I called a reservation agent of the property and informed them that I am arriving late at 4 am. She reassured me that she would contact front desk and put a note on my reservation. I called Front Desk myself 6 times and nobody answered the phone. Once i arrived to the property, I was already charged a no show and they charged me 64$ no show fee

Full kitchen no dishes no silverware and no dish soap

First of all the pool hasn’t been open since 2019, the photo should be taken down. Second the whole place smelled bad. Like burnt ramen noodles and cigarettes. The nightstand had a hole in it. There were dogs staying above our room and we could hear them barking and running around all night. 0/10

I booked this simply because of the pool for the price. However the pool was “under maintenance” and at check in the lady at the front desk said since I was only staying 7 nights that we would not get room service so that if we needed new towels or toilet paper we would need to come to the front desk to re-up on those things. I was flabbergasted and then at that point should not have checked in however I had drove 8 hours with my toddler and 8 month old and was ready to get settled in. Also I paid in advance stupidly. This hotel was also supposed to be non smoking but you could clearly tell no one follows that rule. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and the elevator took ten years to open and close. I ended up checking out after staying one night because my 8 month old was having trouble breathing due to smoke and funky smell throughout the hotel. I was told I would not get my money back from both the hotel and Expedia. Would not recommend booking a stay through Expedia and most definitely not at Suburban Camp Lejeune. You definitely get what you pay for. A lesson learned!

The bathtub had hairs in it and it was much smaller than depicted in the images online it was not as clean from the lobby to the rooms the elevator was very slow and they had no cribs available the only Cody was in the lobby. Just not a great stay.

Our stay was very peaceful, we were there for a church conference. The guy at the front desk superseded Great Customer Service and Hospitality. He was so attentive and polite. I personally thanked him.

The first room I checked into you could see that the door was kicked in previously. No chain or dead bolt on the door. That room has pubic hair on the sheets. And fresh blood stains on the mattress pass that you could see through the sheets. Sheets were dirty. Staff said stained. Either way they were nasty. There was food in the sink. The floor had dirt or something all over it. Then we get moved rooms. The room was so small and not what we originally reserved. We wanted double beds but had to settle for the tiny room with one full size bed. That bed was clean however the shower walls had hair on them. Clearly housekeeping And sanitizing isn’t being done properly. Won’t stay here again.

In town to spend some time with our Marine son. We booked 3 nights and only stayed a few hours. The elevator worked but not properly. It was a very long wait once you pushed the button. That made us nervous. There was a huge stain on the carpet outside our room door as well as further down the hall. The bed slid across the floor when you sat on it. Bed was on a metal spring frame. Kind of a musty odor in the room. The actual room DID NOT in any way reflect the photos we saw online when we booked. We decided to change hotels and the woman at the front desk said she couldn't help us. We wanted her to change our reservation and show that we checked out early and that we were not using the other nights. She said she wasn't allowed to because we booked through Expedia. She did give us the manager's card because the manager wasn't on property. We figured we would have to pay for the first night as per their policy. We were hoping to get refunded for the remaining unused nights. Needless to say we left very disappointed.

Hard to take a shower due to placement of the shower head. Almost fell when i put my hand on the towel bar due to it not being attached to the wall properly. "Clean" wash cloth had pubic hairs on it.

Overall the stay was ok but my car was broken into while I was staying there for the weekend, an I have not still been contacted was given a extra hour to stay until they found out what was going to happen. Then, was told I would be contacted after I check out from the manager an haven’t been contacted yet. Smh overall stay was good

Staff was attentive and helpful. Area around building was clean. Aside from elevator, that was very slow, all in all it was nice.

My room was poorly cleaned and smelled like stale cigarettes/smoke. It’s listed as having a full kitchenette for long term stays but they provided no dishes, pans or even utensils. You have to buy your own which defeats the whole purpose of having the kitchen. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed and when I called down, instead or bringing it I had to go fetch it from housekeeping myself. Oh and the elevator door doesn’t work property so you have to sit there for a full minute or more before it closes, with a loud beep, which leaves you wondering if it’s even functional. I’m angry that I got the bait and switch on a site like Expedia.

For the price it was ok. But don't expect much. No coffee maker in the room, pots, or pans. I went to the front desk to get one of each mug, plate, fork, etc. but that was after the 1st day.

Dirt and debris on most surfaces and the floor was sticky. The bed was noisy, uncomfortable and had a thin stained blanket. The elevator was extremely slow and the property smelled like Marijuana.

It was very clean.

When I get to my room the toilet still had pee on the seat, the bed had hair and crumbs under and on top of the covers, half of the outlets didn’t work, and the kitchenette was dirty and greasy. Plus the elevator is so slow I could walk across the building and down the stairs in the time it takes to close and move.

I stayed on the second floor and the floors were so dirty. Looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Then there were 2 children laying in the floor outside my room, just hanging out. Got in the room and the floor was so dirty, my white socks were black on the bottom. It was not a good experience. I ended up leaving and not spending the night it was so gross.

I didn’t like that on top of what I was paying for the room I hate to pay additional for my pets. For what I am paying I could have stayed in Wilmington at a hotel that accepted them and the charge would have been the same. Room is very basic and cable channels are not working. Don’t have the patience or care to loss my mind complaining downstairs because they just state it is corporate and not them. Horrible experience and never choosing this hotel again or Expedia. Wasted money!

Front desk staff was kind but that can’t mitigate the in-room condition: white socks became black from walking despite Clorox cleaning. Selected because of bath tube: it didn’t work. So didn’t the hairdryer. For the money, there are better choices.

Decent for workers i.e. construction, electrician, lawn care just needing a no frills day or two inexpensive place to shower and sleep. My advice spend an extra 15 dollars and go someplace else.

We were moving to another duty with the military so we had our dog with. To start off our stay the first room we got the ac unit made a loud noise when it was on and the box on the door to slide your keep in wouldn’t work. The lady at the front desk when we check in charged out car twice for the pet fee. When I went down the lady in the morning was super nice and looked into the issue. When I went down later that night to see the results of the issue the front desk lady was super rude when she asked for our room number so I told her it. She told us we needed to keep our dog quit and never said anything about the results of my issue I asked about. Only told me rudely that our dog should quit. I ask her what he is doing to be loud because he has been with us the whole time and she said we’ve had noise complaints of him moving around to much. DON’T STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE A DOG!

The third floor hallway and our room had an odor. The elevator floor looked very dirty like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a while. The third floor hallway had carpet stains everywhere. Our rooms shower had a constant drip, needs attention. Blow dryer in bathroom did not work.

No paper towels or utensils to eat with. Front desk staff not friendly, one time the guys stayed on his phone for the whole time I stood in front of him on speaker in conversation not willing to pause that and help me (customer). Other staff distend and unfriendly. Won’t return to this hotel.
