An high level resort

The prestigious atmosphere. The rooms are fully equipped and were always clean. The pool area, the beach access and the spa area were all well maintained. The variety of food at the breakfast.

The long line during breakfest. During the breakfast you don't have access to the hot drinks machines, and you have to beg the waitress (which sometimes 'forget' to fill your request). The reception crew seems to be very nervous and uptight. During the night we suffered from the main road's noises.

We had a relaxing stay

Room was a good size and mostly quiet. Bed was comfortable. Aircon worked really well and cooled the room down quickly. The hotel is on the beach and lovely to walk along in the evening. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Lebanese night was fantastic - food was delicious, plenty of vegan options, music was great, and we enjoyed the belly dancing too.

There weren't many vegan options at breakfast and a lot of the dishes which could easily have been vegan weren't due to dairy being added in almost everything.

Best hotel stay

The hotel was beautiful to stay in and provided all the amenities. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were very comfortable and you could have a sea view. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was great every morning with lots of choices. There are restaurants on site.

The only negative was construction nearby but it was only a problem in the morning if your room was close to that area.

Overall a lovely stay and will recommend.

Welcome bottle of Prosecco/canapés. Lovely marble bathrooms with twin sinks, comfy beds/pillows, position on the beach.

Sun bed cushions are dirty and need to be changed. No mattress protector. Attitude of Life Guard.

Отличный вид и хороший пляж. Отель расположен прямо на пляже, шезлонги есть и у бассейна и на травке и на песчаном пляже, бесплатные для гостей отеля. Завтрак вполне приличный. Есть несколько ресторанов и бар у бассейна. Персонал услужливый и вежливый.

Вид сбоку портила стройка многоэтажки, но не критично. В номере были только британские розетки, переходник, который нам дали на ресепшене работал через раз, контакты постоянно отходили.

happy with stay overall.

breakfast room was fine except the breakfast menu did not have many summer fruits ie. peaches,plumbs,nectarines, etc.

Disgusting and disappointing!!

The very kind, sweet and helpful lady at check in (forgot her name ) and the food (lunch time) were the only good things at this hotel

In general the hotel had a bad smell, our room smelled even more disgusting it was not cleaned properly and it had a scent of intense smoke from cigarettes but the smell was worse thank just cigarettes unfortunately and we don’t even smoke , the sheets had a black stain on them and they looked used, I requested for a toothbrush and I never got one even though they told me the housekeepers will bring me one. The bathroom was not clean I found small bits of blacks falling from the water or somewhere else I’m not sure maybe the wall but I found it annoyingly disgusting. The worst though it was the smell I felt like puking. In the morning we’ve put the sign on our door for them to come clean but our room was the same 5 hours!! later.. The day before as well no one came to clean at other hotels they come and clean or tidy up at least two times and the change the sheets! It was disappointing . Plus we choose our best option (luxury suite with pool and sea view ) our room was at the lowest point and all you could see was trees a little poll and not even sea view I wish the had us at a higher room our money given was not worthy at all, won’t be coming back again.

The staff is impeccable, very polite and friendly, helped a lot with my requests. However, the iron room has so little light it was impossible to see anything.

Awful breakfast. Not 4 star hotel level at all. The only fresh vegetables were cucumbers and tomatoes (tasteless). Very small variety of warm dishes (only eggs, bacon and dry waffles and pancakes that tasted like yeast). Had to go for breakfast to the nearby hotel. Only on weekend there were 1 kind of green salad. Almost all fruits were canned, not fresh (except apples and oranges). Keep that in mind if it’s important for you to have a normal balanced breakfast.

Great stay!

Hotel was nice! WiFi works perfect in the rooms. Very nice ambience, also because of the pool and beach area. Breakfast was great, many options! Far away from the real center, but the hotel itself has nice restaurants and the neighbourhood also has nice eating options.

This is a wonderful Hotel with an excellent staff!!! I would like to mention Gazyna at the reception who is absolutely amazing person and on the same time very professional and welcoming. The Rooms are large and well appointed, and sea view side is fantastic. The breakfast selection was varied and the food quality outstanding. There was an American night dinner on the Selesta restaurant which was really great and a lady Nicolina who served during that night is brilliant, nice looking, smart and with professional host skills. The beach and pool areas are well attended so you can unwind and enjoy the cooled swimming pool with drinks and food being served by the beach staff. We also enjoyed one the best spas that I have experienced this is a must. Would definitely recommend this hotel for all. Will definitely be back

Relaxed clean hotel

Hotel was lovely. Relaxed atmosphere. Pool and beach very good. Pool slippy in parts. Beds plenty and pool man very helpful. Food was ok but very same each night. Resturant staff were helpful.

Bathroom needs urgent updating. Hook behind door hanging off. Shower screen was loose so Bathroom flooded each shower. Did report to reception twice, didn't get fixed.
