Really bad customer service, no toilette paper in the bathroom, we asked someone to bring some and she never came back, we then ask another person and they got it. The TV was not working, we told them and they never came to the room. Parking was not easily accessible, had to walk 7 blocks with my elderly mother. The person at the front desk was not nice at all. Will never stay there again and will share with my friends and family.

Great location, close to everything you want to see in Antigua.

Room is ok, it could be better, pool and pool area needs maintenance. No Restaurant in the hotel, no parking.

The place is nice but a lot of sound in the morning (cleaning service etc) in the night a lot of sound too because is close to the Bar /Discoteque

Beautiful property, great location but the wifi is terrible. Morning staff seemed to have a very nonchalant attitude. My flight was canceled last minute and I already paid for transportation through the hotel but they wanted me to pay extra the following day. I suggest taking Uber. It’s cheaper.

Very nice staff.

Locations is PRIME! Close to Central Park, restaurants and close by coffee shop. Pool was wonderful. Staff was kind. Rooms are nice. There is street noise close by in the night time hours, trade off for being close in town. We were still able to sleep well.

beautiful boutique property, nice size pool, wish they had ac. fan was strong though. cable was out during our stay, but that didnt effect us. great location, would def stay again

This property it’s accessible to everything nearby and really affordable. People are very nice

First night I stay in the lower level our room window facing the street, it was very loud. I ask the staff if we could change room for our second night stay and they did, They were very helpful.

Very noisy bar next door, be advised. Also, thin walls between rooms. VERY firm mattress. No on-site breakfast but centrally located so walk to any one of a million cafes. Highlight is the staff who went above and beyond to get my laundry cleaned before I left for the airport - muchas gracias por esto!

Great staff! Very helpful

One of our rooms was a little humid. The other room was perfect.

Location of this property was great...within walking distance of everything. There is a bar right next door and it can def get loud. The beds were the worst, just very hard. We had no air conditioning in our room. Our flight was for 11pm and checkout is noon, we asked if we could use their pool and facilities until it was time to leave for the airport.....they allowed us to do so but did say that they do not typically allow use of their facilities after checkout, jusy fyi (this was new to us bc no other place has ever denied use of their facilities to guests who have late flights on checkout day). Overall it was not the best experience...we only chose this place for its pool and only used the pool after we checked out...so if a pool is the deciding factor, I suggest you go with other options.

Very good prize.

The place was great on most levels. But there was no air conditioning, only a fan. The room took a long time to cool, making it harder to sleep.

Very great just need addition of air conditioning

Wish the tv had ENGLISH CHANNELS and cleaning was done more regularly coz the toilets were super narrow. Nothing we couldn’t live with. Other than that, can’t wait to get back!

Good location, has a pool and sauna, if you use, is worth, otherwise there is cheaper around. In the next room there is a bar with loud music until 1.00 AM. No parking, is too far and you need to pay an estimated of 26 dollars per night. They Offer laundry, I left my clothes when I arrived 3.PM, they told couple hours, I asked many times and told me, wasn’t ready. When I was ready to check out, I asking for my clothes and they said was in the washer, because I didn’t have time , they gave me my clothes wet. Bad experience, never back again.

We arrived to Antigua at 8am, which was way too early to check in, of course. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in the kitchen so that we could go off an explore the city without our bags, which was super kind. They communicated with us regularly via Whatsapp regarding the readiness of our room so that we could return to check in early if the room became ready. There is a sports bar right next door, so there was some audible music until late in the night, but it was not too loud. It was so convenient and safe being right off the park - we were really in the center of town throughout our stay, which was ideal! We requested a room with three beds, expecting one queen bed and two twin beds, but were delighted to find out we had three queen beds in our room. The hotel also helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport and gave us super helpful advice regarding traffic - we definitely would have missed our flight if we had arranged our own transit that day. The staff is super kind and I will definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling to Antigua!

It was great environment but little hot and noisy😁

Great little place, v central. Apparently it’s noisy with a busy bar right next door but I was in room 4 and with the fan on (needed in that heat) I didn’t hear a thing!

There is a Barrio right next door that is playing Cumbia with bass blasting through every fiber of the wall and your body till 1 AM. Good luck sleeping.

The property was in good condition, clean and beautiful, very closed to everything the only thing I didn't like was that the bed or mattress I can feel the springs and I couldn't sleep I have to put all the pillows so I can sleep on top, the bed was a full size.

Nice hotel with a refreshing pool for the hot days. Enjoyed the proximity and helpful staff. The sitting chair in front of the room was a nice reading place to have the day go by

I had a great stay over 4 days in Antigua. The pool was perfect to cool down in the afternoon. I stayed from Monday to Friday so the noise from the bar some have mentioned wasn’t bad. The staff were friendly and attentive. I already miss my room and Antigua.

This hotel is very basic. It served the purpose of us having a place to stay and affordable. Things you need to know before you book: there is a bar next door and you will hear the music every night; Mattresses are hard; they have no ice; they have no air conditioning and rooms will get hot; receptionist are very helpful; the restaurant they partner with for breakfast is really good. I am giving them a 3 start because they are basic but, you get what you pay for.

The rooms are clean. The beds are hard otherwise a comfortable stay. It is located next to a bar so if you’re a light sleeper this place isn’t for you.

Great location, only complaint I have is the bed mattresses were hard as a rock and there is no air conditioner.. besides that it’s a nice place

I liked this hotel but didn’t like the surprise undisclosed house rules.
It should be mandatory to disclose house rules as there are when you arrive.
Police gate feeling next to El Bario can be loud and don’t take a hook up to your room house rules say no !

Super beautiful hotel near the Central Park, super clean, friendly staff, and the rooms are big and comfortable. Amazing overall
