The place is an excellent option for a business trip. It may not be the ideal choice for a vacation spot. The amenities are quite basic, and the gym is very small with few apparatus. It's just a small bummer that there isn't a TV equipped with Netflix or any other similar entertainment options.

We were able to check in very early, which helped because I was having surgery at the hospital, so my partner was able to come back to the room to wait for me.The windows don't open, which is the same for many hotels, but I prefer being able to sleep with open windows.

Looks like its on the water when it has a vacant lot behind them. No beach access. Our first room had alot of mold on the ceilings. Also its not in a tourist area. We we were disappointed.

This is a nice hotel , one of the girls at the counter was very nice , she gave us recommendations to where to go and where to eat , breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable.

Check in was quick. The bottle of wine amenity was not given at check in, I had to ask for it later on, staff could not find the amenity on the reservation details. They ended up giving the wine after I showed them the details on my reservation.

I don´t feel people staffing this hotel are wanting to serve clients. I had problems with the front desk person who answered my questions like wanting me not to ask more. I also felt dissapointed as I was leaving the hotel early in the morning to the airport, the food was already served in the buffet area, but I could not grave anything, not even milk, because opening hour was at 7:00am. It was 6:51am!!! The lady was more worried that there where cameras surveiling than letting us grab some milk. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

The property is in a great location and central to eating and activities. The issue is that its so noisy outside with people blasting music all night in an abandoned lot. The restroom in all 4 rooms we had booked had a very strong foul odor like sewage that we had to ask the staff and they said its normal for it to smell that way. The last issue I had was that we requested late check out for all 4 rooms and the night person approved the check out until 3 pm. The morning staff called us at 1pm and said we had to get out, that we only had approval for 1 out of the 4 rooms. We discussed with the lady in the front that looked to be the manager and she said that she decided that one room was only allowed and that we can all share one room for late check out. Overall terrible customer service and experience.

Location is great, next to a Shopping Mall and other grocery/shopping stores. Restaurants for great and reasonably priced meals. Located on the main street and not far from the Central Bus Station/Terminal. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Did not like the small bedroom, nor shower. Uncomfortable bed, beddings and very worn towels. Maid mopped rooms with the same bucket of water and an ancient string mop.

To just sleep in, it’s fine. But our toilet was leaking, when we got back from exploring there was a puddle, we called the front desk to ask them for towels to clean up and they didn’t care it was leaking. Just shrugged us off. All over the sink there were ants. Couldn’t leave any of our toiletries on the sink because they were all over our stuff.

Very functional and clean place to stay with wifi that works well enough for zoom (hard to find here) staff is very kind and friendly and helpful and the breakfast is much nicer than expected. Great coffee!
