Merci Madame

Can 't really say anything pleasant about this property.
The only pleasant thing was the young man who greeted us when we arrived.
He was extremely pleasant and helped us whenever he could.
The lady in the morning was pleasant enough too,
The fact that there was no lift, in this heat, was really very off-putting, plus the window in the room was just a bit too small.
The shower would never have done someone a bit on the large side and altogether it had a rather gloomy appearance.
It didn't help that the whole of the street outside was being dug up!!!

It was mostly clean and there were two beds as asked.
Extremely small place with just a small think blanket, one pillow and a sheet. It was sufficient for a pitstop before an early train but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anything other than it's sheer necessity. The communal areas are in disrepair and dirty. Check out was weird. With us arriving at what we were told was a 24 hour reception to find it plunged in darkness. After a few mins someone came and put their head out the door and said "yes?". We said we wanted to check out, so he just took our card and left again. Very strange experience.

Nothing
This "hotel" is like a homeless centre. The rooms are very tiny and the bathroom is terrible, like in a cruise ship crew cabin. The feeling when you are in the room is closer to a jail cell than a hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were able to check in earlier than advertised. Hotel was full yet never seemed crowded, breakfast simple but excellent as always.
The place is showing signs of age, rust on door frames, electric fittings & TV remote that didn't work., All major problems if you were paying a premium price and staying for more than a couple of nights, but we weren't. However it did appear that some residents were staying on a more permanent basis, and I hope their facilities were in full working order.

This place need a lot of maintenance.
The area is to noisy, is unconfortable and people lives there permanently.

Cleanliness was good and fair value for the money. Receptionist at check in was very nice and very helpful.
Bathroom too small. Very noisy customers. Advertised with a pool but when asked was apparently 5 minutes away.

It's a quite clean room, there is good personal. When we asked for something, they helped us.
The room is too small. There is very small free space. In the room there wasn't a toaster (but in the description it is), but it was in the dinning room. Hot water for tea or coffee also was there and you had to go there always when you want to make them. Parking is not free as it is written in the description. It costs 2 euro per night, but it's still very cheap, although hotel should correct this information on "Booking". District where the hotel's located is not very quiet. There are too many cars make noise on the road. In conclusion I want to say that's a good variant if you want just spend night, but if something more - not very.

I was looking for a cheap hotel and this was the most convenient one I found. I booked a room with three beds and it got changed to a double bed thanks to the staff. Check in and out was very easy and it seems that there is no time constraint.
The connection to the free Wifi was simply not that great. The shower cubicle was a bit small and the flush button was half broken. Also the door didn't look solid but since the whole place is under surveillance, I guess this isn't exactly an issue.

We booked this accomodation as last resort for staying the night in tourcoing (tgv next day). Staff was super friendly. Building is everything you expect from road hotel. Small & weird noises all night. Room was clean! Would stay again for this kind of scenario!
The other guests

The room I was first given was a complete mess, but the receptionist was able to offer me an alternative right away, even though technically the property was fully booked.
Noisy (seems popular with labourers who leave for work at 5am). Rather run down building. Old linoleum floors overdue for a refurb. Insecure wifi.
