Lovely flat in close proximity to shops, restaurants and metro but everything was automated and it lacked human touch although host left us a lovely welcome basket of goodies.

Place is very nice and comfortable for 5-6 people. Loved the treats in their fridge. They have free locker storage in the building that is very useful.shopping and restaurants are literally few steps away. i would love to come back and stay here again

There were several issues 1, no baby cot set up as I requested, then they finally arranged it, no baby cot mattress, just back and forth for so many time to get it right, wasted my time. 2, aircon issue, the same, back and forth many times 3, the shower! The water was barely hot enough for us to take a shower, also we had to shower our 7 months old baby in lukewarm water. 4, the lockers for the luggages, a lot of them don’t work, when I contacted them, they were like, well we just do you a favour, I am sorry they don’t work. You can try other lockers around the area. 5, not easy to find as there is no reception.

LOVED the studio room we had that had a double bed, sofa, desk, and kitchenette! A great space for a 3 day visit. Also greatly appreciated the laundry room with free self service laundry. I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!

There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. We couldn't sleep a wink. We bought a spray and killed them but it seemed continuously to appear every night. There is no housecleaning at all during our 3 night stay. Emailed to request more towels but no response at all. Worst experience.

The hotel location is excellent: super close to the Castello and Duomo. Nice building. But they don’t clean the room during the stay. We couldn’t even get towels to be replaced. No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal..

Spent a couple of days in Milan with the family. The Numa Camperino was a good choice. Perfecty located. The interior shows some wear here and there. The service was excellent and a nice starter package was waiting. Also the service in the morning for the breakfast was excellent like the quality of the food. However the variety is a bit limited.

While location and condition of the property was wonderful. There were questions about cleanliness as the unit was infested with mosquitoes. We had to buy insect repellant and sleep with it on, but even that was not enough. I had to find medications to treat bites, and assure bite-ridden kids for most of our stay. Additionally, it had reached the 80s that weekend, and there was no AC available. We are pretty disappointed in that regard.

This place has plenty of room for 4 people. It is clean, safe and convenient. You can walk within 10 mins to restaurants, Duomo, and shopping.

It took multiple attempts to scan the passports, second passport then required taking a photo, then uploading into their system. There is no one in the property when a problem. Room entry key code wouldnt work. No one to talk to. Requires calling a phone number that is answered by computer. Or entering into l WhatsApp which just comes back 'can you restate the question'. Do not stay there, you're on your own.

The worst customer service, they locked us outside the property because I forgot to pay a 10 euro taxes, it was freezing and after midnight, they kept us outside for almost 1.5 hour, the lady I spoke to hang up the phone in my face, after getting inside there was no heat and cold water, I took a shower in cold water after freezing outside because we were locked outside, these people are a scam and I don’t recommend anyone to go there

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds but checking in was awful since there is no concierge desk. Took them 30 minutes to send me a code to open the main door while we waited outside in the cold. Servers at the cafe seem to know nothing about allergens either.

The room had no air conditioning (we were informed before), but also no heating, and thus was very cold. The walls appear to be made of paper - the room was extremely noisy. Obviously, this must be known, since ear plugs were provided in the bedroom. It felt like being in a tent on the street nearby. In summary: A horrible stay.

Beautiful and perfect location in Milan. We had a great stay. Caution to remember to add ALL of the staying guests ID’s before your stay. This held us up a bit. Frustrating to be adding at the last minute with no wi-fi. You cannot get access info until all guests ID’s are added. Otherwise all good.

Nice location near Duomo, LaScala and Castle. Clean interior with nice furnishing. Efficient remote check-in and staff very responsive communication through WhatsApp. Only negative is that someone tried to open our apartment door multiple times the first night and morning of the last day - quite scary.

Having been here several times it was a surprice that there was no personal service but check-in and luggage storage had to be handled by the client. All this worked well but took time. Quality of breakfast was lovered compared with earlier stays.
