Great hotel and location. Sophisticated service, silent rooms for a nights sleep and high standard throughout the venue incl drinks at the bar. Giving the minibar in the room some more thought and put a speaker in would make the stay even better. Highly recommended.

The hotel is stunning. Service is beyond exceptional. The only complaint is that they perfume the room to excess. We had to open the window to let the room air out, and then asked the staff to not spray air freshener when they cleaned the room. In the future I would ask in advance so the room would not be sprayed on the day we check in.

If I could give 6 stars I would, exceeded our expectations, restaurant was great , roof tops bar was great, room was great, and they gave us parking . The staff were so professional and nice . We just felt like it was a home away from home.

I liked everything about this property. The service, the staff in general, and especially the absolute beauty of our room. We stayed in a junior suite in the newer section of the hotel, so it is only about two years old. The decorating, the fixtures and the furniture are all absolutely top grade.

Gorgeous luxury hotel in an ideal part of the city - it was quiet and not touristy yet was close to lots of the main sites. Hotel staff were all super nice and friendly. We had a junior suite that was two stories and had two full bathrooms. We barely used the upstairs but if you're traveling with a family, it would provide excellent space.

What a gem! Loved our stay at this hotel. Everything about it checks the box for five star hotel. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Rooms are beautiful, super clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff is the highlight of this place. I would like to thank everyone of them for their EXCELLENT service. We stayed a week at this well located hotel just off Piazza di Popolo. It was very comfortable, great mattress, very good breakfast. It was truly a refuge after a busy day of sightseeing. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Rome.

Stayed in a superior suite. Room was very large, with separate bedroom and living room. Hotel as a whole was nicely appointed, but room itself was sparcely decorated and I'm fairly certain we had a significant amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was great, and location was excellent. Centrally located to the sites, metro, and plenty of restaurants.

Great hotel overall, with very nice staff and a nice outdoory dining/bar area. Loved having breakfast there. Location wise great, not on the busy high street but just a short walk off which gives you a bit off peace and quiet not being on the crowded streets. Rooms are a bit dated so would be great if the hotels updates these (or maybe just us that got an older room).

We stayed at Residenza la Ripetta for two nights with the family on our way back home from Amalfi. Location was just excellent, the service was really friendly (perhaps our 2 month old baby girl had something to do with it - Italians just love children and it shows!) and the hotel room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a car and whilst the hotel does not have own parking place, there was a garage in the same block making it easy to just leave the car there. The price for the parking is not cheap though, but considering the location being in the historic centre of Rome I kind of understand. Would be worth considering though to have pre-negotiated prices for the hotel guests.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Pretty short walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see and it was quiet at night. The room was very clean, the service was excellent and our family of four fit very comfortably-we had two separate rooms which was great! We would highly recommend to any family spending time in Rome!
