My husband and I stayed at Hotel L'Orologio and we found the facility to be clean and modern. The area is incredibly walkable and the hotel was centrally located to many of art galleries and attractions. There are fantastic restaurants in the area as well and the Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is a two minute walk away. We would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to all places in florence and a stones throw away from the tram which takes you to the airport for like 1.70 euro! And its close to tbe main line station if you wish to take day trips. The area outside is a nice square with restaurants. You dont need to want for much here. Breakfast was nice on the rooftop area with nice view and good selection of food.

Property was amazing very upscale and elegant. Only a hand a couple of the staff members were friendly and nice or ther ones were very rude and sarcastic not wanting to help. Aside from that the property is located in the center of the main square.

Incredible stay in Florence. This hotel was incredible nice, chic and clean. We had the Superior room and it was very spacious, comfortable and the staff made us feel very special. Location is great, close to main train station and various museums, the Duomo, Pinte Vecchio all within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be back for sure!

We had a view of the Duomo and Giotto’s bell tower. We were within walking distance of Uffizi Gallery, Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazzale Michelangelo. We stayed at the apartment annex that is south of the Arno. We enjoyed the convenience of a fully equipped apartment with a balcony.

The L’Orologio was an absolute gorgeous hotel. It is centrally located and in the middle of a gorgeous piazza. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was gorgeous with views of the piazza. The breakfast buffet is amazing and worth every penny, with a view on the top floor overlooking the piazza. Our favorite gelato shop in all of Italy is next door so that’s an added bonus. There are tons of great restaurants nearby that are amazing, too!

Staff was very helpful and guided me through locating and collecting my delayed luggage from the airport. They also recommended shopping nearby so I could buy the necessities I needed until my luggage arrived. Great location and nice common areas. Large bathroom.

This lovely hotel is in the most convenient spot - a close walk to the train station, the Duomo, and all the major historical sites. An abundance of good restaurants surrounds it. The staff is top-notch. I love this hotel and would stay here again many times.
