Very beautiful boutique hotel , I continue to come here time after time

Well located, 30 minutes drive to the airport with possibility of transfer. The restaurant in the hotel was a good alternative since everything around was closed at that time of the year.

The price is a bit expensive, but they serve great. So glad that even i arrived late, i was able to check-in. Also, nice ambient.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good wifi connection, good on-site restaurant. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever been to but it was definitely fine for a night or two.

The staff werr very helpful, the room was good, the venue old but well cared for. To get here from the airport was a nightmare. Once here we had to pay for everything including coffee and tea as there were no facilities. Last night there was no hot water for a shower. Limited wifi.

Recieved an upgrade to a guesthouse but the bed was not a King which I did pay extra for.... Bathroom light was on a auto circuit... not a fan at 4am
Great property but expensive for no breakfast which I was sure included.

The staff was nice and very helpful so I feel bad about leaving a negative review.
The rest was... Yeah... Not great at all. Imagine the photos but 20 years later with: scuff marks everywhere, dirty walls, cracks in the shower floor, dusty, etc.
The bed is very uncomfortable (arms and legs would go numb after a few hours of laying down). It kind of felt like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor.
It's also very noisy and the door seemed like it would be easily broken. You could hear everyone in their rooms like it was a dorm.
We considered leaving as soon as we checked-in but it was very late at night and nothing else was available that we wanted to take a risk on.
There's also not very much in this area (which is fine). Just be prepared to go to the grocery store nearby or some of the beach restaurants / clubs. If you have a car, you probably want to drive somewhere else during the day. it felt like a deserted town that was thriving 20-30 years ago. A little depressing.
Pretty crazy considering it was more expensive than our MUCH NICER hotel that we got few weeks ago near the Trevi Fountain.

This property worked well as the last night on our trip and we wanted a not expensive option with parking and easy access to the airport.
The property was noisy but around midnight things quieted down.
Our room was clean but simple. Beds were comfortable - good ac

The property was great! Lovely and close to the beach. Only issue was a broken shower that they said they could fix the next day.

We enjoyed a one night stay at Miraggio before heading to the airport the next morning. It's a cute, 1920s style beach cottage 3 blocks from the beach. Condition was about as expected for a vintage property. The only thing we didn't like was the smell of smoke in the main area (only when smoking employees/guests) were in the room. Our room did not smell. Staying here gets you access to the pool at a resort on the beach, but not the chairs and umbrellas on the beach? That was strange. We were booted 4 beach slots over to the non-amenity free beach. Bit of an eyeroll there. Nothing to tour or see in the area, but there are several restaurants to choose from on the beach--late Roman hours for dining. Overall, it was a good beach afternoon and seafood dinner on the beach for us. Very helpful desk staff. They gave us an early morning cappuccino and pastries even though we hadn't paid for the continental breakfast.

Arrived Rome Fumicino airport to pick up a rental car and drove 30 mins. to Miraggio Hotel by the sea. Comfortable sea side 3 star hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Relaxing outdoor areas a short 2 min walk to the sea. Had time for a swim after a long day travelling 24 hours. Our room had a nice garden terrace with table and chairs to relax and enjoy and excellent breakfast from the buffet. Fresh fruit, fresh baked home made cakes, pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, ham and cheese. Will go back.

This property claims to have airport shuttle but IT IS NOT TRUE. Once you get to the airport and call them to understand where you have to go... they tell you have to get your own taxi and pay for it. If you want and in advance, they can arrange a taxi driver for premium price. therefore you are better off staying in Rome than in this house called ''hotel'' in the middle of nowhere with poor AC. By the way... breakfast in not included. advise... STAY IN ROME!

Fantastic place to stay, wish I had more time.

We loved the proximity to the airport for our travel needs, but it’s still a tropical Italian oasis with beautiful foliage and proximity to the beach. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants!

Great location with beach access and walking distance to the main strip. We had everything we
needed and felt comfortable for our long weekend getaway.

Great location, breakfast isn't the best . Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms can be worked on to make more space for comfort. Noticed no hamgers to hang towels ( small but it's needed )

Perfect stop before our flight out of Italy.

The unit for 2 days had maintenance problems, and was not thoroughly clean. Water leaking onto the bathroom floor near the bidet. Maintenance came, and took about to hours to resolve the issue. Time I could not use to relax. Then I had to request at reception to come clean the dirty bathroom floor from the maintenance work. They waited until I made the request to clean instead of being proactive about it. I had to leave the unit when cleanimg was being done. Another hour lost. Management didnt provide and discounts or vouchers for time lost. Unit 301.

This is a great place to stay. A block from the ocean and lots of dining options. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Close to the Rome airport.

Carlotta at the front desk is AMAZING. Although it was May and before the summer season got started, the beach clubs seem like they would be really nice when everything is lively.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miraggio. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. We stayed two nights and rested well before we moved on to our next destination. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is within walking distance to the beach. We didn’t luck out with the weather as it was cold but we will definitely be retuning to Hotel Miraggio so we can truly experience la spiaggia Italiana.

This hotel is located in a beautiful quiet beach town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotels were more like mini apartments outdoor space to enjoy. If you want to get away from the busy city of Rome, I would recommend this area. We stayed here for one night, but wish she could’ve been longer

Nice comfortable room. Front desk staff very helpful. Grateful for bicycles that we used to go to a grocery store for some basic supplies and out for dinner as this property is very definitely in a residential neighbourhood with nothing close by, especially in November when most beachside restaurants were open for lunch but not dinner. Very close to a beautiful wide beach.

For a b/b it was nice and the house cats are friendly

Can't beat price and value for hotel close to beach and 15 min. to airport, small room & shower/bathroom.
