Overall the hotel is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was one bartender who was amazing! She was very kind, informative and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The negatives - we barely had hot water during our stay. One of our rooms the water pressure was very low and cold. Even after leaving it running it was still cold. The hotel was pricey to not have running hot water. Also added amenities were expensive - you can book massages and tours on your own elsewhere for a better price. Overall it was still beautiful, and hope they can fix the hot water so we could stay there again

We had an amazing experience at Los Pasos. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed spending time on the upstairs patio! Hotel is in a good central location where you can walk to the parks, arch, and many restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel!

Tucked away in the heart of Antigua, the boutique charm of Los Pasos offers a delightful blend of tranquility and local flair. The hotel's courtyard is a picturesque oasis, adorned with lush greenery and quaint seating areas. One of the highlights of Los Pasos is its rooftop dining experience, offering breathtaking views of Antigua's surrounding mountains & volcanos. One area that could see improvement is the dining options, especially for vegetarians. While the hotel provides some vegetarian dishes, the variety is limited. It would be fantastic if they could expand their menu to cater more extensively to vegetarian guests. During my stay, I encountered minor inconveniences with the hot water supply. Although the water was not always as hot as desired, and the water pressure was occasionally low. Overall, the Los Pasos offers a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing environment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.

Everything was good except for the okay breakfast, and our room was not cleaned after our first night. The cost is appropriate for what you get. The location is good and generally it is a quiet neighborhood. The people at the reception desk were excellent and the waiters were also very good.

The hotel is small but beautiful. The terraza has an impressive view of the volcanos. The staff is friendly. During breakfast, it was very clear the emphasis the kitchen staff gives to foreigners as opposed to locals. We waited a lot before offered water and coffee. Other guess who came in late to the small restaurant, were tended quickly but not us locals. It wasn’t until I went to the reception to -politely- request service , that we began being served. I’m a person who travels often and I never thought I will experience this situation.

This is a beautiful property with a roof top patio. The hotel has several lush green garden areas that are amazing. If you have the chance be sure to include the breakfast option, fantastic food, had French Toast and pancakes that were delicious! There is also a bar and a garden table area that are truly welcoming, cannot wait to visit again. Shout out to Louis who answered all my question and had great recommendations.

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and everything went well, we’ve been coming for the last 3 years, therefore I’ve recommend it to friends and family. However this time the experience regarding customer service, staff and restaurant service left a lot to desire. The restaurant took forever with the food, it was lacking flavor, the waiters were not polite nor friendly, overall the experience was not the greatest which is a shame since the hotel itself it’s super pretty and the rooms are great but with that experience it makes me doubt if I’ll ever come back again or if I would recommend it again.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, great food, great view of the 'Volcan de Agua' and surrounding areas! The staff and service were excellent! Everybody was so kind and courteous and attentive to every detail. Just wished, my husband and I, would have got 2 keys to our room, but would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying in this hotel! Looks antique, beautiful and has all modern facilities. Price is reasonable for the overall experience and on par with other similar hotels. Hospitality: Hotel staff (especially Jennifer and Alfonso at the front desk, manager Rosa Maria) are very friendly, courteous and always available to help. They were promptly communicating with me on WhatsApp even before my stay. Rooms and restaurant: Rooms are clean and spacious. Has it's own restaurant and food is tasty. Breakfast is included and is good. Also, has room service, which is prompt. Didn't notice any noise/disturbances. I stayed in the premium suite. Spa: Hotel has it's own private spa, which looks serene. If you book a jacuzzi, then the spa entry is entirely reserved for you for your time to maintain privacy. Only downside is the spa service - massage wasn't the great, probably because they just hired new masseuses. Some of the advertised massages aren't available either for the same reason. Location: Perfect! Very close (walkable) to parque central and tourist attractions in the city. Noise level is low. Also, seemed safe to walk around late in the night. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the hotel were responsive and quite helpful when answering our questions. The hotel is quite lovely and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. On a somewhat busy street but once inside you don’t notice the street noise. The breakfasts were authentic and delicious. Great coffee! Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The staff is excellent , they try and meet your requests always with a smile and paitience . Two things you need when traveling. The hotel itself is a gem with small courtyards and roof top views you have to walk around the discover. The manager took the time to sit and speak about the stay and converse with the guests , that is not done in most places I have stayed at !

When we walked in the staff was so happy and excited to see us. They were very helpful and accommodating. Alfonso and Jennifer are both great! The couples massage was amazing. The atmosphere was excellent, cleanly, and calming. I would highly recommend staying here. The views and hotel space is beautiful.

The hotel was so incredibly beautiful. Great fresh food especially the breakfast. Wonderful location and easy to walk everywhere from there. But the staff was the best staff I have ever had at any hotel and I travel allot both in the US and abroad. You would love it!!
