Very nice hotel ; super clean, quite new. All the staff was amazing ! Great location for sure !!!
One bad note is the permament ''parfume/cologne aka oldspice type'' smell that seems to be circulated absolutely everywhere including in the rooms. I,m allergic to parfum so this made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would not stay there again for that reason.

Not enough parking space. Breakfast is expensive based on what is served. Staff are professional and courteous. The room is clean. Hotel decorations are gorgeous.

Beautiful hotel, clean , in front of a lake… I loved That was a peaceful place.

What a wonderful experience! Staff was wonderful!

Picked Hotel because it had onsite parking, only to be charged extra upon arrival. Have another extra charge on credit card that I have no idea what for and will need to disrepute. We arrived around 8;45 pm and asked the front desk for suggestions were only met with attitude that it was a city and will have not problems finding something. When we did go looking, we found that it was unsafe, and a lot of drug issues in the area.

Front desk staff was very nice however overwhelmed.
Could not order wine to our room had to go get it and sign.

Let cards continually didn’t work, elevator broken and bar shutdown early. No bar soap was provided. Service was well below average. Could be a really nice place to stay.

This hotel is amazing, the room was spotless, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were great and extremely helpful.
4.1
Way too expensive for what it is
4.1
Large and clean room, but the hotel doesn't offer cleaning service unless you specifically ask for it at the front desk. There was no note of this anywhere in the room and so I came home from a long day to a messy room. It's a bit annoying for such an expensive hotel. There was also the typical door slamming in the hallways.

Very disappointed they couldn’t give us a late check out for noon because they said they had a maximum they could give and it was already reached at 6:00 pm at the time we checked in.
It was the half marathon in town that week end, Times is located at a walking distance from the event. All runners from outside Sherbrooke stay there. They should have planned better…
This was an expensive night for the service we got.

Spectacular view of the lake

Very nice and clean.

The fact that I was charged for parking during my stay without notice was enough for me to not book this hotel again
4.1
For a 285$ a night “ comfort room” with a queen size bed- 1-according to me it wasn’t a queen bed. No way 2 people can sleep in it comfortably. Then a 12$ a night plus tax fee to park your vehicle. 😂😂 where do you expect us to park !!! And no mention of it when I booked. Never again will I book here.

Quiet rooms, next to a lake path.

Beautiful lake behind the hotel. A great spot to see the eclipse!

This hotel was amazing for the short stay that i had. The service was excellent ans they find some places for me to go.

Stay was good. Quite central. Clean place, open space and very modern. Rooms were nice and big and comfortable.
Negatives were:
- paid parking when street parking infront of hotel is free. At no time was I told there was a 30$ fee for parking to park outdoors.
- no Information on amenities. Found out about a pool when I was checking out
- Hotel closes at midnight. Had to wait about 10 minutes in the winter cold for someone to open the door. Would have expected this type of hotel to be a 24 hr hotel
4.1
The check-in process may take longer than usual due to the need to fill out some information. The room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near the lake and within walking distance of the main street.

Great place next to the beautiful Lac de Nations. Several food options in walking distance.

We had brought a bottle of wine and forgot the corkscrew. When I asked at reception if they had one, I was told they wouldn’t lend us one and that we’d have to bring our bottle down for uncorking. Seriously? We walked yo the dollar’s store nearby and bought one instead. Then we also found one in the drawer in the room, which
my husband hadn’t noticed there before. So, frontline service was not the best (also didn’t get great info for restaurants nearby). Friendly and professional, just not informed enough to inform us. Absolutely gorgeous location and our room had an amazing view of the water and mountains that was just wonderful. Made up for all that.

Overpriced for what it is, basically a 2 star hotel who wants to be a 3 star hotel. They will not clean the room for environmental reason (really?). Bottle of water in the room not complimentary but 4$. No restaurant. There is no way to go to this place without a car… parking is 12$ per day. Checkin at 4 PM, the place is empty but no room is ready before that etc.

Wow! Wonderful Staff - Very friendly & accommodation.
My friend was staying there for the weekend of JDQ.
I was supposed to go on Saturday but because I got a free ticket I decided to go with my friend. So once I got there I asked the front desk for the price because online was way too expensive for the time of my arrival.
Make sure to review your invoice AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. I didn't park my car at the hotel since I needed to charge my Tesla in a parking nearby and pay over there instead. Hotel Times charges 26$ a day for parking it adds up. Especially when you did not use it. With that the breakfast + 12$/day.
Because it was there for my son JDQ - I did not have time to have breakfast the first night so I asked to put it for my second day instead - since I didn't have that one included All that to say, all that extra charge when you did not use it brings the amount of your stay $$$. Luckily she gave me 50$ cheaper than the one for my Saturday stay. So I agreed to book for Friday night as well. Again, in the end, the 50$ discount was not applied. I still have to call to arrange that, Regardless it was beautiful nice people. I'm sure they will correct that mistake. Probably just a computer auto-price function.

The property advertised an arcade game room. The game room was a small space with a tv and a chalk board with no chalk. The room was dusty. We stayed two nights and house keeping did not come empty garbages, refill Kleenex or the coffee. Beds were very firm pillows were nice. The pool was warm and clean. You have to walk across the lobby to get to the pool. Parking was 27$ for two nights. The paid continental breakfast was very basic no hot food.

Beautiful lake & walking area

It was amazing. The only thing the shower head wasn’t giving enough water, since it was Ecco friendly. So I took it off, & found a way through the ceiling to attach the hose, to be able to enjoy my showers.

Staff are borderline rude at the front desk
cleaning staff is absolutely abysmal
