I was in Lyon for the Women’s World Cup, I specifically wanted to stay in a place with a kitchenette. The hotel was exactly as described. The only thing that I found difficult was that it does not have air conditioning, and I happened to be there during a heat wave! They did however, have a fan I could use when I asked for one. The staff was extremely friendly, there were a few food places near by also a supermarket. The metro was close, so I was able to travel all over the city without much problem. The hotel could do with some updating, but it did not detract from my time on vacation. I would definitely recommend it as long as you were realistic about what you were looking for.

The stay was ok. The elevator was not working when we showed up, we had to use a small service elevator which only went to the 6 floor, then we had to go up the stairs to the 7 floor with all our luggage. Listing said it had a/c and once we got there it didn’t. It definitely did not look anything like the pictures.

Good location near subway station ( four blocks ).

I like how the water pressure in the shower was good.

Staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Elevator was broken and half of our group had to climb 8 flights of stairs to our room in 90 degree heat.

Basic facility for a short stay. Fairly clean. Good price.

Late arrival (after 8 pm) means nobody at front desk: not a problem if you have received all the codes... to open the parking access, open the safe to get room keys.
Internet access requires a code as well... but only delivered by front desk, so if you arrive at 8 pm, forget it!

Everything was very complicated. The desk close a 17h u need to call a number to get your room key. I didnt have a french sim card in my phone so it was very expensive. Once in a room wifi is not free. Is still ok but the informations on a paper say to get a code for a wifi i have to contact the desk. The desk is closeda 17h so no internet. No towel in a bathroom so u have to take yours. And at the end you have to clen up your room after your stay if not cleaning fee apply. They have 2 type of cleaning fee. A small like 20euros and a big like 40euros. I payd 40euros by hotels.com i think for a little more its easy to find much more better in Lyon.

That was an enjoyable stay. On overall, I did like the cosyness of the room. But, one thing I did not appreciate was the presence of cobwebs in the wardrobe and the state of the carpet around the lift at level two. This needs to be replaced. I did like the receptionist as well. This could be my holiday home. By the way, I forgot my plug adaptor in the kitchen. Thanks.

No air conditioning, no towel or linen service for two weeks. It was nearly impossible to reach hotel staff in emergencies. I had to threaten to break my door in to get my things to go to the airport for my flight home. My key did not work and I was locked out of my ro for 7 hours on th last day (Sunday). I was told they could not help me until the next day.

the room was comfortable, the location was awful, there was no staff at all at the weekend and the wifi was just available in reception and it was a hit and miss.

Did not have air conditioning and was very hot, but the neighbors were very loud so leaving the window open was not the greatest idea. Not within walking distance of the central part of Nice, had to take the lrt. WiFi only in reception area and it was very slow.

Needed a room to stay as we were visiting friends and it made it easier to have our own space. The room was value for money the only draw back was that it was rather noisy to sleep especially the dustmen every morning in the early hours. However I would consider this place again as it was only a tempory stay. I would not recommend the breakfast it was very poor for money so much so we cancelled after 2 mornings. Better buying from supermarket round the corner and doing your own in the kitchenette in the room.

AWFUL !!!
I called before booking to check if they had AC. They said all rooms had AC. It was a lie, because no room had AC. Weather was canicular.
The hotel was smelly and dirty too.
The reception closes at 8 PM. They promised they would send an SMS with the entry code. They didn't because my number was not French. I had to call them and stay on the line for more than 30 minutes (international call) until I get the info to get in.
There was no free WIFI although it was indicated free WIFI when I booked.

A new system for us, with keypad numbers for access to hotel and car parking -- very helpful receptionist explained and wrote them down for us.

We wanted a convenient and economical apartment to visit Lyon and my son who is living in Villeurbanne. Room 403 has a small terrace which was great for morning and evening eating. Kitchen is small but adequate Bed is a sofa bed but mattress was comfy. Great location for us only a 20 min cycle ride into the city (also very easy to get metro). We enjoyed Lyon a lot. Basic room service but that is what keeps overall cost down. We had a great stay and would use appart'city in other locations

Unpolite recepcionist, not helping at all. This should not exist nowadays.
No daily room cleaning and they threathen to charge you if you don't leave your room cleaned before you leave!
