Everything's perfect, the situation and the staff is a real PLUS. Definitely going back there when I can.

The hotel was beautiful - bedroom very small with little or no room around the bed but it was very pretty. However when we arrived the air on wasn’t working we reported this and staff at 2pm as we arrived - by 7 pm they confirmed the sitcom was t working at all in the building - our bedroom was 38degrees / we asked for a fan and they had none - could not sleep and ruined our anniversary. It was fixed the next day which was good- but it was so depressing I wanted to get a flight home- we were so tired that we barely did anything on the remaining day

Central position, wondering old house brought back to life as a boutique hotel.Staff were amazing.

Our experience at Ca’ Pagan was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in they made us feel so welcome. The rooms are individually decorated in traditional Venetian style so it feels special rather than cookie cutter. The staff was next level, I cannot say enough about them. Also, they offer a great little breakfast (and yummy cappuccino) which is perfect to start your day. Thanks Ca’ Pagan for making our stay extra special!

Excellent location - we were placed in the annex which is a short walk away from the main hotel, but this worked out perfectly because we were so close to a lovely view point just a minute away (on the right of the entrance). Excellent staff. AC was not the best, sometimes it would work really well and other times would still feel a bit warm despite it being on the lowest temperature. Otherwise everything was perfect!

This was a last minute booking for us as a treat at the end of our holiday. We stayed in one of the annex rooms! Thoroughly recommend! The service throughout has been incredible. All so lovely and helpful. The restaurant that was booked for us as a recommendation was incredible. It was predominantly a fish restaurant but well worth it. We were given a massive breakfast with a brilliant choice, sadly we couldn’t eat it all as it was so big. Meats, cheese, toast, eggs, cereals and pastries. The room was immaculate. To find fault in it is difficult….the tv didn’t work but who needs tv when you are in Venice!

Awesome little spot in Venice close to all areas. Quiet and safe location. Service personnel were awesome and the breakfast service was a welcome surprise.
Thank you for having us

Perfect for what we needed. Really comfortable bed and all facilities that we needed. Not quite as luxurious as it makes out but good value for centre of Venice. Most of the staff were VERY friendly.

Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in the Casanova triple room. Room is on the smaller side but sufficient enough for three people to fit comfortably. Room/bedding/shower were all very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Mornings you can enjoy a delicious lite breakfast inside or on the patio.

Wow, I have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! Full service room cleaning daily, awesome breakfast daily, and Lia was amazing! Don’t sleep on this quaint hotel close to everything you want to see. A water taxi station is a two minute walk from the front door. Loved it here would definitely stay again!

This hotel was a short walk to the Vaparetto S. Samuele. I enjoyed how quiet it was and the amount of privacy I had. Small breakfast/coffee bar every morning was nice and the hotel staff was welcoming. Housekeeping came everyday and the room offered a small safe to secure valuables.

We loved our stay here. Nice rooms, nice staff, good location that was not too far from the things we were interested in. Only complaint is that on our last night an alarm in the lobby was going off all night but there was no staff there to silence it, which you could hear a little bit from the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel! felt so cozy and the staff were lovely. Great breakfast, and lovely rooms. The only challenge was charging our phones etc., as when we were out the electric cut out due to key leaving room. It would have been great to have the plugs still work! But that was nothing really. Super close to everything - a ten min stroll to St Marks Square and the dock is virtually next door. Will be back!!

The staff were so friendly and spoke perfect English. They could not do enough for you. The location is great, a quiet street but close to reataurants, bars and some great streets to get lost in.
The cute courtyard for breakfast is what we had in mind, fits about 4 tables for 2.
The room was small but all we needed, a bed for the night which was comfy. The bathroom had everything you need. Cannot fault for the price. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice and a real recommendation to friends and family alike.

Everything was good, the breakfast was very good, and the girls in charge were very friendly, be careful with the mini bar, at the end of the stay you have to pay for what was consumed, we really liked the hotel, very convenient and an unbeatable place.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca Pagan. It is a small, quaint, nicely decorated hotel. The staff made us feel at home and were exceptionally helpful. Thank you to Tatiana, Marco and especially Lia for a memorable vacation.

A smaller boutique type hotel, but overall a fantastic experience. We had a delay with our flight and showed up after regular hours, but the front desk concierge stayed in touch with me over WhatsApp and was kind enough to wait for us to arrive. It was so nice of her to do that and a huge relief after a long travel day. The rooms are on the smaller side (which is typical for Venice) and had a really cool style. The piazza nearby was the perfect spot for dinner or a drink and everything else was very walkable. We loved our stay.

Room was very nice and the bath tub was big enough for 2! Close to Piazza San Marco and much more! The host was flexible with our check-in time, because we arrived late. Breakfast was AMAZING. The entrance door was not well insulated and we could hear everything that the people in the neighboring suites were saying, and I'm guessing they could hear us as well.

Felt run down, not nearly as nice as pictures, wasn't very clean, no shower curtain, so water got everywhere, wifi was almost useless

The hotel was absolutely as good as it looks. A small 5 room hotel with wonderful service and fabulous location. We saw 4 rooms and all looked exactly as the website showed, no surprises and so Venetian.
The breakfast is basic but good and the staff are wonderful.
I would absolutely suggest this for a small unique property.

Was very disappointed with the staff and service. I rang the front door bell for 45 mins and no one would open to let us in. I had to get someone to call their after hours line to let us in even though it was only 2pm and no one was at the reception. The lady that arrived was rude and not at all apologetic. The hotel would not turn on the A/C and made excuses saying Italy had closed the A/C since winter is starting which was not true as I was in Rome and Florence few days ago and we had the A/c on and after Venice we went to Milan and we had A/c there as well. Breakfast was not included and they asked us to pay €10 per person for some mediocre continental breakfast. This might be Expedias fault as well because on the website it seems like food service is included. The bathroom had a tub to shower but no shower curtain. I complained to the manager about all the issues and they were not at all interested in making us feel welcome and resolving issues, instead he told me to leave and go somewhere else since I am not happy in this hotel. As far as I am concerned this is not how you treat your guests.

We stayed at the annex property. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. We’d highly recommend this property.

We arrived late evening and were given clear instructions how to access the hotel - just 4 mins from S. Angelo. Nice rooms, clean, firm comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast. Rooms thoroughly cleaned every day.
Aircon and safe didn't work in our room - otherwise very happy.

It was an amazing trip. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service was great and the breakfast options were great. It is close to the city centre as well.

I would say the room we stayed has one word for it: dinty. Also the cold shower was not nice at all. The location was good.

Located close to Campo Santo Stefano, which is an asset to visit Venice, clean and large rooms and most of all very nice staff.

Thought we had property for four people when we booked it. U and two kids as that was what I indicated.
When we got there they charged us more money stating they received it only for two through Expedia and very inflexible owner.

A small, clean, comfy & well run hotel located in central area. Plus a smart updated Venetian deco! Great experience so I’ll come back in October again

Clean, friendly staff and location. Easy access to sights and Vaparetto within walking distance

The staff was lovely. I had to extend my stay and they were wonderful. The price was right so they could not have an extravagant breakfast. Location was perfect. No elevators. But they had air conditioning. My room had a tub. Kind of difficult getting in and out. Ask for room with shower.

Beautiful inside the room, though not much of a view on the outside (or through the windows). Breakfast was good but barebones. Location was excellent, able to walk to just about anything we wanted to see on the main island and extremely close to the water bus station.

My stay was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the annex rooms. It was several streets away from the main hotel but we’ll worth the walk. The room was clean updated and very spacious. We were brought the most amazing breakfast in bed both mornings. Gala (spelling?) was the most amazing host. She even arranged a water taxi pick up from the dock right by the annex. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Room was advertised with ac but it was hot all night, room was infested with mosquitos got bitten up all night and couldn’t sleep because it was so hot, there was dust on all the light fixtures which is unacceptable especially with COVID 19 around, owners charged us extra for checking in past 930 meanwhile they told me that at 1030 which didn’t make much sense overall terrible experience oh and there were stray cats walking in the building during check in very strange…

Really good place at the center of San Marco, 2 minutes from a boat stop. Everyone is very friendly and put a lot of attention to details. They discovered it was my wife's birthday during the stay and offered us a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy late afternoon on the terrace.
