Loved our room, space for a small family was brilliant. Cute decor that gives you the lodge feel. Breakfast was nice with good options. Kids loved snowboarding.

What an amazing complex. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in the treehouse and it was magnificent. But as I say the whole complex deserves praise. You have to see it to believe it

Such a fun and unexpected place to stay and enjoy a "ski vacation" not far from home. Everything is so clean and nicely decorates, the staff is nice and the food is super tasty!

We had a fabulous stay here. The room was clean, big and nicely decorated in a unique way. The facilities were amazing. We ate at the restaurants and had a full day of skiing and snowboarding inside. The weather outside was poor so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside activities. We will definitely book here again.

The treehouse I booked didn’t have that much of woods. Just one line of trees and there was a street afterwards. But the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

This was 2nd stay in this hotel and we are always fully satisfied with everything from facilities to service. We stayed family suite room same as last time and it is really wonderful and strongly recommend to everyone. Breakfast is also so nice. Also main reason to stay here is to enjoy ski!! It opens in whole year. We will definitely come again and stay same family suite again and again.

We had a great stay which exceeded our expectations! We were upgraded to the tree houses- everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were very nice. The shower is absolutely the best and we had a real sauna in our room. Excellent value. Staff was very friendly upon check in and check out... and fast! We had a delicious breakfast and loved the fresh orange juice. We didn’t get a chance to ski, but we will definitely be back. I’ve already told several friends & family!

And strangely, no workspace in the room. We had the Bavarian themed room and there was no place to work. None. The heat could not be controlled and was on full bore. We had to sleep with the windows open. Odd for eco friendly Germany.

The family suite was perfect - bunk beds for kids a hit! Restaurant food superb. Helpful staff. Fun playground and mini golf. Didn't ski - but fun to watch others! Great experience all around!

On first arrival the staff were great. At check out the staff had cooled off. The hotel was very nice and a great family suite. This was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was very good with some interesting additions. All food fresh and good selection We decided to ski so asked for a late checkout and paid an additional 30 euros for this. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends if in the area

Reserved this room blindly and while in a hurry, because I needed a place relatively close to the airport. I had no idea that it was a resort style hotel. Almost bizarre, in a pleasant way, there is an indoor ski slope, terrain park, miniature golf conjoined with the hotel. The room and decor are Alpine style and immaculate. Very pleasant for our young family. Room price was unexpectedly low. The restaurant was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

I have to say I love this hotel , facilities are great ,this was my 3rd stay but by no means was as good as the previous visits. Spoiled by the arrogant and unfriendly back reception staff. I decided to stay an extra night , was guaranteed a room for sure but was unable to physically re book in at the reception desk before I departed for my meetings for that day. Big mistake, I travelled 2.5 hours back to the Fire &Ice only to find there was no room for me . I was bumped out to "equivalent" Dorint Hotel but by no means was the same .

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Fire And Ice hotel . This hotel really put me in the spirit of Xmas . Helpful friendly staff. Rooms are excellent . The health spa is super,Open late so that's good if you've had a full day of business meetings. And if you fancy sking or snow boarding you have an indoor ski slope bolted onto hotel .

Great place to stay for a couple of days - comfortable rooms, quiet spaces, good people, easy parking out front, indoor skiing right out the back door if you wanted it - only 2 negatives were lack of Wi-Fi in the room due to some technical issue, but offer was there to change rooms, & having two lots of door knocking prior to the check out time on the last day - a tad pressure orientated & disruptive but the rest was easy & the shower grottos and saunas were great & actually empty of people so heaps of space & choice
