Thin walls and got woke up at 4am due to neighbor playing music and singing as loud as possible, stomping upstairs, and no utensils or cookware for the kitchenette. Other than that, it was roomy, AC worked great, things were pretty clean, rough Towels, and night staff handled the neighbor issues quickly.

Front desk lady was very nice and friendly. Room was decent for the price paid, room was clean but out dated furniture and appliances. I asked for non-smoking room smelled so much like smoke. I called front desk man that answer was very nice and polite. Checked out the next day.

The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room. You have to park in the middle section & walk around the building to get to your room. The walls are kind of thin so you may hear people talking, for us it was someone on the 2nd floor who had a dog. In their defense the pup had to be pretty big because you could hear every time it walked across the floor or would jump off of the furniture or bed. Other than that, we had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

I love the kitchen area, the setup is nice and cozy, its clean. Reminds me if a little apartment. Definitely would recommend for a hotel stay if you are visiting Lubbock.

Very basic. Found soap under the comforter above the mattress making it lumpy. Kitchen had nothing to use for a meal. AC was all or none. TV too small and room had a mild odor.

It was amazing and relaxing. First room giving was next to someone with a dog and this is a pet friendly hotel but, I asked them to move me and they did with no problems at all. Front desk was very friendly and understanding.

I was VERY pleased with my stay!! I received a warm welcome upon check-in and my room was all that I needed it to be and then some. Definitely will be my hotel of choice when I visit Lubbock TX again!

Manager was really nice. Property was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is there was no parking on our side of the motel.

Person in the office was great. Very helpful. Cleaning crew loaded up the walkways with trash while they cleaned other rooms. Room was marginally clean, smelled of smoke.

Manager was friendly and helpful. Room was on the side closest to the road and you could hear the cars go by. Walls were thin so I could hear the person in the next room snoring.

The bathroom only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper they sprayed some spray to make it smell better they hadnt mopped the floors in months the floors were dirty looking the walls where dirty i ask had they cleaned the rooms they said yes the two workers that suposingly cleaned it left candy wrapper in ice box so that says they hadnt cleaned it in a while or looked in it nice location nice workers
