Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach.
Nice and clean rooms with plenty of space. Included a small kitchen and a fridge.
Nothing fancy but included everything needed.

No towels. No Toilet paper. No cleaning svc. Not good overall.

It was quite cramped space for the price paid. The bathroom leaked water all over when taking a shower even though had cleaned the door tightly. The parking spot is very tight with brick walls and hard to park unless you are an expert.

It was pretty good to stay there but there was always very bad smell whenever you entered the room. Plus the shower base is falling apart

This place is just Amazing. 10/10

My wife stayed there for 3 nights and it was a very bad experience.
The table on the balcony was broken and nobody fixed it notwithstanding her several requests.
She asked for bathroom essentials and she was told that they could not do anything about it.
In the past the place was so much better.
Never again.

Good value for money in Monaco. Spacious room and a nice balcony. It's not luxurious, but a very nice hotel to spend a few nights.

Great location and price

DISAPPOINTING - the room and furnishings are well worn and shabby. The location was not bad for many amenities, but being right on the border of Beausoleil and Monaco, internet reception is not good. This also creates problems to use UBER (not allowed in Monaco). The biggest disappointment was the hotel and Expedia DID NOT HONOUR their ‘flexible’ change reservation policies. I needed to shorten stay from 7 to 6 nights and tried to do so a couple weeks in advance of arrival. Because the reservation was made through a 3rd party, Odalys would not honour the change. In sum, I paid for an extra night. Expédia provided no benefit to this booking. Regardless, I was happy to leave this less than desirable property early.

Price worthy hotel within walking distance of Monaco. I really recommend it...

The hotel situated on the border between France and Monaco is an excellent place to stay if you wish to visit Monaco without paying the typical monegasque prices

Nice apartment hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious for three people and the price was right. 25-30 minutes walking from Monaco city. It was an uphill walk, but with a beautiful view. The front desks staff were really helpful. We'll consider to stay there again if we come back to Monaco.

Rooms were not well maintained at all. Mold all around the showers including the bathroom ceiling. Would not stay here again

Guy in front desk was rude. The young lady was very nice.

Good Hotel . Very spacious room, clean and comfortable with decent sized kitchen and bathroom. Large balcony. Close to transport, local restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Would not recommend. Location is good as it is in walking distance to Monaco water-front; however, this was the only perk. Hotel room is offered the bare minimum, no comforts - wall were beat up, bed was uncomfortable, 2 star at maximum. Stayed at several three star hotel during our trip and this was the most disappointing hotel. It was gross and would not stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see/do. Lots of eateries/cafes nearby and a large supermarket only 10 minute walk down the hill.
The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We requested a cab for a certain time the next day to depart and the friendly clerk came to our room the next morning to let us know it would arrive shortly. Breakfast was very good and filling with many choices.
We had the kitchenette apartment, which was well stocked for all our needs and very roomy with a nice terrace to enjoy a drink.

Ideally located for access to Monte-Carlo (10 mins walk)
It was also really handy for the Airport bus.
We didn’t have breakfast, but staff were very friendly and spoke great English!
Extremely comfortable bed!
Fabulous 2 nights here!!

Not a bad hotel. Lovely friendly receptionist (I believe she was argentinian) who helped us with recommendations.
Its not too far from the train starion but make sure you walk out of the right exit to save a very long walk.
Monte Carlo is full of hills so do yourself favour and find the escalators and go from there
