The hotel was right in the middle of everything but was tucked away so it was quiet and peaceful. I would stay again. The staff was pleasant and kind. The hotel was clean, fresh, and felt safe at all hours.

The hotel itself is in a convenient part of town, right across from shopping and dining. We were in town for one night for a tournament for my son. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner which wasn’t very good, however, the bartender/server was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. The downside is that you could hear every single thing in the room, from the people in the next room talking, to people slamming doors and laughing and being loud until after midnight in the halls. The most disappointing thing was that housekeeping came banging on the door at 8:45 and when I opened the door she said she was just checking her “books”. After I shut the door they proceeded to play loud music and said “oh I can’t wait until 11:00”. I paid to stay there and checkout isn’t until 11. I understand that rooms need to be cleaned, but you don’t come banging on the door almost 3 hours before checkout time. Considering the price I paid for a decent hotel, I had higher expectations. I’ve paid way less and experienced much higher value.

No parking available. Front desk staff unconcerned with that. Visibly soiled towels.

We stopped around 10pm on our road trip, front desk clerk was super like and accommodating, the room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! One of the best hotels we stayed at in a really long time! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Exceptionally clean, very friendly staff

Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Convenient location across from large outdoor mall and lots of restaurants one block from the interstate. Hotel is located behind some businesses.

I retired as GM of a hotel after 17 years. I can tell you from my experiences that property and the staff were great. I enjoyed being able to enjoy a glass of wine and the bartender was phenomenal.

Clean updated room and hallways. Had to pay full bill upfront. Very unusual since a credit card is on file.

The entire staff was so friendly especially the food and beverage person April. She was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. A great stay as we were passing through town. Also a good brewery a mile down the road:)

Got charged 200 dollars for "smoking" in room. I never once even had a flame in the room. They found tobacco in the trash can. Try to call to get explanation and they answer and hang up the phone. I travel for work, never will me or my over 200+ employees stay in another ihg holiday inn

This property was in better shape than the competition’s. It was Thanksgiving week when I stayed, so it was quite (which I love).

Nice hotel in Hammond! Pretty clean and comfortable, but breakfast is an extra charge which is odd, and the walls are very thin. You can hear everything (and everyone if you know what I mean).

Overall, the hotel is a good choice. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The property, lobby, and rooms are clean. The hallway and room carpeting are a bit aged. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were in great shape. The thermostat in the room did not work, so the first night was quite cold. The front desk staff were very polite and attentive. Upon request, the front desk staff happily switched us to a room with an operable thermostat which made the the rest of the stay better. Morning housekeeping staff are unnessesarily loud voiced in the hallways as well as vacuum cleaning, and knocking on doors as early as 8:30 AM. More considerate housekeeping would have been appreciated. I still think the hotel is an overall good choice.

Jamie at the front desk is so rude. If you are wanting to stay somewhere nice, go somewhere else.

The room and entire property were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and attentive. I loved the full bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body was, and hand soap in the bathroom.

Straight to the point dirty towel pick up no one return with clean had to go to front desk to retrieve towel she feel the need to contact the house keeper that was off it was about 8pm I was gone the whole day to come back to this finally got resolve.

Tre the bar tender was the best. Made the best “mixologist” drinks a must stop by and visit. He’s the absolute best!
