wonderful at the end of the day. Would highly recommend a visit to Assisi and must stay at LaTerrazza. Reservations a must, we wanted to stay extra time but they were booked.

Lovely clean hotel. Englush speaking staff who were very attentive and helpful.local bus stopped outside hotel every 45 mins. Superb view over Assisi plains. Swimming pool of the highest standard of cleanliness. Loungers around pool. Very quiet location. No traffic noise.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely spacious family room, cleaned to a high standard, large bathroom with both shower cubicle and a bath. Great pool with well kept grounds. Good choice for breakfast, restaurant was very reasonably priced, good menu for both adults and kids and tasty too! Plenty parking and hotel within walking distance into Assisi itself.Highly recommend.

The location to be near enough to walk into assisi, the grounds & pool area were immaculate,restarant offered varied & very good food , wine along eith rxcelent service. Far, far overall exceed the 3 star rating, a genuine little gem, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location since it was close to the old town of Assisi so we could spend the day there but the evenings we could just relax. We just loved Assisi!

The rooms are small by US standards.TV’s are tiny but have English channels if you change the language setting on the remote. The view is incredible from most rooms, but be aware that all rooms don’t have views.Some rooms only look out on a wall five or six feet away.Overall this is a great hotel in a stunning city. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but the menu looked great. Breakfast was weak.DO NOT DISTURB sign is disregarded. I would stay here again.
