good RIGHT in the heart of Parma!….wonderful hotel-small room/bathroom but well appointed and decorated…great buffet and superb staff! I would absolutely return to this property due to its central location and great service!

Charming and old building but very nicely renovated with everything you need. Perfect location in the heart of town. Exelent and friendly stuff. Fantastic brecfast. You can squize a friesh juice for yourself.

The hotel was centrally located and very convenient to everything. It was a little bit challenging to find. The Wi-Fi was not great and the shower is very small but overall the hotel was pleasant and the staff was excellent and very helpful.

Incredibly efficient use of space for a single twin traveler room. Bar was indeed open for guests as they needed it, and the breakfast was well stocked.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, on a quiet pedestrianised street right in the heart of the historic city. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast, too.

Our stay at Hotel Torino was really nice. The valet car service was worth the money and the hotel itself was perfect for our stay. It is in a great location to explore Parma. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience for the money

What a location! I wasn't looking for a place with amenities that I wouldn't use, but wanted security, convenient to train, comfortable, good internet, friendly staff--I got more than I expected. Biggest regret: wish I stayed longer, but I'll return to Parma and stay here again.

Great location, bad hotel. No hot water in shower, several outlets in the room did not work, hard beds, tiny rooms (even for European standards), expensive breakfast (about 18 Euros for a mediocre buffet). The hotel was cheap and in a good area, but I would not stay here again.

Greeted with hostility or indifference by reception. Room looked dated and only had one plug socket in the entire room, and only one mirror in the bathroom - neither is acceptable in 2023. Location is good, but that's the only reason to book.

This place is great. I just got done giving a couple really negative reviews for hotels in different towns and on the same trip so I am happy to give a positive one. The location is second to none. The hotel is clean. Rooms are small but nice. Check in was easy. The only issue I had was the breakfast. I paid 10 Euro for it and it was well below average. The coffee machine has really watered down or low quality coffee and there were no eggs. Besides breakfast, it was well worth the cost.

The hotel is well located and clean but without any charm The breakfast is terribly banal without the slightest local touch. Staff have no empathy for their customers and make little effort to help them. The walls are so narrow that you can hear everything's happening in the neigbours'rooms ATTENTION, THE ROOMS WITH BALCONY ARE RESERVED FOR ITALIANS!!!!!!

This hotel was all that I could have hoped for! It was in the perfect location in Central Parma located next to shopping, tourist attractions and so many restaurants and still kept the quaint, small town feeling of Parma. I will go back here each and every time we come back for work. We flew into Malpensa and took the train to Parma. The hotel was an easy 11 minute walk from the train station. The gentlemen that work the front desk were friendly, accommodating, and professional. I truly could to on and on! I give Hotel Torino my highest recommendation! (I booked a larger room with a king bed. Please keep in mind this is a small, boutique hotel. It won’t have the amenities that many chains do, but I found that to be the best part. It has personality while being clean and comfortable.)
