Ottima struttura ma troppo scollegata

La struttura ottima

Data la posizione praticamente nel deserto sarebbe necessario che l'albergo avesse un sistema proprio per permettere ai clienti di allontanarsi e di rientrare (navetta).

Je changerais d'hotel si je retourne dans ce secteur.

Le repas, le choix de plats chauds. L'accueil du personnel en charge du restaurant.

La vétusté de la salle de bains, présence de moisissures au plafond, joins de porte baignoire, peinture écaillée bas de porte. Traces de moisissures sur le linge de toilette... Commande de chasse d'eau encrassée...

Un bon séjour, pourquoi pas une 2e fois

Un personnel très accueillant et chaleureux, une chambre spacieuse avec télévision et à l’abri du bruit. Possibilité de commander un menu du jour ou prendre un verre à l’accueil (chose que j’ai beaucoup aimé) de plus il y a un grand centre commercial à 20min à pied (5min en bus) et l’hôtel est bien desservie par plusieurs bus

Pour ma part c’était un peu compliqué de trouver l’entrée la première fois mais après on s’y fait.

We liked our stay.

The location was not bad and the staff were nice and helpful. They had smiles on all the time, and the plus is they speak English. The bus stop was right at the entrance of the hotel and not far at all to the train station. Locating the entrance was a bit tricky. A sign directing to the entrance will be good.

The meals were too expensive and they could make drinking water available in the rooms. There was a funny smell in the bathroom coming from the sink and behind the toilet. They could also put a safe box in the rooms.

Very poor

The staff were polite and tried to help solve the problem and were very apologetic for bad conditions.

Instead of staying 5 nights, we checked out the morning after first night! There were bugs in the room which we took photos of and reported to reception and we got a different room which again was the same as there were bugs there again. The area feels unsafe especially evening time…

Superb

Staff were very nice and helpful. I didn't know any French but the staff understood and conversed in English whenever I had an issue. Rooms were nice and clean, and was cleaned regularly unless I stated otherwise. I travelled alone but the room can comfortably fit 2 people easily. Bathroom was clean and tidy, and hot water was simple to control in the shower/bath. A great bargain.

Just a small thing. I wished there was a mirror on the table that I could have used instead of constantly going to the bathroom, whenever I needed one.

the room was big and clean, breakfast was very good and parking was secure.

the neighborhood of hotel not the best and had to have security at the gate. no good restaurants close by. single woman might feel uncomfortable

Good enough for a short stopover

The staff was very helpful with specific requests. I stayed two nights, the place was very lively. The room was big and clean though some more fresh air would have been better, I managed to fix it by opening the window. This might not be so comfortable if you're staying there during winter. Didnt have any issues with the noise that was mentioned in some other reviews The WiFi was working well, I was able to work and take video meetings during the day, however in some evening hours, it was not strong enough The bus station is right in front, easy access to the airport and city. It is worth the price, considering the prices in the area

The place needs upgrades, the key locker was not entirely there but was working and the room needed to be aired. The lift is super slow It was tricky to find the entrance, don't trust Google maps, trust the signs on the road

It's ok

If you looking for a place to sleep and don't have big expectations this place is for you. Lovely staff.

Don't know the name but there was something in the window to stop from opening fully. That thing was broken. For that reason I couldn't open my window as I had 3y with me. Basically the only option was full window open or not at all at 8 floor.
