We had dinner at the Inn restaurant one night. I have to say it was one of the best meals we had during our vacation! Superb!

Bed was so small.

Cute place. Cozy, Hot tub could have been hotter. Sauna was nice. Had a good dinner at Moss. Hotel was over priced for the experience.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the local area. It is well kept and clean. The dining options were good and the staff was excellent.

A very nice stay for couples.
6.0
My expectations of this property were likely too high but they were based on the price I was paying. The conditions are very basic. The water pressure in the bathroom was a trickle and I was unable to wash my hair because of it. It is very clean and that was nice. Breakfast was good. The other dining options were expensive for the quality and service was spotty. Staff was friendly.

We loved our stay at the Glencoe Inn. The staff were wonderful, so accommodating and the Inn was beautiful and clean with great dining options.

The staff was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location is very quaint and quiet. The rooms don’t have frills, but you don’t need them in the highlands.
4.0
Very understaffed especially for the kitchen. Overwhelmed by just a couple of parties. My room had a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom and a dirty water glass.

Beautiful property and in a gorgeous location.
3.0
The service and the food in the gathering restaurant was poor. We had to wait an hour on our food for dinner and for breakfast we never received the full order.
We couldn’t book in the restaurant or have breakfast there as they didn’t have a table that fitted all six of us.
The view, rooms and the lounge are was fine. We found that the food experience didn’t match the overall price and put a downer on the overall experience.

Lovely old Inn in the town of Glencoe. Being an older building tended to be a bit of a maze. We had a back room with view of the garden. There was a spa and sauna there but due to weather did not partake. Others did. Is not as deserted looking as the picture and more part of the township.

Dirty and unaccommodating.

The cozy double is quite small, but since the price is on the higher side, we made do. The bed took some getting used to. It’s a little lumpy, and there was a dripping sound in the wall that also took some getting used to when it was a stormy night.

Property needs updating , bed was very uncomfortable and the decor very dark
Overall I will avoid next time I’m in this area

Staff is increíble! Courteous, friendly, funny! They made us feel at home. The restaurant have delicious meals. We ate dinner and breakfast and they were fantastic. Definitely will book again when visiting Glencoe in the future. Also the location is perfect, close to the most beautiful points of interest. Great room, fantastic shower!

Magnificent and cosy stay. Great breakfast and good service

Old property with a severe lack of water pressure and hot water. Beds were worn out. Walls were thin. Plenty of parking. Attached restaurant. Check in host was nice. Good location

The room was expensive for what it was and it was definitely not matching the images on the offering on the hotels.com webpage. The breakfast was very good.

We had a grand time. Good home base for exploring.

Wonderful place!
4.0
Small room in need for refresh. Shower not draining correctly.
Bedding was ok.
Poor service. Bar was closed more than 30 minutes before supposed last call.
Very few hotel options in the area, so customer service does not seem a high priority.
I'd recommend to avoid the area and push to Fort William instead.

We loved the live music at the bar, and the convenience of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings! We weren’t blown away by the room (we had the most basic double) but everything else was great!

Glencoe Inn was a great spot. We had room 16, complete with claw foot tub in the room. We took advantage of hot tub and sauna right out our door. Manager and bar tender were fantastic. Having said that, they were very short staffed and would recommend self serve breakfast. We took 5 mile hike and would recommend.

5 star rating is misleading.

We spent a night at the Glencoe Inn so that we could explore Glencoe. It is extremely convenient as a location for that. Little pricey as an exclusive option in that area, but the room was spacious and well kept. Cute restaurants attached. Petrol station and convenience store next door. It’s right on the highway but not too much noise. Staff was very friendly. Overall great stay and we would choose them again if exploring Glencoe.

Great place to stay, clean rooms and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely quiet inn with old world charm in an absolutely stunning area. A little dated in terms of amenities but still incredibly pleasant and peaceful.
10.0
Charming in a very area appropriate and old school way (there was a rotary phone in the room and fire places warming the common areas). It was so warm and welcoming. My teenage son loved it and I can't over state how comfortable the property felt. The two different women at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and gave great guidance on local hiking.

Rooms very small, bathroom was very tight. Beatiful setting but a little pricy for what you get.
4.0
The bed wasn't my favourite and it was very warm in the room even with the radiators off so had to have the window open but the rest of the room was really nice. Great bathroom and lovely decore in the rooms. Free parking with lots of room out the back. The staff were absolutely amazing we were arriving well after hours but the lady on the desk arranged for us to still get our room completely hassle free. Breakfast was also very good.

The best stay I have had in all of scotland on a 8 day trip from canada. Very impressed with the accommodations. No need to go anywhere but here for supper as well. Which is very convenient.
