Me and Family were there for 2 nights because of the storm. When we arrive they had us in a regular room when I let the lady know at the front desk that my husband is in a wheelchair she quickly changed our room she was very nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were soft .My only complaint was the breakfast was not worth 12$ but my overall stay was great definitely will come back here again and it has great location from all the restaurants and shopping mall

Hands down the best hotel in Dothan. The price is the higher than others but I sometimes like to splurge and it’s worth it. Employees have great attitudes. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful outside pool area. Nice restaurant too. Good location. Easy parking.

Rooms were messed up because of Hotels. Booked 2 rooms and they were not connected. Staff was very friendly and did the best they could. Didn’t realize how dirty the pool was until my daughter said she saw the bottom with her goggles. Definitely didn’t match the pics on the site. Conditioner was empty and soap was missing a pump. Staff was very nice.

It's location was close to family and everything we needed from food to shopping. It was very neat and clean. The service was excellent. I only wish it was warm and dry enough to have used the pool and the outdoor activities.

360 kitchen is the onsite restaurant and it was superb. The hotel not so much. GOOD: *Pool was big, clean, and hot tub section worked. *Onsite restaurant - we have eaten their 4 or 5 times now and its great everytime. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: *Never offered a famous cookie they advertise. *Brown stains on our bed sheets. They said they would bring new right away but brought wrong size & left us to change them. Called front desk again bc a queen sheet isnt going to fit a king, they brought a king sized top sheet instead of a fitted sheet. We gave up and just laid that over the mattress. Their was also what looked like a blood stain on 1 of the 4 pillows. Never got a replacement pillow case for that either. * House keeping banging on everones door at 930 when check out wasnt until 11. They banged on the room next to us so hard they woke us up. When they got to us, i just yelled "no thank you" . *dried on food on the microwave *mini fridge was not plugged in/working. Overall i would choose a different hotel. For the price they charge and what they actually offer, there are cleaner/friendlier options .

Front desk Clerk Terry is amazing even before our stay started she helped me sort some things out. The rooms are just as described in the pictures everything you see is just as you see it customer service is wonderful. The beds are comfortable showers are clean. It was just an overall beautiful stay and I will definitely stay here when in the area again.

Had to go to Dothan from Tallahassee to be reviewed by a Natural Dentist Great experience. Needed a place to stay. So picked most expensive there. Just to say!!

I was disappointed to find that the shower floor had clearly not been cleaned (dried ring of dirt/soap scum on the floor). Also, there was only one bath towel, so my husband just dried off with a hand towel. Everything else looked clean throughout the room. Also, the staff was friendly upon our arrival. Hopefully, the bathroom issues was an outlier and it is a better experience next time.

The floor was very sticky in the foyer and bathroom. Our shoes stuck to the floor. The cook did not want to cook breakfast, so our only option was the buffet.

I thought highly of this hotel, I decided to stay at this hotel because other hotels are disappointing. 1st room ac didn’t work, 2nd room was smaller had a dark red stain in the middle of the floor called management and all they could tell me is that’s all they had left @ 200 per night I deserved better.
